Then again, at $29 a year, people probably could make it pay for itself. If they need tools. Employees are always very helpful. I needed an emergency leaf vacuum/mulcher, because my Black & Decker lost suction, and they had a Portland for $49. I asked whether people seemed happy with it, and the cashier said that they didn't get a lot of returns. So, I bought it, it's not as powerful as the B&D, but it weighs much less, too. Great prices on painting supplies, too. They carry a low-priced line called "Warrior." I have the heat gun, and it's great! Especially for $20 or so. They do carry Bauer, as well.

Quality is and has always been head and shoulders above the rest of Long Island retailers. Bigger couches, longer tables or just plain good looking sets and pieces. Never went in and didn't get exceptional service. Bill was the rep today and convinced me of exactly what I need to come back for when a patio is done. I didn't realize it but now am sure an outdoor sectional is the must have. Ideally in grey. Haha Oversized umbrella stands here if you need weight near a windy place etc.. Thank goodness a friend recommended this place to us because they saved our Christmas! We found such a gorgeous curation of ornaments - really unique and fabulous. Prices weren't exactly a bargain but they really deserve to make money based on how beautiful they make the store and how they pull together a great selection of items you don't see anywhere else. It was super busy the few times we were there but staff was super helpful and they took my ornaments behind the register, packed them up and whisked me to register to quickly check me out when I was finished. I've been back a few times since and salespeople are always extremely helpful and nice, giving great advice on how to style something or suggesting items that I may have overlooked. Grounds are exceptionally beautiful and it's a great stop to make if you need a last minute gift. They have greeting cards and their signature bag, tissue paper and ribbon make for a perfect presentation for any occasion!

He went & asked someone if there were any like that, & he returned to me with a no. I browsed & we chatted about my 14 yr old microwave that I love. I told him that I'll keep looking. Then I asked why don't they make them with the rack anymore? His response, "Because they're starting fires". I never show my element of surprise because ppl will always talk bs when you opt to listen. I couldn't believe he would spread such misinformation, which could lead to destroying a brand's reputation. I left the store, & decided to shop online. Disgusted by his comment. Some people just have to have an answer. That was not a smart answer, nor was it the truth. He needs to be retrained.
