Karen went above and beyond my expectations with my service today. This was my first time visiting this location and was blown away. I love the fact that she uses eco friendly cruelty free products and that her location didn't have that horrible salon smell. I was offered multiple different drink options and opted for the hot herbal tea, and it was perfect to sip on during my service. She also had sparking water. She had a variety of colors to pick from and makes her own scrubs and salts! What stood out was the foot bath, as it is not like traditional salons which are made from plastic. Her salon is a little bit different from the regular nail salon, but her methods helps to save water and that is important to me. She provided pampering with relaxing music and aromatherapy. She evaluate the condition of your nails and proceed to recommend the best nail products for my needs. Then she delivered by shaping my nails symmetrically with the shape I wanted. The best work on trimming cuticles that I have received since moving to the U.S. really getting rid of all overgrown skin, so my nails look longer that they really are, also making the manicure last longer and not like it was done two weeks ago. Great service. We flew in to Vegas to surprise my sister with a day to be pampered before she gives birth. We wanted to make sure we made her feel as comfortable as possible so thought in room services would be better than bringing her out to a nail salon. We booked a mani pedi service with regular polish. Two nail techs came for the service, one did her mani and the other did her pedi. They were very professional, nice, personable and did a great job. They made sure my sister was comfortable, and took good care of her and listened to her wishes. It was a little more pricey but worth it since the services were done in the comfort of our own condo. Having someone come to your home or hospital room (or office, if you're too busy) to do your nails is an amazing treat to yourself or someone you love. In my case, it was my son treating me for my birthday. Karen came in with everything she needed to do a spa pedicure for me and my friend. I've had some health issues, so this was a pleasure I had all but given up in my life. Boy, what a lovely experience it was! Karen was so professional! She was easy to talk to but also sat quiet while me and my friend chatted. It felt absolutely safe and comfortable to have her in my home.
