I've been coming here since I moved to Arizona a year ago. I'm very particular about my nail services and was skeptical about trying a new place. Enjoy nails did not disappoint! I've had my nails done by just about every tech in the stop and I've never been disappointed. The staff is always welcoming and polite and I've never had a bad service experience! I keep my nails pretty simple but I do get some designs. They have always managed to take my inspiration photo and make it come to life! The pedicures are super relaxing as well. I will continue to come to enjoy for my nail needs!

They did a great job with my daughter's leopard nails. Super sweet staff and they were on time. We will be back!

10/10 Phi is the best. Whether you like classy and elegant or bling bling and extra Phi is ya girl, Phi or Mimi. I go into the shop with a pic of what I want and just to sum it up "they understand the assignment". These girls are great with copying a style and even better with freestyle. This shop provides many services. Mani/pedi, acrylic, wax etc. I even love that I see that even men live going to this nail shop. I'm giving 3 stars because 2.5 isn't an option. The atmosphere was nice, the ladies were extremely nice and the price was good. I've been getting dip for awhile and I've done it myself so I know it's hard to work with. I think this nail tech was inexperienced with dip, I left with some nails completely flat, others with bumps/ridges. It's just obviously uneven. Out of 10 nails, I have two that are close to professional quality. My nails look like when I was doing them myself. I had high hopes because of the stellar reviews and pictures. I would rather pay more for better quality. I think this salon still has some hope and it takes time to learn. I'll just do acrylic next time. *Edit- I'm now realizing my nails are bendy? I'm not sure if that's because of the brand of dipping powder but I've never had them be able to bend before.

OMG!!!! So I decided to try this place out since I had to visit Avondale for business and desperately needed my nails done. Below are the pictures of what I asked for VS what I got. I politely asked the tech for true coffin nails and asked if she could not round out the tips and SHE THREW THE NAIL FILE AT ME. Literally threw the nail file at me, thank goodness the plexiglass was there to stop it from hitting my face. I'm so disappointed in how my nails turned out. It was a $100 wasted (I also got the classic pedicure with regular polish). Not to mention that she cut me three times with the file. I went to wash my hands after everything was done and saw the blood around my fingers. I'm so embarrassed with how my nails came out I wanted to cry. Each nail is a different shape, length, and some are more narrow than others. I cannot wait to go home so hopefully this can be fixed. Side note: for those asking why I didn't go to my regular tech, it was a last minute business trip and my tech had a family emergency. Otherwise I wouldn't have tried somewhere new. Update: to the manager who responded, the technician never told me that my nails were too short to do the shape, had she made that comment then I would've asked for her advice to achieve my desired look. However, that doesn't excuse the terrible work on each individual shape. I've been to plenty salons who were able to achieve the look with my nail length. Yes You offered to fix the nails after I had spent 2 hours in the salon and I am in town for business only. I shared that I am not from the area and that I had to go back out of state the next day. I never asked for a refund and I shared that with the schedule I had I didn't have time to spend an additional 2 hours in the salon. If you want to make things clear then be clear about how I called to share the feedback on the quality of work and I NEVER asked for a refund nor did I demand for them to redone. I simply let you know that I was disappointed with the level of service and that I'm going to post an honest review, when YOU asked me TO TAKE THE PICTURES DOWN in order for you to fix my nails. Regardless of that the $100 that I spent at the salon was a waste of money in level of service. You want to make the problems clear...YOUR TECHNICIAN THREW A NAIL FILE AT ME AND MADE EACH NAIL A DIFFERENT SHAPE. The quality of work is atrocious, so is the service.

So I normally dont get my nails done . My husband took me out for a treat and went somewhere for the first time.. I wasn't satisfied.. I found Enjoy Nails & Spa.. Very polite and willing to work with me. I can't remember the woman's name that did my fill and toenail gel change but she was very sweet. I previously went to another salon and had acrylics on from them, but she did a fill over them with no questions asked, i know some salons don't like working over other work. I had bright pink gel toenail polish on before and she had missed a little bit after applying gel and I let her know and she went back and grind it down without even asking a question and reapplied. Great experience overall!

