Our nails person moved and this is the second place i've been to into my journey of finding our go to nail salon. My soulsis discovered the place by accident and she liked it so I went today with my mom on Valentine's Day. i try to get our nails done twice a month as it gets really difficult when I leave the gel too long. I am writing my review as Hannah finishes my pedi. Jonathan did the mani and the other 2 ladies attended to my mom. So i am going to post this without the finished product yet, nor how the nail polish have stayed neat and solid the next 2 weeks. Here's my observation for the 49minites I was here. But first let me mention that I called around 1pm to check availability for 4pm and the receptionist confirmed our appointment. As soon as I hung up the phone, I received a text about the appointment. That's a good sign of being systematic. We arrived 5 minutes before the appointment time and they immediately accommodated us. I was led to the main tables while mom went straight to the chair for her pedi. The turn around was quick so before Jonathan finished cleaning one hand, th had me move to the seat next to mom. Being aware of the customers is a good sign. I selected the regular pedi with callous removal for my stubborn callous, and a gel manicure. They have a wide selection of colors which I like. Jonathan was very attentive to th customers coming and going. He seems to know everybody, calling them by their first names and engaging in small talks is a bonus, 5-star customer relationship! He cleaned my nails well and even suggested coconut oil for my very dry hands and cuticle (which I appreciate). Hanah was very thorough with the spa and pedicure, regularly smiling and checking with me if everything is ok. I had a very pleasant experience with this salon and I'm positive to come back after 2 weeks, before I leave for the trade shows. They have a lot of staff so there's no waiting time; They have uniforms and they look professional, they wear masks and gloves. As soon as my mom stood up to move to the chairs across while waiting for my to finish, a lady was already on stand by with towels to wipe the chair, replace the plastic in the basin and prepare the chair for the next customer. I'm impressed! and if they have been doing this for a long time, then I am glad my friend found this gem! Let's see in the next two weeks coz at the last salon that I tried, the lady was good in cleaning the nails but their gel was probably old coz it quickly peeled off. I really hope this will be our go to salon... Will update soon. read more

Literally the worst pedicure I have ever have. Walked in on a Monday morning at 10:15 and I'm already done at 10:30!!! 15 minute pedicure that looks like crap. So badly painted I just had it removed and clear polish put on. Cuticles still look awful. Didn't scrub my feet at all. Literally will not come back. This place use to be so good. Truly sad that I just spent $31 on this! This use to be such a great place. I don't ever spend extra money on myself with 2 special needs kiddos at home. I've given Paula's Nail Salon multiple chances, but I'm done after this last visit. I showed a clear picture of an ombré French tip and was told they could do it. What I got looked nothing like it--wrong color, wrong shape, and very thick, uneven nails. The gel is patchy in some spots, doesn't go all the way to the base, and the overall finish looks sloppy. From far away it's okay, but up close it's disappointing. This has been a consistent issue every time I come here. It's too expensive to keep leaving unhappy and wanting to cry. My only complaint is that my nail edges felt a little rough like maybe she should have used a finer file possibly? After a few days it smoothed out so my nails weren't sharp anymore. On the day I did my nails I can't remember how many times they asked me what am I going to do , and I kept saying "Acrylic/Full Set" , even though I mentioned while I scheduled my appointment as well and all these repeated lines, the lady sat down and started to do gels. My husband and I came here for pedicures, paid $41 plus tip, came with a foot soak (standard), callous removal, and no massage. The entire pedi took 20 mins and that's with polish removal and paint. For that price, it was one of the worst pedis we have ever gotten, I had plenty of skin and callous left. I feel my time and money was wasted and my husband felt the same way. They wanted to up charge my husband $10 for a buff, no way. Feet feel like I didn't get a pedi at all, will not be returning. read more

