I felt like they listened to my concerns and taught me excercises to strengthen and stabilize my weak areas. They helped me with strengthening, my mobility, cupping, scraping, and some massage. I was able to run my race pain free! I will definitely be back if I ever have an injury. I can't recommend them enough.

Please keep in mind that the week of the 23th of March.They told me they would be ready for video technology next week. I called on a 30th of March. They told me they would be available for video technology starting the week of the 6th. Chris left a voice message. Stating that the Arlington location is hoping to have it up and running by the 9th or 10th of April. They had talked to them early in the day. Arlington would be calling me today. I'm not even surprised! That I never heard from the Arlington location. Why can't companies just be honest with clients so they can get the treatment that they need for recovery?

I liked the care I received, however they never disclosed what my portion of the bill would be…read more Since I was never asked for payment while I was being treated, and since a few years ago I had been treated at a different IRG location and it was 100% covered by my insurance, I assumed that was still the case (same insurance). I was not expecting weeks later to be hit with a $100 bill. Terrible billing practice -- co pay & coverage should ALWAYS BE DISCLOSED. If I ever needed to go there again, I would insist on knowing coverage prior to any visit and have it in writing, and demand they allow me to pay my co-pay up front.