I really liked the way Hannah did my nails but after taking some time to review the receipt I realized she overcharged me. I asked for a full set almond shape with gel ($45) and she did an add on of $5 for "Manicure with acrylic" which I'm already paying in the $40 for "full set with gel" & $10 for V- Tip which is another ridiculous add on. Looking on their prices there's nothing there that breaks down as to why she added these additional services. I'd like to be refunded for that $15 it may not be much but it's the principle. She really nickeled and dime me. I even tipped 25% this is not cool, Hannah. I wonder how many customers they have overcharged for no reason at all. read more

My friend brought me hear about 10 months ago. It is very much hit and miss depending on the nail tech you get. Overall, the ladies in the first two seats and Hannah are the only two who do what you actually ask them to do. My latest experience was not with one of these ladies though. I asked for a basic pedicure and with callus remover. I also requested that the nail tech please cuts the sides of the nails. When she did my pedicure she did not cut the sides like I asked. Then, she put the callus remove on and immediately scrubbed it off. I know that you have to let it sit for a few minutes because EVERY person prior to her has let it sit. At the end she tried to sneak an up sale item in asking if I wanted sugar scrub. I stated I wanted a basic pedicure with callus. Had I not know that was an extra charge I would have been charge even more. This type of service has made me find a new location. I will only make an appointment for Hannah moving forward. Also this is my personal experience. There are a few amazing techs that work there, but today was the last time I was ok getting the short end of the stick with a tech who didn't do what I asked. t's not my job to tell the techs how to do their job after I ask for what I want. If the owner responds with a comment back that tells you they aren't open to feedback and they aren't training their nail techs properly. I have nothing to gain by this review. I paid full price for all the services my family received that day. Instead of responding to post the owners should focus on training their techs better. read more

These are the nails I paid $50 for a couple of hours ago. I know basic manicures aren't as common as some of the other styles these days but this shouldn't be acceptable. I had high hopes because the gentleman was so kind. Still hope to find a decent nail person in AZ. read more

Nails came out amazing. Went in to get a previous set off I didn't like from another salon. The nail tech kind of didn't like that I was getting a new set taken off then a new set on. She also wasn't very talkative or personable. Which is fine. Even when I asked for advice she just didn't really respond. But other than the conversation. Her application was amazing. I've never had lifting. And I've gotten fills and every nail tech tells me the First Lady did amazing and I have to agree. She sits at the very last table towards the corner. read more

I got a classic pedicure and added a sugar scrub for $5. My total with tax came out to $28 before tip. Tom was the technician who provided the services and he did a wonderful job. He took his time, paid attention to detail, and gave a wonderful foot and leg massage. He did so without any specific instructions from me. I will request him next time! I have tried multiple places for pedicures but I come back to this spot because of the quality, services and price point. Bonus: they have a rewards program. $1= 1 point. You get double points for paying in cash. I definitely recommend! Truly my favorite spot for pedicures! read more

I understand short staffed, I understand covid has hit everyone hard, which is why I makes an appointment in advance, arrive on time, select my product promptly. I value your experience and time, i wish you would reciprocate. It becomes a great disappointment when you have an appointment and the service selected (deluxe manicure) is performed substandard and in record time. Everything about it was rushed and anemic at best then waiting more than 15 minutes for the person with whom you have an appointment is unacceptable. I used to love this place and have sent all my friends here, but the last two times here have been subpar at best. Enjoy nails you should be placing value on customers and not volume of people. read more

If you are looking for outstanding salon, this is the place to go!! From the minute you walk in, to the time you leave, the staff and their services are excellent!! This establishment is always very clean and sanitary, even before COVID rules were put into place. They remember your name, and acknowledge you every time you come in! If you are in need of a pedicure, Hannah is definitely your go to person!! She takes her time, and addresses any concerns or requests you may have. The pedi chairs are amazing, and have a lot of different "modes" to choose from. TIP: Even though they accept walk-ins, I HIGHLY recommend that you call ahead and make an appointment, otherwise you'll have quite a wait. I also recommend Hannah for nail services, but if she's not available, ask for Adrien. They both do excellent work!! read more

