Only a couple days before our open house, the front door knob and lock finally stopped opening. We scrambled to find a locksmith nearby and got a recommendation for Albert at Midway as he has 40 years of experience. After leaving a voice mail, he quickly called me back and reviewed the photos of the knob and lock in question that I shared. Al provided clear options for replacement and promptly ordered the new parts. Next day he arrived right on time and quickly got to work.
