Scheduling and performing the work: For some unfortunate reasons, I had to do this job urgently and in a limited time frame. Carlos understood the situation and worked with me to meet the timeline. He came to the job site 3 times, once for the estimate, again for the job itself, lastly to meet with the city inspector and all 3 times he arrived on time or even a bit early. He submitted his bid when he said he would and the job was completed when he said it would be. He was also the only contractor to suggest coming in from the outside electrical panel rather than the inside one. This allowed for a larger circuit to be installed, shortening our EV charge times. The quality of the work is outstanding and the final result is crisp, clean, and perfectly functional. Next electrical job we need done we will be calling Villa Electrical Services for sure.

Hugo explained the whole process before beginning work which was great . Dealing with a company as professional as HT made the process easy . I gave them a key to have access to my parking lot to sealcoat the area, and the work was very clean and carefully performed. The parking area has white walls on each side and concrete planters, but they covered the areas as needed to avoid getting black sealcoat on them. I plan to use Hugo HT Paving in the future and highly recommend his company for anyone that wants the job to be done well with no hassle .

I got very tired of calling Roto Rooter and paying hundreds of dollars to clear our line. Sean was able to prescribe solutions to fixing the breach of the line, 15 feet deep. The sewer line was replaced while we were out of town, so helpful, as we would not have had access to our bathrooms. There was a massive amount of rocks and dirt removed from the 15 foot deep trench, yet when I returned from my trip, there was no obvious sign of the huge work effort by Bay Area Trenchless. What I did find was that the crew had enhanced our cactus rock garden with large boulders that were excavated from the trenches dug. This was above and beyond anything I expected.
