I initially found Endless Diamonds on Yelp/Google and visited while shopping around for wedding bands. Ken was so friendly and helpful in showing me different styles of rings. My husband and I eventually ended up customizing my wedding band with another jeweler (out of state, who had worked on my engagement ring). Well two months later, my finished wedding band ended up being a huge letdown with poor looking craftsmanship, and our wedding was only one week away! With so little time, we had very few options. That's when we went back to Endless Diamonds to see if there was anything they could do. Since we came in so last minute, there wasn't enough time left to custom make a band in time for the wedding. However, Ken was so understanding and actually let me borrow a wedding band so I would at least have something to use for the big day and photos! My custom wedding band from Endless Diamonds was ready the week after I got back from the honeymoon, and it looks just like I had wanted! The store also helped me resize my engagement ring; I just got it back, and I swear it looks even more sparkly than the day I got engaged! My husband and I wanted to get our rings engraved on the inside with our initials and wedding date, and Ken did it for us as a complimentary wedding gift. Though we mostly worked with Ken, Renah was also very helpful and nice when we came to drop off/pick up our rings. I can't stop saying enough good things about Endless Diamonds! I came in to get a bracelet repaired and I ended up purchasing earrings and an additional bracelet. The staff spent several rounds of loose stones to find exactly what I was looking for. Each time I came in they were warm and welcoming. Renah gave me the information so I could find a few bracelets I liked on my own time - I thought this was very nice and there was no pressure. A very trusted and reliable friend of mine referred me to Renah at Endless diamonds. She immediately earned my trust and put me at ease with some facts about engagement rings, diamonds, and the whole process, even before I told her what I was looking for. I told her my girlfriends favorite color is purple and I wanted to go with an amethyst and she killed that noise like an assassin and educated me with practical reasons why that was a bad idea. So far in our conversation she has yet to try and sell me anything just being honest and practical with me. She told me to go with a purple sapphire for several reasons. I brought in a picture of a ring i designed on 1 on brilliant earth or 1 of those sites and she said she could custom make it without any problem. This was January 2018...fast forward to January 2019 when I was ready to make my purchase. Out of a feeling of not putting all my eggs into the first and only basket. I decided to check out the big retail competitors, James Avery, Zales, Helzberg, and Kay to see what they could offer. Zales said what I wanted was literally impossible and I should roll with an amethyst, James Avery said they could do it for an offensive and obscene amount of money and I should not waste my time and go with an amethyst. Kay and Hezlberg both said what I wanted was not possible. All of them told me the absolute best option was the 1 Renah said I shouldn't do and not only was it possible but she located not 1 but 2 purple sapphires for me to choose from. Renah had the ring ready in 2 weeks flat. The same exact ring that the folks with national TV commercials said was not possible, doesn't exist, or would cost me my first born. Needless to say, Renah has my business for life. We'll be getting our engagement, wedding and a lot more future jewelry from her. The Endless Diamonds team is best in the business. read more

This review is way over do. I have to state that I'm not one for writing reviews, but more of the type to lurk and read others write ups. With that being said, I will simply say that my experience with Tham at Endless Diamonds was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. This was my first time shopping for an engagement ring. I wasn't sure where to start so I went to the typical places like Kays and Robbins Brothers at first to gauge what pricing will be like. Kays selection was limited and Robbins Brothers seemed to be right inline with what I wanted. Until I asked my future brother in-law if he knew of anyone. He pointed me to Endless Diamonds and explained that they will guide me in the right direction. At first I was unsure because Robbin Brothers educated me on all things about diamonds and settings. Upon arrival at Endless Diamonds, Tham, completely reeducated me on the whole process. Right off the bat my uneasiness disappeared and felt like I was going to be taken care of. They explained the whole diamond buying process and kept in contact with me in every stage of the design. I changed the diamond about 2-3 times and Tham was super accommodating. The best part is that they offer the SAME EXACT product as RB, but 20%+ cheaper. All you're buying at RB is a name. Endless Diamonds was able to custom design the ring to what my fiancé wanted and still be well below my budget. In all, I full heartedly recommend Endless Diamonds if you're in the market for an engagement ring. They're super on top of their communication and made the buying experience an enjoyable one.
