This pharmacy has great customer service and the staff are so helpful. It is located in my doctor's building and my doctor recommended that I go there. At first, I thought they would be more expensive than a CVS or Walgreens but that was not the case. They made sure to call my insurance to ensure my prescription was covered and then applied a coupon so that my co-pay ended up being $0! I didn't even ask them to do that. They were very responsive and called my doctor's office several times for authorization to refill and were prompt in letting me know when the prescription was ready. I needed two medications for my eye, and I initially had gone to another pharmacy. Both medications were backordered there and they didn't know when they would get them. I needed them as soon as possible. So I told the Dr.'s office. They called Encore and I was in luck. They had the medications I needed! And they were able to give them to me the same day and at the lowest cost available! Better service than any other pharmacy I have been to actually. Other pharmacies won't necessarily tell you if there is a coupon available for your medication, and how are we supposed to know that?! If there is one available, they tell you which is nice. Everyone who works there is very caring and you can tell they value their customers. Oh and they have a nice selection of cards and candles! read more

Can't say enough about this pharmacy. I needed eye drops after eye surgery. They were recommended by the surgeon across the street. Since there was a wait, they offered to mail the drops.
