I don't know if this company is trying to shake up some money but this is so irritating. I received an email with an invoice for services rendered last September! When I called today (08/03/21 - 12:32pm) I spoke with Lisa regarding the email and she told me that they did not show my account was paid. Just like that. Very matter of fact in tone. I told Lisa that I have my receipt from when I paid cash and she asked that I email that to her. So I did. You can see screenshots of my correspondence and just like that, my debt was corrected. But here's the messed up part, I paid cash so what if I didn't have this receipt with me? There would be no way I could prove that I paid for these services and then what? This is not the kind of stuff I need to be worrying about right now. read more

I called emergency plumbing at 0730 this morning and left a message. I received a phone call a few minutes later saying they would send someone soon. I received a text and email stating the owner would be arriving between 10-12 to fix our toilet that would not flush. No one showed or called. My husband and I called 2 more times throughout the day with no success. Definitely will not be using or recommending them again. read more

Christmas Eve 8:30 pm, 7 of us get back from a day of outdoor fun. We are dirty, tried and badly in need of showers. What do we see water is running out if a hole in the yard and flowing like a small river down the street! It was the main water line from the meter. After some digging and some panicking we called Emergency Plumbing. Ali answered the phone and could not have been nicer. An hour later Thomas showed up. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He got us set up with a temporary water supply. We got showers and toilets for all. They were great! They get an A+ for service and absolutely filled the Emergency part of their name. Had some major plumbing issues with two backed up showers and both toilets in my home not flushing which I discovered the issues after getting off work. So there was no availability with any "regular" plumber. I found Emergency Plumbing on Yelp right away and they were able to come by within an hour's notice in the evening at 7pm. There is an emergency fee but we needed working facilities in our home ASAP, so totally understandable. Glenn, our plumber, was friendly, professional, and thorough in making sure we got the issues fixed in the best way possible by clearing out our sewage line to our home. The fix took about an hour and cost us $250. But now we have peace of mind knowing our home should not have any backed up pipes for a long time. read more

I could not have had a better experience. During a bathroom remodel gone wrong my contractor hired a plumber that was not familiar with kholer appliances despite initially claiming he was and collecting my money upfront. He re-plumbed my shower multiple times and even caused a leak at one point. I ended up firing him and was left in a potentially emergent situation because of his actions. Despite my contractor's hesitance to rehire a different plumber I immediately called up Emergency Plumbing to have someone qualified come look at my shower and finish other plumbing tasks my first plumber did not complete. I spoke to Lisa on the phone and she had Jerran come out to my house within a few hours. Jerran was professional, knowledgeable, and offered much better prices than I was quoted from other plumbers (Pink Plumbing quoted me double the price knowing that I live in a decent area and that I wanted my job completed urgently). I appreciate that Emergency Plumbing sends their plumbers out quickly and they arrive when scheduled (the thing I hate most is when you have an appointment and take off from work and they no show or show up hours late). Also, the fact that this company has qualified, licensed plumbers that will charge you the fairest prices is great. They truly are an honest, trustworthy qualified company; I would recommend Emergency Plumbing to anyone and I will use them in the future if needed. read more

Emergency Plumbing sent their technician Daniel out for a tech report to be submitted on a water heater warranty claim. Pilot light cover was removed but Daniel didn't even bother to remove the insulation that showed that there was in fact 1/2-1" of water surrounding entire bottom of unit. Claimed there wasn't an active leak so warranty claim was denied. Confirmation received that no pictures showing unit as actually having leaked 6-8 times from top of unit all the way down (5') to bottom of unit so Emergency Plumbing was contacted on two separate occasions by myself and warranty company in order for their tech report to be updated for claim to be re-reviewed. Both requests were ignored. read more

Horrible. Had a service window of 8-12 on a Monday, no one showed. Called to find out when we'd see a plumber, they apologized but they were short staffed. Not a call to let me know I was waiting for nothing. Asked if I could wait until 3, unfortunately I couldn't wait all day. I was told I would see a plumber by 10 the next day. At 2:30 still no plumber. Called and they told me he is on another job and can't give an approximate time. No apology. All I can say is good thing this isn't an emergency. Plumber showed at 3:30. Didn't even look to repair the water softener, instead said he can same-day install a $3,500 new one. Save yourself the aggravation and lost time and hire someone else. read more

