She advised when placing her order that the flowers need to be blues and whites, as her late husbands wishes. They sent cream and lavender, highlighted with greenery. This arrangement arrived the morning of the event, so my mother called the store to see what can be done and spoke with a clerk who actually had the nerve to argue with her ! Instead of saying "how can we fix this" she offered no solutions. My mother called me in tears! We had to drive to Safeway to search for an arraingment just before guest were to arrive.
