The price was around $20 and that included the wash area for 30 minutes, unlimited soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels, a heavy duty blow dryer, and, even an apron to keep me mostly dry. The wash area is raised up higher than a bathtub, which saves my back from having to bend over for so long. Before the wash, I bought some peanut butter treats, that were on sale, to give my dog a reason to chill out a bit. The blow dryer worked fantastic, plenty of air volume and pressure without any heat. If you've ever tried to dry a husky, who has a heavy coat and undercoat, you'll appreciate the blow dryer. Friendly and helpful staff. I'm pretty sure that I went over the 30 minute time period and when I asked if I needed to pay more, they didn't charge me a penny. Even the other customers were fantastic! Most everybody there is a pet lover and my boy Giorgio got lots of attention and pets from random people in the store. They have plenty of items for other pets as well. Get your cat, bird, fish, etc needs taken care all under one roof. The icing on the cake? Plenty of free parking in the lot out front! I really hope that other people use this store for their pet needs and for the dog wash. They were really great. She informed me that there would be a wait because 2 customers just came and I could use the small bathing station if I didn't want to wait. My dog is 35 pounds so that wasn't going to work. While I waited, I asked the groomer if I could get nails clipped. She informed me that it was $14 to clip and $18 if I also wanted them filed. Then she said she could put me in for tomorrow- no thanks since it was a long drive. So, I walked around the store and when I went back, there was another groomer who could clip the nails right away. Perfect! By the time the nails were done, one of the dogs left the bathing area. Another worker came to clean and disinfect the area. Then it was my turn. The water hose had good power and I could control the temperature. I had my own shampoo but there were 3 different ones available. Once I was done e washing her, I used the two towels they provided to dry her off a bit. When I was ready to use the blow dryer hose, there was no power. I asked another worker (there are so many workers at this location) and he immediately went to activate it for me. The experience was nice. The space was clean. The workers were all very helpful. I just wish it wasn't located so far from me. Large parking lot.

I've tried several of them and they all listen to how I'd like my dog groomed and do the job to perfection. The store itself is huge and offers so many goodies and necessities. We were purchasing cat food for our boy Oscarand said 36 cans by mistake. As the store associate Arrianna was bagging our cans she noticed it was only 24!!!! We would have paid 30 dollars more by mistake, instead she saved us 30 dollars because she was actually paying attention and brought it to our attention then corrected. Once in the car going over the receipt we looked for her name on the receipt as we were driving away when I said stop there is none we gotta go back and get it beause people are too quick to complain and not compliment. She was so happy that this would be her first review and told me how she loves math. I even waited and shared the positive feedback with her manager who did not realize that numbers replaced names on recepts! We brought our 4 month old golden doodle in for his first grooming appointment and were met with…read morenothing but excuses as to why they were "unable to groom" our puppy. I can understand if a dog is difficult to keep still and how a groomer may have some trouble grooming if a dog has too much energy, but the attitude of the gentleman sitting at the front desk was nothing short of condescending and rude. When asked if they had anything to help keep our puppy still or distract him while the groomer worked he responded by saying "this isn't a circus" and continuously questioned where we got our puppy and if he was properly trained. That being said the groomer located downstairs had a much better attitude about the situation but the establishment did little to nothing other than clip his nails, shower him, and return him to us all while making sure to let us know exactly how "annoying" and "loud" the puppy was when they put him in a cage. The gentleman at the front desk himself told us we should look for a different groomer multiple times. Personally I wouldn't recommend this groomer to anyone looking for a specific hair style for their pup or a helpful and caring group of people for their puppies first grooming session because this establishment offered neither.
