It's clear that KOK's building used to be a German beer hall and not much restoration has been done to gut out the place and make it more appealing to diners. I also think that the wing sauces should feature a description of all the unique flavor variations so that customers understand what they are ordering. With all that in mind, I would still order takeout from this place because the wings are solid and the portion sizes are huge.
