Waste of money to come here. Two better salons on 17th and 18th st. They just don't care. A basic mani was over in 10 minutes and of course, had jagged nail edges, they did not even try to push the cuticle back although I tired asking twice, and the nail polish chipped the next day. They don't soak your nails in salt, they use a dime size oil packet to soak the cuticle and whatever is left is used to "massage" both hands but don't wipe or wash the oil off after so it leaves you sticky and dirty. Great experience at enail. Walked in for a SNS dip polish manicure around 5pm on a Monday and got in immediately. They were really quick and attentive when my nails were soaking the old polish off and I was impressed that 1) they gave me gloves over the foils so I could still use my phone/do things and 2) they changed out the cotton balls with acetone halfway through so it would soak better. The price was also really good, $35 for SNS is good when I've seen $40-$60 in the city. Here's why 5 stars though: good, honest people. I accidentally left my diamond ring at the salon, headed back to Brooklyn, and didn't realize after a 45 minute commute. I called them and they had it and I went right back for it. New York isn't known for honesty so I am so happy they were good people because many other places would have just said no and kept it. Will definitely come back for more! read more

I went in for a basic mani/pedi. I'd come back because this salon completes 95% of the steps in the service, which unfortunately almost NO other salon in the city does anymore!! The manicurist ACTUALLY EXFOLIATED MY FOOT instead of weakly running the pumice across and saying any more effort requires a callous treatment. She offered a third coat in both mani and pedi. She took care to file my nails evenly and clean up the hang nails which is generally lacking at most places. The negatives - during the mani there is no water to dip your fingers in, so they're trying to cut dry cuticles and skin, which does not work well and is uncomfortable. I would come back for a pedi over a mani due to lack of soaking. All Enails are not the same - 32nd St. is great, 14th St is not, this one is medium. read more

Although there was no wait time on Sunday evening, it was definitely NOT THE SAME SERVICE I asked for the powder. Personally I like powder because I think it fills all the way to the nail bed. It looks clean and polished. I had a male nail tech who was really nice, but Went through the whole process WAYYYYY too quickly. When he was doing my cuticles, there was no cuticle oil involved. (The bottle was sitting right next to me) The cuticles were hastily done, if at all. Dipping was done very aggressively and rather thick. I had to ask him to file it down even more than usual. I got my nails with dip on 1/23 and they were looking good, but exactly a week later 2 nails chipped / cracked. So, I got them redone because they fix within 10 days of your OG appointment for free but it took them more than an hour and 30 minutes (in fact I had to leave and come back bc I had a workout class, lol) to do FOUR nails. Today, 2 nails have cracked and 1 of those was a nail I got repaired less than 48 hours ago. I'm not really sure what's the deal but typically my dip lasts anywhere 16-20 days no chipping at all. They were nice but due to the time it takes and for how they last less than 8 days for $42, it's just not worth it read more

Yikes, would not recommend for a regular mani pedi. Two stars for being relatively cheap and having new nail polishes. My mani pedi lasted 2.5 hours. The technician didn't speak English which I don't mind, but no one was helpful in easing communication (I asked to have Zoya base + topcoat to go with my Zoya color and couldn't explain it). The color was applied SO thickly, that 6 hours later it's still not completely dry. I had to wear closed toe shoes three hours after my pedi and my nails got completely ruined (photo attached). Hands are marginally better.. Sad to say it was a waste of money :( read more
