A sweet, tangy sauce to complement the rolls were perfect. Ordered the emerald curry, spice level 6. Normally, I love super spicy. I thought a 6 would be a mild flavor. But I was wrong! I just ate at this restaurant after seeing one of the reviews saying it closed. The reviewer was probably referring to Thai Basil that is located down the street. The food here was fresh and flavorful. Was craving Thai food, and this location had good reviews and was near by. Ordered the drunken noodles, it wasn't on the menu but I asked the waitress if they had and she said yes.. so that's what I ordered with fried tofu. The food came out quick and was really flavorful. This is our favorite restaurant for so many reasons. We love their wings that have sautéed onion, hot and sweet peppers with a dusting of house seasoning. The curries are so comforting. It's small and a bit run down, my concern is cleanliness and good food..... A delightful place with very nice and patient service. The spring rolls were great but they serve the best Tom Yum soup in the city--delicious! They do serve Pad Kee Mao (drunken noodles), it just isn't on the menu, simply ask for them. This place is a bit out of our way, but we will go back. I was on the hunt for some dang good Thai food and based on the reviews this seemed to be one of the best in Memphis. Unfortunately it was a disappointing experience for us. The place itself is pretty small and a little old. We were quickly tended to. We started off with the Fresh Spring Rolls. They were overstuffed with lettuce and it seemed old and not so fresh. There was also an eyelash stuck in the rice paper... We then got Tom Yum and Tom Kha soup. I'll have to say the soup was actually tasty and probably my favorite part. We ordered chicken pad Thai and were very disappointed. It wasn't like any pad Thai that I've tasted before and lacked the typical delicious taste. The sauce was very red which isn't something I've seen before. I've tried a lot of Thai dishes in different cities that have blown me away and this place just did not compare which is the reason for me not enjoying the food here. read more

Sorry I don't have any pictures. I ordered the red curry and chicken wings. My BF had the orange chicken with cashews. I will say that the food was excellent!!! Y'all know I don't give out too many high ratings. I would have scored this a 5 star but the prices are ridiculous. Oh well, on to the review. The wings are not typical fried wings. They have indian style in which they dice all the vegetables up fine and give it some indian flavor. The drunken noodles were some of the worst I've ever had. They didn't have that good of flavor and looked bland af. The spring roll dipping sauce was very thin and looked and tasted watered down. The fried rice is good. The thai coconut soup was alright but I've definitely had better. The indian style fried rice was pretty good and had a good indo Chinese flavor. I wish there were more different types of veggies in the fried rice, or at least an even distribution of each vegetable. There was only one piece of broccoli in the whole dish. I recommend this place if you like finely chopped vegetables that you don't have to chew and if you want it more indian flavored. read more

Always a must-have whenever I'm in Memphis. Authentic Thai food with amazing service. Family run and they are so sweet. I love their Thai salad with a creamy, delicious peanut dressing. They have an amazing Tom Kha Kai coconut soup with a hint of spice that satisfies. We also get their tofu pad prik with fried tofu and peppers that is packed with flavor. The first time, I came with friends and we all ordered different stuff but I ordered yellow curry and pad thai to-go (because I didn't know the next time I would get thai food). Sorry, I don't remember the exact name of the dishes, but we ordered beef pad thai, chicken curry, a fried rice dish, and a fried fish dish with Thai chili sauce. We also got a Thai tea to share ($4), and it was pretty delicious. The price is a little steep, but the Thai tea taste was different than Thai tea I've had at bubble tea places. The tea taste is very strong. I loved the pad thai and the fried rice dish. Best pad thai I've had! The fried fish was also surprisingly delicious - the waitress was super friendly and recommended it. We ordered the curry "mild," and it was pretty spicy (not what I thought mild would be). Keep that in mind when ordering! It definitely has a kick, so if you love spicy, it's the dish for you! i finally got to try the new location since every time i go its always packed and no seating is available. Nestled right off the Exit 18 on 64, its a small location in a strip compared to their original location for over a decade already. From what i saw they can seat around 40-50 ppl i believe. Feels very cozy when theres not alot of ppl and can be claustrophobic when its packed. I had the homemade chicken noodle soup today and it was good. fresh thick noodles with pulled chicken meat garnished with hints of thinly sliced ginger, friend garlic and onions and celery. This is the ultimate noodle dish like Pho for vietnamese restaurants in my opinion and is very popular btwn Laos and Thai folks. I plan to try their curry with crab and shrimp next time which i've had at their old location and miss it dearly. read more

We started with veg fried wontons and Tod Mon. Both were great, can't go wrong with anything fried. The star of the night was definitely the Tom Kha Kai soup. We asked for it vegetarian and the waitress said that so many Indians ask for veg that they actually created another soup called Tony soup. You need to order this!! It has the same spicy coconut milk base but has tons of delicious chopped veggies as well. It was perfect, filling and I didn't miss the chicken. Was in town for business and was driving around looking for something to eat and popped in here. The food was fantastic. Not knowing anything on this establishment I played it safe curry fried rice and the chilled spring rolls. I loved the spring rolls I'm a big fan of the chilled spring rolls in the sticky rice papers and these were probably the second best I've ever had. The rice was plentiful and super flavorful. Well made with good quality ingredients. I look forward to exploring the menu more when I am in the area in the future. The dining room is small with the vibe of a quick service Chinese take out restaurant but it was completely packed and busy (at 8:30pm local time) staff was friendly and the prices were quite reasonable for the quality of food. read more

My wife told me about this Thai place on a whim. I had never heard of it, so I was curious as to what it would be like. When we pulled into the shopping strip, I noticed that the place was located in an area between a nail shop and another establishment. Slowly, the other seats were being occupied by other restaurant goers. I ordered the Emerald Curry. My wife ordered the Pad Thai. For drinks, I had a sweet tea. She just got water. The tea was delicious. It was sweet, but the sweetness was just perfect. Also, their glasses, which are the preferable plastic, are large. Less refills for me! When they brought out the food, I was surprised at the amount they gave. Their containers that housed the rice and curry looked small, but when I rationed it on my meal plate, I was truly able to experience the amount that they give! By far this place has given the most for food portion than any other Thai place I have eaten! The curry tasted good, but I have had better.
