It ended up being a big mistake as they did a very sloppy job. Fast forward to this past September 2025, and my wife put out a Yelp request to get a water filtration system installed. She did not know that Pure Plumbing had come out previously, but I recognized Bryan's name when my wife told me he would be coming to the house. He walked my wife through everything while I was at work, and she was impressed by him too. He even pointed out where our contractor's plumber had made a major mistake with our tankless heater. We ended up having Pure Plumbing install the water filtration system, the price was great, and they did a fabulous job. This time around, our Rheem water heater failed before reaching even 7 years, despite having a 12‑year warranty. Even though Quick is closed on weekends, Brandon texted me and set us up first thing Monday morning. Ben (sales) was extremely helpful, walked me through all the options, and made a genuine effort to get Rheem to honor the warranty. Unfortunately, Rheem couldn't provide a replacement and instead offered fair market compensation (still TBD). Not thrilled with Rheem, but Ben handled the situation professionally and kept me informed throughout. We ultimately went with a Bradford White, and Sammy installed it the same day. His work was excellent--professional, efficient, and spotless cleanup. The Bradford White + installation was very reasonable and very surprisingly comparable to my prior installation. While the leak itself wasn't a big issue, once the ceiling was opened we discovered that all of our copper pipes were badly corroded. They recommended a full repipe of our home. We have a 4,000 square foot house, so this was a huge project. I got multiple quotes, and Burtech landed right in the middle price-wise. What really stood out to me was how willing they were to work with my specific requests. I had major stipulations, especially that they complete the repipe without visually accessing our kitchen, and they made it happen. They worked with our timeline, and Jose was incredibly communicative throughout the entire process. I'll admit I was a bit needy with questions, but he was always patient, understanding, and responsive. The estimate they gave us was exactly what we paid in the end--no surprise costs at all. The repipe itself was major (60+ holes throughout the house), but they worked so efficiently that it never felt overly intrusive.
