I hate to give up my secrets and gatekeep this place, but the world needs to know how great this place is. I live in Miami and still come here when the timing works out and am in NY. The price is super reasonable (pay in cash during happy hour - M-Thurs before 4:30pm - for a $38 dip manicure and $35 gel manicure) or I believe it's $42 for regular hour dip manicure. They have their own colors which are great (I often go for the soft pink E08) but also have a large selection of most of the mainstream brands. It's generally clean feeling and not dingy. It isn't high end, but it doesn't feel like a hole in the wall spa either. After 9 manicures you get the 10th free. Love love love this place. read more

This nail salon is no frills and they do a pretty good job considering the price. I got a gel mani and gel pedi! They did everything one at a time which was kind of time consuming but it was understandable as my hands had hard gel and they needed to sand off the polish instead of soak it. The place had quite a few spots available and even though I didn't have an appointment they were able to take me right away! Winnie was the one who did my nails and she was really attentive to my nails making sure everything was even. She ended up cutting one of my nails slightly too short and she offered to add an extension tip but it wasn't too noticeable so I declined. After two coats she asked if it was enough or if I wanted an extra coat which I thought was really nice. I also like the fact that they have a million colors. Sometimes I just want some fun nails and it's hard to find places with as much variety! Honestly I've only been once but I'm loyal to Winnie to do my nails from now on. read more

I went here last night for a pedicure and I got the extra special pedicure for $48 where you get to pick a certain type of cream whether you want it for energizing, soothing, relaxing etc. I picked the one for energizing, supposed to have vitamin C in it....the woman put it on my legs and put it on my feet but that stuff was cheap. As I was driving home, it left a smell on my feet which was not pleasant and when I got home my feet were extremely dry....my heels, my toes. The cream was suppose to moisturize my feet! I will sum that up as to the product that they used was cheap which caused a crack in my skin underneath my little toe. I had to come home and put someVaseline on my feet because my feet were so dry. Would not recommend this place if you want a mani and pedi to last you more than a week. To start when I first arrived (after scheduling an appointment) I was barely even greeted and put into a chair. Almost 15 minutes later, and multiple other customers coming in and getting assigned a technician, a technician came over. My pedicure felt very rushed and ended up smudging. It has been 2 weeks since my powder manicure and within the first week the powder was cracking and almost 6 of my nails have chipped. I would not recommend this place. This was probably one of the most racist, later experiences I've ever experienced. I walked in and was not acknowledged once. The Asian woman with short red Auburn hair, about 5'2 in height refused to look in my direction. I greet her ask politely if they had the availability for two mani/pedi's and she said it would be about a 20 minute wait. I said that would be fine as I was waiting on my friend to arrive that would be perfect timing for me.. She size deeply and says OK . I asked politely if I can make an appointment and put my number down. I run home to change and my friend shows up at the shop slightly early and greeted the lady the same way. The lady proceeds to ask her what she's doing there.. it is a nail salon that people walk into all the time. We both sit down at the same time. My friend is assisted immediately as I have to wait 15 minutes for someone to start on my pedicure even though we made an appointment. The lady with Auburn Hair proceeds to give me dirty looks and make me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I personally was dressed very nice. Had a designer bag. And was polite to the staff. I can't really think of anything else besides racial discrimination. Maybe she was just having a bad day but overall this place is unprofessional and I would not recommend to any person who is looking to get a good service letter. A good quality mani/pedi. While the lady doing my nails was nice she did not pay attention to detail and let the acetone on my fingers sit for my entire pedicure to the point where it dried onto my nails and left them cracked and burning. Before I got out of the chair, another woman comes to the back and ask if anyone is going to help her. Either they are overworked and cranky with terrible communication and customer service skills or they're just flat out racist and discriminatory against anyone that isn't white. As I went to pay for me and my friends nails as this was regrettably her birthday treat .. the man looked at her and refused to look me in the eyes as she is a mixed race, but "white passing" if you will. I was very offended and uncomfortable with this entire experience and I highly do not recommend this place to anyone! It's so sad that even in these times people are still so ignorant. read more

