I could not possibly speak more highly of my technician, Francisco, and for that matter, The Aussie Plumber and Coy, another technician who helped Francisco for a few hours. I called The Aussie Plumber after receiving an obscenely overpriced quote for a water heater conversion to a tankless system from a bigger company. Francisco was so incredibly knowledgeable, professional and personable. He explained the scope of work needed for the job, (unlike the previous company whose technician kept saying he was new to the company and didn't really know how they did things yet) and gave me a quote which included the brand of the water heater, (again, the original plumber I got a quote from did not explicitly name the brand but said it was an 85% efficiency, 4 star unit.. Aussie plumber installed a 97% efficiency unit.. there is a $600 tax credit for 95% or greater.. so there is another $600 I would have missed out on if I went with the original bid). When all was said and done, I got the new water heater installed same day for THOUSANDS less plus the $600 tax credit. We hired Aussie Plumber to fix recurring problem which should have been resolved with a previous pluming company. They were very friendly and really listened to try to understand where the issue might be. They worked to fix the issue, and it was good for a few days, then even thought they had done everything they thought was supposed to be done...the issue happened again! So...back at it, they came back out, and really thoroughly, all previous steps plus additional steps...above and beyond, and did not charge us to redo. FINALLY, after a terrible previous plumber and two trips from the Aussie Plumber who truly cared and took whatever was needed to get to the root of the issue...we have been issue free for well over a year. Yes, after an evaluation and before work was done, I was given a higher quote or close to $400, which I questioned, thus a "discount". There I was with a clogged toilet and had no idea what a "going rate" for unclogging was. It was definitely my naivety for not sending him away and getting other quotes. Hmmmm, I wonder how many people actually send them away when they think it's "too high"? We had a toilet installed which required the plumbing to be moved a bit, and we had also failed to install it ourselves. We were really happy with how Cameron handled taking over for us and the install for that toilet, so when it was time to replace our next toilet we called and requested him specifically. They were happy to oblige and he had availability and was here the next day. He spent a few hours here installing the toilet and soldering pipes. James and the whole team are phenomenal, very personable. I wanted a water softener installed, both me and my husband like anyone had a lot of questions and concerns. My husband was concerned on the quality of soft water in general and had terrible experiences with that in the past elsewhere. James and Troy came out and delivered like no other, made sure to accommodate our preferences and needs with the water softener, explained the process thoroughly and answered all our questions, checked our water vitals, and broke down the science of it all. Which is something me and my husband really appreciate as both people in STEM fields. No other plumber has been this thorough with explaining the process and would often left us wondering in the dark to where we'd have to Google for more info. Not with James and Troy! They also took their time at the first consultation at no charge and also checked our toilets! Transparency is there with these folks and James explained the differences and pros/cons between a water conditioner vs a water softener, they do not try to upsell like other places may. The prices are competitive and more affordable than other places I've seen especially for a water softener. Plus they offered us a discount on the water softener and a payment plan. Different options were offered for each package plan and we never felt pressured to purchase extras in the plan. Michelle at the office has been great with setting all this up too and she is easy to reach through just a text away and offered to do a phone call when I had questions on the payment plan. Troy came out to install the softener and it's been working well and it has been a game changer for my skin and hair. My husband definitely is also happier with the quality of the soft water compared to his experiences in the past with other softeners. read more

I contacted the Aussie plumber because of a clogged washing machine, machine, drain line and Tristan was dispatched to do the job. Tristan arrived during the time window that I was given and immediately introduced himself. I explained what my problem was and immediately examined and analyze the situation and explained what he planned to do. He said that he would cable the line and try to remove the clog after several attempts. He was able to remove the clog and open the drain line. Because my home was built in the late 60s the drain line is a galvanized pipe which is internally badly corroded. Tristan did not try to upsell me, but did tell me that if I should have another clogged line that we would have to discuss a different method to clear the line. At this point, the drain is flowing good and I don't have, any issues right now. Tristan was pleasure to meet and is a very conscientious employee and I'll see Plumbing is lucky to have him on their team. If I should have any more problems, I will not hesitate to contact them in the future. I should also note that I feel that there rate was in line for the length of time that Tristan had to work on my problem and they even gave me a discount for being a veteran, which I really appreciated read more
