This is actually a food truck, which is parked on the side of the Tipsy Catcus, which is a really cool brewery I also checked out while I was waiting for my order. This is a really chill brewery, and not a huge spot. Maybe 8 to 10 high top tables with bar seating, and a mostly open floor plan. They have a small patio too, with what looks like about another tables but because I visited at night, nobody was outside. They also seem to be extremely dog friendly as they had one table with a really chill cocker spaniel completely laid out on his side in the middle of the floor. I'm not sure how many taps they had in total, but definitely more than 40 I would say. I'm not a big beer drinker, so I ordered a cider. The cider I was served was on tap and really tasty. And it definitely hit the spot of terms of price point. One thing to note, while I was talking to the owner/manager of the tipsy cactus (shout to him because he was really cool), he told me that Friday night and Saturday nights are usually popping so I wouldn't expect to be first in line on any of those nights. It also looks like they rotate food trucks on different nights, so don't assume that the cheesesteak truck is going to be here every night. I would check the tipsy cactus website, or Instagram page to be sure. I'll definitely be looking forward to checking this place out again in the future, especially if I'm hitting one of the food trucks parked outside.

At one point, a woman came in to pick up a to-go order and stood waiting for quite a while. When the server finally got to her, she joked, "Are you the server, bartender, and cook?" His response: "I just don't cook." Her food still wasn't ready, so she had to keep waiting. I ordered a grapefruit mimosa, which cost $9.55 but was only about three-quarters full in the wine glass. Why serve it like that? It just felt skimpy. After finishing my drink, I sat for another 10 minutes waiting to close out my tab. This was actually my second visit. We came once before for dinner with friends since we all live in Mesa and thought the concept was cool and close to home. Unfortunately, the service then was just as bad, even with more staff on shift. I had hoped stopping in for a quick drink would be a better experience -- but sadly, it wasn't. I won't be back.
