Many friendships are made there too. The owner, Helen, also creates fun incentives to get you to push yourself a little more than you might! They have their own dedicated parking lot behind the building. The studio is squeaky clean and I like that they have cubbies in the barre room so you can keep an eye on your belongings while you work out. The employees at the front desk are always incredibly welcoming. I usually attend with one specific friend and on our second visit, the woman at the front desk remembered us both by name. Now that's impressive. I have high standards for customer service at fitness studios because I work at one myself, and Barre Forte exceeds them. The classes are fun, challenging, and effective. They have plenty of straightforward barre classes on the schedule, but my favorite BY FAR is Barrebound, which is a combination of bouncing (aka rebounding) on mini trampolines, with barre exercises in between. It's a great way to get your heart working and log lots of steps and cardio, with full-body strengthening as well. The hour absolutely flies by and I forget I'm even working out because I'm having so much fun. Definitely try this class if you're stuck in a workout rut or just want to feel like a kid again while doing something great for your body!

As a regular gym and studio junkie that loves a good group workout, Barre3 had all the elements I was looking for- strength, cardio, core, and jamming good tunes. First- let's talk location. You know that old cliché that location is everything? Well this holds true here! The newest studio is located just off I-25/Belleview, near the new Belleview Station development. For me, this makes coming to class extra convenient. I work downtown and live in the DTC- so I frequent the Belleview station park-n-ride. Boy is this convenient! It's literally on my way to and from work. Love it! Parking has not been an issue for me. I usually park on-street, but if that gets too busy (it might, with all these cool businesses opening), there's covered parking that's free. Good to have options! Okay, the studio. It's BE-U-TI-FUL! So clean, so bright, so welcoming! I'm in love with the simple color scheme and wooden floors in the studio. It is very inviting and energizing. Lockers are available for use that include a key, or you can also tuck your shoes in a cubby and hang coats on a hanger. The bathrooms are nice- they have some amenities like feminine products, hair ties, dry shampoo (YES! A must for me before work), and deodorant spray. Class workouts will be FUN- they definitely challenge you, but it'll ALL be worth it. I will say the big take-away is most movement have layers of modification- so you can crank it up if things are too easy, or you can notch it down if you're feeling stress and pain anywhere. I haven't met an instructor I don't like yet- all of the ladies are super welcoming, friendly, and willing to listen to individual needs- like injuries or conditions. Finally, the overall pricing packages make this a spot I will look forward to frequenting. I get it- the market is a bit saturated with fitness options, various special gyms, and group classes. Barre3 provides you with ALL your props (ball, mat, resistance band, weights), towel service, and a flexible schedule with classes from early evening to late after work-hours. Definitely worth your time to check this spot out! Get your sweat and shakes on!

I had made a great connection and loved my Tucson studio, so I wanted to join a location here right away. I just reached out to Littleton PB on Instagram, and the staff here was so responsive and genuinely interested in knowing about my previous experience with Pure Barre and about me as a person. The owner, barretenders, and all the instructors are so warm and friendly. It was truly wonderful to feel so welcome. Boutique fitness studios like this can be intimidating, especially if you're a newbie, so it really helps that the staff is so approachable and really wants to help you get the most of the workout and community. This studio especially is very active with a lot of fun events. The teachers here do a lot of hands-on corrections and assists in class (especially compared to my previous studio), which has made the workout more challenging and improved my form. I am a big believer in Pure Barre. I have tried a number of exercise formats and would consider myself in good shape, but I am always challenged by Pure Barre and have never plateaued with this workout. I have not seen results like this with any other format. It is tough, but because the teachers are so helpful and encouraging, I have been able to stay consistent and am in better shape than ever.

I stumbled upon the Englewood location of Black Swan Yoga back in July 2021 and had the pleasure of taking Shea's class. Her class not only inspired me to take another class, but to also join BSY's Yoga Teacher Training. BSY's YTT is a 200-hr program that is accredited through Yoga Alliance. During BSY YTT, you'll learn all facets of yoga: history, philosophy, anatomy, spiritualism, meditation, hatha and vinyasa flows, theming classes, the chakra system, trauma in-formed yoga, prenatal yoga and nutrition. BSY's program sets their students up for success and to feel prepared to teach at graduation. Lead teachers Kiana and Sean are extremely knowledgeable on all things yoga and have been teaching yoga for many years. They teach from a place of authenticity and encourage their students to do the same. Other things about BSY Denver: The studios themselves are very clean and they take the proper COVID precautions. Both studios convey a calm/chill vibe from the lighting, to the artwork, to the music played. BSY yoga teachers are warm and welcoming when you enter the studio. They take pride in creating a safe and inclusive space for you to belong! BSY is all about building community, making connections, spreading love, and creating unity. I highly suggest taking a class and asking about their YTT program as soon as possible. You will not regret it.