We had these guys come out to fix a broken water line at a job site. Initially, the gentleman showed up on time. That is where the positives end. His first quote was $2000 to fix the pipe (apparently assuming we were desperate and would pay anything). When confronted with the outrageous price, he agreed to fix the pipe for less than $300 (yay!). He proceeded to have my employees dig the hole and turn valves on and off while he supervised and patched the pipe. Later that evening, we were informed that a new leak that had sprung up further down the system because of some debris that was sucked into the broken pipe. We called Emergency Plumbing that evening and were told to expect someone "around 10" the next morning. Starting at 7am, both I and one of my business partners began calling the office to confirm the appointment. We received no call back. I personally waited at the job site from around 9:30 - 11:00. No call - no show. At this point, we had made no less than a dozen calls that were not returned. I called another plumber, who was on site and had the new leak fixed within 45 minutes. Fast forward to later that afternoon, we FINALLY get a call back stating that someone had been out to look at the leak at 7am. I'm not sure how this is possible, considering not even I knew where the leak was until later in the day. This is a large commercial building. Anyway, lets take their word for it. Why we weren't called, I have no idea. To top it all off, when we asked if it was the same gentleman who came out to look at the job initially (thinking maybe he looked at the original pipe since that is where the first job was done), we were told that the guy doesn't even work there anymore. WTF? Anyway, this was an unreliable company in my experience with questionable ethics ($2000 price gouge attempt and the crazy story about the guy going out at 7am to look for a leak without calling anyone). read more

Had a toilet clogged and they came right on time (a bit early, in fact) and fixed the toilet quick. Keith even did some extra testing to make sure the issue wasn't going to come back, and explained how/why clogs can build up. plus, he was an all-around nice guy, and no mess was left behind. Which is good because no one wants to clean up anything involving a clogged toilet! I will definitely be using them in the future. Price was comparable, too. I'm surprised they don't have other reviews on Yelp. read more

I called Emergency Plumbing over the weekend as my kitchen faucet popped off when I turned it on. Randy was the plumber that came out. He looked at our faucet and informed my husband and I that we would need to buy a new faucet. He metioned it would cost $201.00 for labor as my husband purchased the faucet. Long story short he installed the kitchen faucet but could not get the cold water to work. At this time it was about 7:30 or so in the evening. Said the faucet was faulty and we needed another one. He stepped out to his truck to calculate cost. What was going to be original price had escalated. I told him we would not pay what he was asking. He should never have quoted the original price. He agreed after much going back and forth. He also promised to come back out to our home the following day as my husband gave him a check for the original amount. Randy gave his word that he would return as the faucet still wasn't working. Well as much as we reached out to him the following day, I started to feel he was not going to come back. Our last text to him was around 7:30PM. At which time my husband felt it best to not even rely on him. I called Belsito Plumbing and had them come out. Felt comfortable with their company as they had been out before and they are a reputable company. Turns out that the faucet put in by the other plumber was completely wrong. Thanks to Belsito plumbing they rectified the problem. I would not recommend Emergency Plumbing to anyone looking for a plumber. Look elsewhere. read more

