This is my first time going to Emil's All Tire and it pretty much impressed me. I called ahead thinking I had to make an appointment for an oil change(some places do) and also asked what kind of oil they used. The receptionist didn't really know but passed me on to Ralph and he pretty much answered it quite well. He said "if we don't have it, we can get it for you and no appointment needed...just come on it and ask for Ralph" I got to this place and it was fairly busy and was greeted by Ralph. This guy Ralph was on a roll!!! I can see he's quite a busy man and still manage to get everything running smoothly. It seems even when he's eating, he's on the phone getting stuff done. This place is well organized and most of their mechanics are constantly going. Although the oil change could've gone a bit quicker but it's all good cause I saw how busy the place was and I wasn't in that much of a hurry. Ugh. I drove in the snow on a flat tire to this place because I called and was told I'd be in and out. I waited at the desk for 15 minutes all while being ignored by the gentleman inside. When he finally decided to acknowledge me, 2 men pushed me aside and were helped first, even though I was clearly standing there and waiting for some time. Because of this, I was told it would take an HOUR to an hour and a half to PATCH MY TIRE because I would be behind the two cutters. I waited for about 15 minutes before deciding that this place didn't deserve my business. As I was driving away, the guy from behind the counter ran after my car and told me he could have me out in 10 minutes. Seriously? What happened to an hour and a half? FYI, the patch didn't work because they didn't thoroughly check my tire and there was more than 1 hole. I specifically asked them to double check this as I knew if there were a few holes (I ran over some glass) that a new tire would be necessary. I never made it to work that day. read more

I have been going to Emil's All Tire for over ten years now. Honestly I would not go anywhere else. The Manager there I believe his name is Ralph is very professional and always gets me in and out as fast as possible. Whenever I have a question or concern about my car, He patiently listens to my questions and answers me in a language I could understand without that mambo jumbo Mechanic Lingo. I have tried other places in the past and the service just was not the same. Emil's is also open 6 days a week including Sunday which is a big Plus for me because I don't have time to go during the week because of work and Family. Emil's All Tire is an excellent shop if you ask me. Ralph, the owner and sales manager works all day, and seems to be very involved in his business, from what I can see. Along side his experience, his mechanics are excellent at their job as well; I brought my car in to get my brakes and tires fixed, and there was not one issue. Although they get pretty busy, the rate at which they get the work done is actually pretty impressive. By far the best repair facility in Brooklyn. My original mechanic relocated to SI so a friend recommended that I try Emil's. So glad that I did. My vehicle needed both maintenance and diagnostic work. Oil change and inspection. Possibly a tune up and a gas line leak. At arrival we were greeted by Ralph. Super professional and nice. Prior to performing any repairs he called to advise that a tune up and new battery was also required. A/C service was performed too. Emil's All Tire Auto Repair is number 1.. Emil and his son Ralph has been in business in the neighborhood for over 30 years. I remember Ralph when he was a young boy assisting his dad. Today he is running the shop and he is the best. They are not only professional, but they care about their customers. If you want to take your car to someone who is honest, you then need to see them! I refuse to go to a dealership to be ripped off and lied to about my car which has happened several times with the dealerships in neighborhood and not far the neighborhood. I came here to get new tires on my truck after I had shopped a couple of other stores in the area. What really stood out about these guys was the salesman took the time to explain to me what the difference between a cheap tire and expensive tire was and why paying a little more for a better warranty was worth it versus just trying to load me up with four tiers and send me down the road. The seemed fairly busy but got me in and out within a couple of hours. They washed the new tires down so there were no visible marks on them. Very courteous from start to finish. This past snow storm i had two blow outs on my car !! I am a city sanitation worker and had to get to work that day. I called the shop and spoke to ralph told me to bring it in and he would help me out. Long story short i had tire and rim coverage and ralph helped me out tremendously!!!
