The massage chair was old and worn out in my butt, went to sleep due to lack of padding. I was very disappointed in my last pedicure. I got cut on two of my toes and it took a little bit to stop the bleeding. I do not appreciate the tech not owning up to it and acting like nothing was wrong. I came here a few times for pedicure and manicure. It was okay nothing amazing but did a decent job. However this last time I went I paid extra to have callous removal. And the lady only did my heels. I have dry callous in other places. I thought I could relax and get the job done. When I was finished there was bubbles on my gel nail. And had to ask her to fix it two times because she didn't want to redo the nail. The. When I came home I realized she never scrubbed my feet properly so I still have ruff feet it's so annoying and I feel ripped off spending $100 of my pedicure is just ridiculous to have to be worried they aren't doing their job. I hate having to write this review being a customer who has been coming here for 13 years and have never had a problem with anyone until the past few times. ZIBA & CHI are amazing hands down! I had an appointment for today at 12pm for a bio gel and came in and they did it very quickly and I was happy about the work done on my nails.... When it was done I tipped my nail lady and went to the front desk to pay. First, the young girl at the front desk has an attitude always and she definitely had one today. So she gave me my total of $77 - which wasn't a problem and I went to tap my card, she said "it says it didn't go through". So I looked at my bank account and I see the partial amount taken of $19 & some change. And I asked her what happened, she said it did not go through at all. I turned my phone around to show her the charge DID GO THROUGH for $19 & change. She turned to me and said "I don't know you need to call your bank and figure it out with your bank not us" so I tried to call my bank, and didn't get a response. So I asked her "is there no way you can cancel that charge and we can just charge the grand total?" She said "NO we can't". So I just told her "No problem I guess I'll just dispute that with my bank but let's charge the grand total of $77.00. Before she could even tap it a receipt came out and she's like "Yeah it didn't go through" so I looked at the receipt, and IT DID GO THROUGH FOR $19.85. So I looked at her and told her "The receipt says approved for $19.85 so why are you charging me $77" she's like "I have to charge you $77" I was SHOCKED, at this point I was getting a bit annoyed. So I turned to her and asked "Why do you have to charge me $77 if $19.85 went through?" She said "I don't see it on my end" I looked and her and said "that's ridiculous you do because you just printed the receipt" and pointed at the receipt which showed approved so she's still insisting that I pay the $77 & dispute it with my bank. I looked at her and told her "I'm not paying $77 on top of $19.85 THAT I ALREADY PAID" she said "Well I don't know what to do" I looked at her and said "BASIC MATH, you subtract $19.85 from $77.00 and give me the total and I'll pay the balance". She looked at me with such an attitude, I was DISGUSTED with her. She stood there for a second so I pulled up my calculator and started doing the math myself and turned it and showed it to her. She THEN pulled a calculator out and confirmed it was the correct balance. And then charged me the amount with a DISGUSTING attitude. Her horrible customer service is SICKENING. I truly felt in my intuition something wasn't right, but I'm not sure what. IT WAS JUST RIDICULOUS. It's a shame that I will not be returning to this establishment after coming here since I was 13 with my mother. read more