After calling several plumbers to quote moving my sewer line for installation of a pool, I settled on Emergency Plumbing. They matched the lowest offer I had previously received and their straightforwardness and willingness to complete the work in a short amount of time was very much appreciated. They couldn't come the day we originally agreed upon (the Bobcat was needed for another job), but I had already told them that the next day (a Saturday) would also be fine. The crew showed up Saturday morning and got to work right away. Due to the depth of the sewer lines in the neighborhood, it was a deeper dig than expected. Despite this, they completed the work on schedule and stuck to the original quote. The only reason I am not giving a 5 star review is, after a week, they still have not dropped off the two brass clean-out covers I was promised. We called emergency plumbing LLC and was given an appointment time of 12:00 (noon). The technician Mike Davidson arrived on time and was very friendly and out going. He took his time to resove the clogged drain the right way. During the drain cleaning it made a mess from all the junk that had built up over the years. Mike cleaned up everything even asked us to dubble check his work to make sure the sinks we're draining right and that he didn't miss anything when he was cleaning up. I've used this company twice at two different residences. They have been great! Dan came to my first residence and fixed leaking a leaking toilet within minutes and the price was way less than what I had expected. Bobby came to my new place tonight and took care of various plumbing issues that were on my inspection report of my new house. Very responsive and professional. Had a clogged sink on Thanksgiving morning. Lonnie was able to make it out within 1 1/2 hours. The clog seemed to have resolved itself so they waived the emergency call fee. Very friendly and courteous. Customer service /dispatch also very professional. Drains backed up today at 0400, called the reliable and dependable Emergency Plumbing! Fixed it this afternoon and all was well.......or so we thought. Started backing up early evening, and Lonnie responded this time (mind you this is all on a Sunday). It's turns out it's bad news and the line between the house and the city collapsed . Great news is at 9:00 Lonnie arranged to have Blue Stake here 1st thing in the morning and his crew will be here waiting to replace the line!!!! I would prefer not to have given them a star. I was refereed to them under a warranty repair from Home Depot. First I could not reach them even though they are a 24 hour repair service. I finally got a man to come out and he looked at what need to be done and said he had problems returning water heater to Home Depot. He scheduled an appointment for the next day to replace it. The next day they called and said that the had a BIGGER EMERGENCY to take care of and canceled the appointment and never called back. I was then referred to BSJ Plumbing, 480-325-0886. WASTE OF $86 SERVICE FEE. Called Emergency Plumbing to repair a leaky pipe in the attic. Explained in detail what the problem was and asked if the repair person would have parts available. The dispatcher assured me that their technicians carry spare parts and pre-charged me the $86 emergency service fee. The technician arrives, looks in the attic and tells me they don't work on CPVC for liability reasons but would be happy to quote me a price to re-plum the entire house. It seems that a CPVC discloser should at least be mentioned prior to taking my money and wasting my time. read more

Very happy with this company. Originally called them a few weeks back with what we thought was a plumbing issue but ended up figuring it out ourselves. However because they were so nice and helpful, and have FREE quote/trip out calls, I kept their information just in case something else came up... and I'm glad I did!... we came home to our main line leaking in our front yard (puddled water). Called them and Jerin got to our house within the hour- once again, receptionist Lisa, super friendly and Jerin, the plumber, very nice as well! He took one look at the puddle and agreed it was probably the mainline leaking/break due to where it was located, gave us and approximate quote. Gave him the thumbs up and He dug through some mud and rocks and got to the line, all done and fixed within 2 hrs. Price seemed fair as well (researched online). I gave a poor review on 3/22/16 after my wedding ring was stolen. I have now learned that the company was a victim also. the plumber that stole from me also stole tools from the company. The owner of Emergency Plumbing,LLC was very helpful in doing whatever was necessary to help the police recover my ring. I was also issued a full refund for the work that was done. I feel for the owner and his concern for his companies reputation. I hope back round checks of his employees would be more thorough in the future. The company is good, and the work was good. Keith remodeled 2 of my bathrooms completely. He didn't do just the plumbing, but designed the bathrooms. They were totally his creation. From what should be demolished and with what should be replaced, to the tiniest details, like the cool light bulbs he used, the light switches etc. He chose EVERYTHING, and let me tell you, he has exquisite, good taste. My husband was kind of giving me a hard time because these 2 projects were nothing but cheap, but at the end, he agreed that if decide to remodel the bathrooms in a house that we have up north in Arizona, he will be the one to do the project. He went with me to several show rooms, got me the best of the appliances (all of the appliances were changed) and got me very good prices. He was in charge of the tile, travertine, stalls, EVERYTHING! Those bathrooms have been the envy of everyone to come to see them. What he charged was extremely reasonable (my husband compared with other projects and with other plumbers). This project was $50,000.00 PLUS but because of all the material (the best). He didn't charge for his ideas, of for all the trips to the show rooms that he had to take, either with me or by himself. Keith Thompson is not only a plumber, but a designer as well, with a lot of knowledge and, as I said before, with exquisite taste. I wish everybody could see these bathrooms... They are to die for!