The positive ratings aren't true because they have a sign at the front where if you leave a review you get a discount. -The nails dont come out well including powder and gel. They will not file correctly unless you pay attention/keep asking to fix which they get mad at. The regular polish will chip almost immediately. Most of their nail polishes are empty so the colors don't come out as they typically would. They offer to fix your nails if you come back but only if you want to go back every time.. They change the price every time/ will tell different people different prices if you listen. They have really bad attitudes and will talk about the customers and the owner is very rude which makes sense that they all are. read more

Booked a pedicure appointment for 5:45pm on a Thursday night. I arrived on time. Didn't get my service started until 6:10pm. This place is owned by Chinese. The store was busy and didn't have anyone at the front to help coordinating. They told me to wait 10 more minutes after I seated and turned out I waited 25 minutes. They are bad at scheduling or else I wouldn't have to wait that long. I booked the appointment, not walk in. The service started with soaking feet, removing polish, then cutting nails. The technician cut my skin or almost did (she cut too deep) and I screamed because it was super painful! She stopped and thank god she did or else we would see blood. She also asked me to step on dirty plastic bag that wrapped around the tub after done cleaning, then put my shoes on after. The people seemed nice but I wouldn't recommend this place and I'm not coming back again given the terrible experience I've had. read more

I love Enail! I usually love searching for nail places on Yelp but this one was recommended to me by about 5 of my friends. Had to check it out for myself and can say that I am most definitely impressed. I always get a powder manicure and it's about $35 (maybe a few dollars less if you pay in cash). They're super speedy, they have A TON of colors, and my last manicure (the blue) lasted for 4 weeks. I was SHOOK. This is definitely a new regular place for me that I can go to after work and on short notice. I come to their Murray hill location all the time. Very clean and I never had to wait long. Always a nice job! My nails always last 3 weeks until they grow out so long I need to change the color. They also have a guarantee if it chips quickly and you take a photo of the receipt they will fix it for you! Finally found my nail salon! This place came recommended to me by a friend with fantastic nails. I called this morning to make an appointment and they were able to accommodate for my mani/pedi appointment no problem. I get to the salon and was immediately sat down and chose my polishes. I loved that I didn't have to wait! The place was thoroughly full, which is a good sign. My pedicure was great and very quick. The massage and massage chairs were fantastic and I almost fell asleep. My dip powder mani was a dream as well. They had so many color options, and my nail tech made sure to put on several pristine coats. All in all, my service cost $60 without tip, which is what used to pay for just a mani at my other salon! Everyone was super nice and the service was fantastic. What an awful experience. The first lady was nice, but she suddenly got up and went to someone else... No explanation, no excuse me, no nothing. She just got up and went to the next table while I waited for the gel to come off. Ok, no problem, but if you started to work with a client, you kind of have to finish, no? I sat there waiting until the manager (or was she the owner?) came to replace her. She kept getting distracted, getting up, talking to the kid at the front desk, then she took a phone call from some guy and chatted with him. On speaker! A full on conversation while the client is sitting right there! I've never seen anything like it. Then she just got up and another woman came to replace her! 3 people to do one manicure. The last woman was rude, impatient and no matter how many times I asked that all my nails be filed round and made the same length, she still left them all different shapes and uneven. I asked her to make sure that the color was applied evenly and to the edge, and she got annoyed. Yet she had the nerve to remind me that tips are in cash or venmo or whatever. So, she does a horrible job, refuses to listen to the client's wishes and demands a tip. The final result is this: I wasted about half an hour more than I should have, my nails are all different lengths, she nipped my cuticle, and I have nail polish all over my skin. So, if you don't really care what your nails look like - go there. It's a perfectly mediocre place with rude and incapable technicians. IF you DO: find a different salon. This one sucks. read more

Never will I return, they rush your nails and literally my nails chipped (gel manicure) in 3 days. I went back to fix the nail. When I arrived and showed them my nails, they stared at me as if I were a science project. I received no apology, ever (seems this happened quite often). The gel cuticle solution was not used to manicure your nails prior to adding the gel, everything was rushed. Prior to getting my nail fixed, which she didn't remove the entire (gel), I sat in 3 different seats instructed by them and no one helped me until I asked, "what's happening here?"
