Eventually, the prices kept creeping up, and I decided it was time to try somewhere new. Honestly, I wish I had made the switch sooner. The quality here is excellent. They carry the products and brands I was looking for, my nails look great, and they do an amazing job with ingrown nail care. They are more thorough, and the process is much more comfortable than what I was used to. I also loved the vibe. It was quiet and peaceful when I went, which was a nice change from some of the busier salons in town. It felt relaxing instead of chaotic, and I never felt rushed. What really stood out to me was the customer service. They actually texted me after my appointment to check on me and make sure I was happy with my nails. That level of follow-up is rare these days and shows they genuinely care about their clients. I'm an easy client. I show up on time, tip well, and when I find people I like, I'm loyal for life. Showtime Nail earned that loyalty. I walked in hoping to find a good alternative and walked out finding my new salon. If you've been thinking about trying somewhere new, give them a chance.
