We went up to our room to check it out. It smelled moldy/musty/stale as well. My wife ran a diffuser which helped tremendously. The armoire and the dresser that holds the mini fridge were in pretty rough shape. The tub had chips and stains in it. The headboard of the bed is pleather/vinyl and it was peeling and flaking. There is no microwave in the room. We changed and headed to the pool. This was probably the highlight of the week. The pool area is nice and the staff at the pool bar were friendly and talkative. We quickly learned that beers at the pool bar were colder than any others at Belterra. We stopped by and hung out at the pool and pool bar three times during our stay. We sent to the Stadium sports Bar and Grill Wednesday evening with some friends. The food was OK. After our first night we realized the bed was hard as a rock and the pillows were awful and we would just have to get through our stay. The next morning, I went to Nosh to get some breakfast.