Several different times I Have made appointments and then had to sit and wait for over 30 minutes. I understand mistakes happen and have them the benefit of the doubt but it's not worth it. Nails are decent when you actually get them done, but If you are a busy person and make appointments to ensure time to get things done, this place is a waste of your time. read more

Yippee!!! I was serviced mask-free AND they did a nice job!!! My only gripe was the guy who did my pedi could not do my nail full because he wasn't trained in acrylic so I had to wait an additional 30 mins for someone else to finish me. read more

My nails came out good but my toes didn't. I'm sad because I really like going to this place but after I got a pedicure I started to realize that I got an infection on my toe all of a sudden. Which means either the tools were not cleaned or the bowl was not clean either way I spent over $125 so I am pretty upset :( read more

My original esthetician was great overall, but she accidentally missed a very small section on one side during my Brazilian. Mistakes happen, so I called and was told coming back to fix it would be complimentary. When I returned, a different esthetician saw me. The fix literally took maybe 3 minutes total, but instead of simply correcting the issue, she insisted the hair was still there because that area "isn't included" in a Brazilian service. I've been getting Brazilians for over 12 years and have never once had that tiny section intentionally left untouched..... just on ONE SIDE MIND YOU...so the explanation honestly felt dismissive and gaslighting....actually it didn't feel that way. It WAS that way. What made the experience worse was that after fixing maybe 10 hairs, she tried charging me $25 for a "touch-up" that was clearly correcting an honest mistake from the original appointment. The employee I saw around 1 PM on Saturday the 23rd of May seriously needs better customer service training. Customers come back when businesses handle small issues professionally and respectfully -- not when they're made to feel like they're wrong for pointing out a missed spot. Really disappointing experience this time. Train your employees how to handle this better and take accountability.

By one of good friends I went first time Vincent the owner gave the best customer service and Kim gave me the best pedicure and manicures I ever had . Needless to say, I was repeatedly ignored. My left hand didn't receive cuticle service and the edges of my nails were left rugged. I took this as code that they wanted their money regardless of me not being satisfied. Here's my review: I waited less than 10 minutes for Leon as he was working on a previous client. It took approx 35-40 minutes from start to completion. Leon was courteous, gentle, meticulous and funny. I showed him a photo and he "nailed" it perfectly *wink*- Pun intended. I have had my nails for over a week and they are still in tact after accidentally getting my finger nail jammed in a kids slide and a door AS WELL AS all the wild stuff that happens in Vegas (remember what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas) but hey, these nails are still just as cute. All gems are also still in tact after washing my hands more than 100X's and soaking several times in steaming hot water. Overall I highly recommend Leon. He's an artist that's been in the nail business for 13 yrs. An expert in beauty and will make you feel like 100 buckaroos after leaving. TIP: I learned previously that this nail salon is closed on Tuesdays and everyone in this salon works on a walk-in basis. This place also offers eyebrow waxing, spa pedicures and great service and prices. Men are also welcome. There are 7 spa pedi-seats that also offer massage, the nail tech stations are equipped with comfortable executive leather-like seats and the Nail Garden offers over 1000 color options for everyone. Nails can be any shape you request and no detail is too big or small. Literally ask and you shall receive. My suggestion: call ahead to make sure your favorite nail professional is in the building. Hello, I am contacting you regarding a full acrylic set I received yesterday. While she filed them down and changed the polish, the structural application remains completely unacceptable for a brand new set. The acrylic is thick, sitting several millimeters away from my cuticle line, and the surrounding skin is raw and irritated. Because the technician was already unable to resolve this yesterday, I am not comfortable coming back in for a correction. I am requesting a full refund for this service.