The quality of their work is concerning! Got brand new set of bio-gel nails on 10/30. I got bio -gel with french tip and chrome so paid a very good amount of $$ for it and the nail tech said it would last more compared to just gel nails. Well by monday 11/03 one whole nail had completely come off to now friday 11/07 all of them just unglued and came off. Like wth happened? I could've just bought some press on nails instead of spending $90. Will never get bio gel nails again waste of money. read more

I went here for the first time on a Saturday and they open at 9am. I got here at 9:05 without an appt thinking it wouldn't be so busy but the salon was already full lol. I was surprised walking in because I thought this was a small salon but it was pretty big, very clean, up to date chairs and organized nail options. The staff were all so welcoming which was nice because a lot of salons kind of ignore you at first. I was taken in right away. I got a gel x fill and callous gel pedicure. Hannah did my pedicure and she's going to be my forever pedicure person for as long as she's here lol. So sweet and she took her time and gave a great massage. My feet felt sooo pampered and they look pretty. Steven did my fill with builder gel which I've never had before. It kinda burned but not so bad. Came out so cute like little gel candies BUT he should've suggested me to cut my cuticles because my cuticles look so bad, I low key wanna cry lol. Worst eyebrow wax and pedi ever had. When I finally got home I looked in the mirror and there was wax left on my corner brow not to mention I had to pluck certain areas where she missed. I was wondering why she kept going over my browse with a wet cloth as if to try to clean them. My Pedicure was only OK. she did not do a good job on my cuticles and put the polish on so heavy I didn't think it was ever going to dry. When I got home I did some cuticle work myself. I feel like because I called late in the day they gave me someone knew who really didn't know what she was doing. Likely not her fault entirely the owner should know better. read more

From someone who has anxiety of getting their nails done, this place has been my spot for the past couple of years. They always make you feel welcome and it is always clean with a comfortable atmosphere. I used to get normal gels done here and I never had to ask for a particular technician since everyone does a great job. You can tell they care about their customer's satisfaction, especially from the owner Jonathan (or manager?, sorry!) , who knows everyone's name and goes out of his way to make sure you are comfortable. I started getting Gel X last year and loved my new identity that came with them. I got them done again a few weeks ago and unfortunately a nail fell off that evening. No problem, easily fixed the next day and I asked for some modifications while I was there, free of charge. However, I had additional nails fall off the week after. It was easy and not a hassle for them to help me out and redo the whole set, free of charge again. I felt bad asking for extra work but I do appreciate the help they have given me with no shame and was given reassurance. When things inevitably happen, they are swift to be accommodating because they do care about you and your satisfaction! Thank you for your help and of course I will be coming back! read more

I was disappointed 2nd time after waiting for 30+ mins. Missing my plans after. I booked an appointment with Chloe the first time, waited till they were almost closed. 2nd time (i had an appointment) i booked with Chloe and waited 30 mins, + didn't even have Chloe do my manicure. Not her fault, but they always double book. On top of that made me stay after hours and rushed my pedicure (uncomfortable/painful). They gave me 10% off which was great i guess. But they don't value you i assume if you're not a regular that's been coming for years. I made this appointment a few days ago and never got a call that she's going to be late or anything. The first time i had Chloe do my nails i tipped $20 on top of the $70 for nails. I want to keep coming back but I might have to find somewhere else unfortunately. Been going to this nail salon for years and the staff have been pleasant. They increased their price and charge extra for credit card payments, but I still went. This past Sat I went and the female at the counter was the rudest person I have encountered. When I was waiting for my pedicure to be dried (maybe 5-10 min at most), she came over and said "you are done" and led me out of my chair. I looked around to see if there were no other open chairs and saw 3 open chairs. I didn't say anything and got up to the counter to pay. Gave her cash, and she THREW the change on the counter. I think I found my new nail spot. I came here to get a gel manicure and regular pedicure for a wedding I was in. They have a lot of people working at once so if you don't have an appointment you should not need to wait that long. They have multiple pedicure chairs and manicure tables. They have a lot of different colors to choose from and I went with a super light pink color that matched the dress I was wearing.
