This is the best slice in OKC when you get it at the restaurant. The crust is nice and crispy with many different toppings available. They also have a local brewery make a beer for them that is top notch.

We dined here again recently, and the service was great. The pizza was amazing as usual. We will definitely be back!

Empire is a cheesy goodness! One of my favorite pizza places in town! I love a lot of their slices and they have rotating slices every day! Their Caesar Salad is pretty good too! They have a full bar and the staff is always real nice and attentive! It's a great place to grab food with friends/family and hang out!

Agree with other reviewers - this is a fun place with great pizza. I cannot say enough about how great it is to be able to get pizza by the slice! And unique, oddball, special pizzas in addition to the ubiquitous pepperoni and cheese. I have tried a great many and haven't yet had anything that I didn't like. The staff are friendly. The service is quick. Prices are reasonable and the slices are large. Sometimes it can get loud (music, ball games on TV, busy crowd). There is plenty of seating. We have never had to wait very long. There is no parking lot - street parking only - but they are open late and so there is generally a spot not too far away.

This is an amazing pizza place with quick and attentive service, a fun ambiance, and delicious food -- right in the heart of the Plaza District in OKC. If you're looking for a quick bite to eat and for some New York style pizza by the slice, this is the spot for you. They have great prices and seem like an ideal place to watch sporting events on their many TVs!

I come to OKC once a year for work and always stop at Empire Slice House. I used to live in NYC and the quality of the pizza is surprisingly close to the best pizza in NYC. The staff are all attentive and friendly as well. Great experience every time.

First of all, this is quite literally the best pizza I have ever had in my entire life. My boyfriend wanted to come to this place and at first I was spectacle because I'm not the biggest fan of pizza usually but this place literally blew me away it was so good lol. We got the 'ghost killah' and it was perfect. Not too spicy, they also let us change the peppers to jalapeños. Our server was fantastic, on top of it the whole time and very kind. We sat outside and it was very comfortable, we stayed and hung out for a while. Definitely will be back, a LOT!

    Fungus Among Us, Turkey Tango

One of the best pizza places around with huge portion sizes per slice and fresh, unique ingredients. Weekday lunch specials are great deals and worth a lot of bang for your buck. Our favorites to get are usually the Joezilla and Ghostface Killah for their spicy kicks, and the Fungus Among Us for a vegetarian option. The Turkey Tango was the special for the month of November for Thanksgiving, and it had an amazingly delicious addition of turkey, garlic, mozzarella, stuffing, sweet potato puree, and cranberry sauce drizzle. They also have a nice selection of different beers, wine, and liquor to help compliment and wash down the pizza. Definitely a must visit in the OKC Plaza District!

So on my trip I was able to enjoy a few places. This was a quick pit stop that some great friends introduced me too. I wish I had the opportunity to try more slices but I had the delight of trying the Doug E Fresh. Definitely worth a taste. We ordered and it came out fairly quickly. I was on an adventure so def had to have a beverage. I was able to see why my friends come here on occasion especially with the daily specials they provide

If you're in the mood for legendary pizza and garlic levels that'll make Dracula tap out, Empire Slice House is the place. We ordered a large cheese pizza (classic perfection) and the aptly named Vampire Slayer pizza--trust me, it's got enough garlic to ensure any lurking vamps stay away... for weeks. And that's exactly how we like it. The staff? Absolute legends. Not only are they as welcoming as a grandma at Thanksgiving, but they also know how to keep the vibes as positive as the tunes playing in the background. As for our buddy, he sampled some of the day's slice specials and couldn't stop raving about the Dougie Fresh. It was apparently "the freshest," which we'll translate as "worth every bite." The pizza's great, the energy's contagious, and the overall experience makes you want to move in permanently. Empire Slice House, you win. We'll be back... probably with even more garlic on our breath.

This place is great. Awesome atmosphere, great pizza, and reasonable prices. We got the pizza of the month. A pineapple jalapeño pizza with a siracha bbq drizzle. It was amazing. The crust was structured and had a great flavor. They offer by the slice or a 20". I would like to have seen a smaller option but that's not really a knock on the place. Our waiter was kind and knowledgeable about the menu. I also got a single slice of cheese. It was great but I do wish it had more sauce. Wish I could go back but I'm not from OKC. I highly recommend this spot.

Was in OKC on business and I am so glad I found this local jewel. First, my bartender Jake was so helpful and his cocktail reco "Ric Flair" was incredible! My gluten free pie was absolutely perfect. The vibe is so chill and their soundtrack sets the mood perfectly.I look forward to being back time and time again when I'm here for work.

I love empire so much. The pizza of the month was phenomenal and Matthew was our server and he was so attentive and just an amazing server. The pizza never disappoints and their Diet Coke is 10/10. The dining area is so cool and eclectic!!

Walking in, it was dimly lit & it reminded me of a bar Downtown in Tulsa. We found a table (the place got filled up pretty quick afterwards) caddy corner to the bar & we got help quick. My partner ordered the Oaxacan Old Fashioned, a friend of mine ordered some Truffle Fries & a drink that I didn't catch - as for me, I got the Ginger Beer (I don't drink). The Oaxacan Old Fashioned looked nice with the orange peel climbing out of the glass & had a really good aroma (I took a big whiff of it). The ginger beer was a spicy ginger beer & it was really good. With every sip, it was opening up my nostrils, it had some spice to it for sure. I tried my friend's Truffle Fries & it's something I'd order, especially if I wasn't as hungry & wanted a "snack". You can smell the truffle while the taste was real subtle. All in all, the place was chill. It was a nice wind down from leaving an art show & The Collective (I had no clue it turned into a clubbish scene on a Saturday... they were jammin' that night). My friend was a regular there, the individual who served us was super nice & friendly. There was whole menu to explore full of sandwiches, burgers (I want to try the South West Burger along with the Umami Burger) & all kind of other dishes to choose from. As much as I come down to OKC, I still get familiar with the scene more & more - R&J is added to the list of places that I'd return to. Side Note: A friend of my friend stopped by right before my partner & I left. She ordered the Brussel Sprouts and Bacon & in my head, I dove into her plate before she could.

The limoncello spritz is one of my favorite cocktails anywhere, and the prosciutto appetizer is a must-order. I've gone back specifically craving both. Everything I've had has been delicious, but those two items keep me coming back. I also love the decor and overall vibe. It's stylish and inviting without feeling stuffy, and it's a great place to relax with friends or enjoy a date night. Even though they don't have outdoor seating, it somehow still feels like the perfect summer spot thanks to the bright, coastal Italian atmosphere and refreshing drinks. It had a lot of cheese on top so if you're lactose intolerant, I would skip it but if anything, please get the white bean dip. It was so good. It has sage and pancetta, and the flavor was just impeccable. We also got the Bucatini with the pesto and added on the salmon. I'm not sure what the mixup was, but our salmon came fairly late, but it was cooked very well. I got the hotel national cocktail and my friend got the Limoncello spritz and it was both refreshing! Not too strong on the spirits either. Overall, the portion was good. The food was great and I'll definitely be back to try their other menu.
