We…read moreultimately decided to go with Tridel construction due to the initial on-site assessment and the in-depth walkthrough provided from their team. Tridel Construction's bid was a little higher than other competitors in the area, but we did like the description and process better, such as working with the city for permits. Dan Antoci was our project manager for the loft conversion. A few electrical outlets needed to be run in different locations in the bedroom, walls needed to be built, drywall, and repainting needed to be completed. The team worked almost every day, including one day on the weekend for about 2 weeks straight. There was one minor issue when building the closet area where the wood was on-top of the carpet, but they fixed that during the conversion when my husband and I had mentioned it to Dan. We found out that Tridel Construction only does that during new construction. We have a few cats. We wanted to make sure that the area was well-cleaned during the project build-out and construction. During the build-out, there were multiple nails left on the floor, sharp tools, which my husband and I picked up, as well as we had to perform additional vacuuming in some areas for left over drywall. During the project, there was issues trying to update invoices and contract agreements for the appropriate and accurate information. It took some time, but eventually at the end of the project, we were able to get everything updated as intended with the help of Sasha! Inspectors for the house showed up on time and the team was pretty much available each morning during the 2 week project from 8 a.m. - 4:00 P.M. Some days did end early around 3:30, while other days went a little longer until 4:30 P.M. There wasn't necessarily a complete set schedule. The room does look great! I'm not sure if I'll use their services for future projects though due to some of the hiccups.

I was told by Uttermost that I would have to buy a new mirror! I thought I was going to have to "junk" the expensive mirror that I'd really gotten attached to at the end of our dining room. Rudolf and Bruno took about five minutes looking at the mirror, its backing and frame. I could see the wheels turning in their heads to find a solution, and find a solution they did! Hallelujah! I thought it would require welding but they came up with another creative and super sturdy option. I was very happy with their professionalism, friendliness, efficiency and pricing and would not hesitate to call on them again for almost any other house project.

They came in at a fraction of the price of every other company I received quotes from. They were professional, straightforward, never pushy, and just genuinely kind people to work with. They even stopped by my office instead of my home to complete the documents we needed. The real reason I'm writing this review, though, is because of the customer service after the sale: About a year after my installation, the window frames that are exposed to the brutal Nevada sun started to yellow. I called Window World, and even though it had been a year, they immediately offered to make it right. They sent out a representative named Alex (I hope I'm remembering his name correctly, kind gentleman in a truck and ties is hair back) and he was fantastic. He was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to explain what had happened and walked me through a few different solutions. We decided to have the frames repainted with a specialty paint designed for the issue and within just a few days, a painter was at my house completing the work. The painter was also great. The only hiccup was that while removing my screen door, one of the handles came off without either of us noticing. There were also a few small spots of white paint left behind on my walls. I called Window World, explained the situation, and they immediately sent Alex back out. Once again, he was friendly, professional, and genuinely wanted to make sure everything was taken care of. He looked over my concerns and assured me they'd be fixed. Then he noticed that my screen had been absolutely destroyed by my dogs. I never even asked about it but he volunteered to replace the screen on the spot. That level of customer service is incredibly rare these days. From the initial sales experience to standing behind their product long after installation, Window World has been outstanding. They earned my trust and they've earned a customer for life. I won't use anyone else for my windows, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Upon David's arrival he inspected the job, explained that it would be difficult to do and I understood given the lack of space to work in, but he'd do his best to get the job done, and he was off to get the necessary supplies. When he returned he knocked out the job as he showed and explained to me along the way what he was doing to make sure I was ok and happy with it. Our cabinets are now ready for install and we can finally stop stressing about this.
