To preface this, whoever gave this place 5 stars shame on you. I chose the rejuvenate pedicure that was marked 40$. When handed my receipt they had charged me 55$ for the rejuvenate pedicure. Literally played me. They burned me and my friend with the water and there was blood on the towel that was used on my friend but she wasn't bleeding anywhere. Safe to say, save your money. read more

I'm giving 3 stars because 2.5 isn't an option. The atmosphere was nice, the ladies were extremely nice and the price was good. I've been getting dip for awhile and I've done it myself so I know it's hard to work with. I think this nail tech was inexperienced with dip, I left with some nails completely flat, others with bumps/ridges. It's just obviously uneven. Out of 10 nails, I have two that are close to professional quality. My nails look like when I was doing them myself. I had high hopes because of the stellar reviews and pictures. I would rather pay more for better quality. I think this salon still has some hope and it takes time to learn. I'll just do acrylic next time. *Edit- I'm now realizing my nails are bendy? I'm not sure if that's because of the brand of dipping powder but I've never had them be able to bend before. read more

OMG!!!! So I decided to try this place out since I had to visit Avondale for business and desperately needed my nails done. Below are the pictures of what I asked for VS what I got. I politely asked the tech for true coffin nails and asked if she could not round out the tips and SHE THREW THE NAIL FILE AT ME. Literally threw the nail file at me, thank goodness the plexiglass was there to stop it from hitting my face. I'm so disappointed in how my nails turned out. It was a $100 wasted (I also got the classic pedicure with regular polish). Not to mention that she cut me three times with the file. I went to wash my hands after everything was done and saw the blood around my fingers. I'm so embarrassed with how my nails came out I wanted to cry. Each nail is a different shape, length, and some are more narrow than others. I cannot wait to go home so hopefully this can be fixed. Side note: for those asking why I didn't go to my regular tech, it was a last minute business trip and my tech had a family emergency. Otherwise I wouldn't have tried somewhere new. Update: to the manager who responded, the technician never told me that my nails were too short to do the shape, had she made that comment then I would've asked for her advice to achieve my desired look. However, that doesn't excuse the terrible work on each individual shape. I've been to plenty salons who were able to achieve the look with my nail length. Yes You offered to fix the nails after I had spent 2 hours in the salon and I am in town for business only. I shared that I am not from the area and that I had to go back out of state the next day. I never asked for a refund and I shared that with the schedule I had I didn't have time to spend an additional 2 hours in the salon. If you want to make things clear then be clear about how I called to share the feedback on the quality of work and I NEVER asked for a refund nor did I demand for them to redone. I simply let you know that I was disappointed with the level of service and that I'm going to post an honest review, when YOU asked me TO TAKE THE PICTURES DOWN in order for you to fix my nails. Regardless of that the $100 that I spent at the salon was a waste of money in level of service. You want to make the problems clear...YOUR TECHNICIAN THREW A NAIL FILE AT ME AND MADE EACH NAIL A DIFFERENT SHAPE. The quality of work is atrocious, so is the service. read more

I am so appreciative of the staff at this salon!! Top notch bunch of folks!! I made an appointment for me and my nieces to get our nails done, then got slammed from behind before I could get there!!! After handling the accident, I called the salon and they were happy to reschedule me for 1:30 pm! So, with nieces in tow, we arrived and sat down to some pampering. Niece 1 wanted just gel polish. Painted pretty purple, she looked heavenly. She was so happy with her big girl nails!! Niece 2 needed a nail repaired and acrylic refill with gel polish on top. She mixed white with one nail on each hand a pearl glitter. She was also very pleased with her results!! As for me, I normally get polygel on my nails, but they don't have polygel. Instead, they have gel builder which is more of an actual jelly substance than the firmer bead of polygel. It is very natural looking and durable. Plus, you can overlay your own nail colour just as with polygel. I always bring my own colour - OPI's Affair in Red Square! I was enjoying such great service that I also got my eyebrows and lip waxed! She did a marvelous job!! Very good technique and I look professional as I like!! The final tally with all that we had done plus tip was $140, which I think is a fair price!! The shop is spacious, clean, and organized. The staff is friendly, and pleasant!! They have a great selection of products and colours. What more can you ask for?! I will be back whenever I am out this way!! read more

Very polite and willing to work with me. I can't remember the woman's name that did my fill and toenail gel change but she was very sweet. I previously went to another salon and had acrylics on from them, but she did a fill over them with no questions asked, i know some salons don't like working over other work. I had bright pink gel toenail polish on before and she had missed a little bit after applying gel and I let her know and she went back and grind it down without even asking a question and reapplied. I went to this salon as a first time customer. The moment I first walked in I was greeted and I noticed it was nice and clean in the salon. I waited for about 10 minutes because everyone was with a customer but I did not mind a bit. I did not get the lady who did my nails name but I'm extremely happy with how my nails came out. My daughter and I came in on a whim to try this new salon (new for us). We haven't had our nails done since moving to AZ from CA a year ago and I can say we will be back. Vincent the owner and his staff are very welcoming and they even have a PRICE MENU which helps when on a budget. Kids have their own section in the menu. UPDATE!!! I have had these nails on for a month now and am definitely due for a refill. I just need to say that I'm the years that I have done my nails, in the past, only once did I come across my nails lasting this long without coming off, chipping, etc. it wasn't even done at a salon that one time. Well - I used to go here under previous owners. I left because my favorite nail technician left. After 3 years of being gone, I saw it was under new ownership. I went in to get my nails done. The owner greeted me warmly and started my nail process. During the beginning, he asked my why I wasn't getting a pedicure. I launched into a very LONG explanation about my ingrown toe nails. (I have a chronic issue). Vincent - the owner told me I'M THE BEST! That is a large proclamation. For some strange reason I decided to give him a try. HOLY COW - he lived up to his own hype!!!!! Walked out since no one there cared about my time. Im big on CS and apparently this company is not. Updated review. My original visit was 7/6 and my appt was for a pedi on the next day check your books. Do not try and minimize the lack of service I received. You should also see that 7/7 I signed in on time. The correct response would be to apologize to your customer and ask how you can fix it. I also have the right to review a month after if I please. I'm conflicted with this review. My pedicure was pretty good over all. The manicure on the other hand was bad. I asked to keep my length and the tech reshapped them to an almond shape. I asked him to refile them to match the rounded flat tops I came in with. This caused me to lose more length than needed. Ok, noy a huge deal. The guy they brought in to work on my nails dropped the buffer on the floor, set it aside, but then used it on me again later. Gross. He did a horrible job on my nails too. Didn't clean off the gel polish off my skin and the coats look poorly done. My left hand looks like it was done days before the other due to the polish being so far from my cuticles. The massage was non existent. They took our appointment too close to their closing time and it was very obvious my manicure was rushed. I will not be back. read more

They didn't really listen to what I wanted for me toes and ended leaving with something completely different from what I wanted and really unhappy. I asked for a full set almond shape with gel ($45) and she did an add on of $5 for "Manicure with acrylic" which I'm already paying in the $40 for "full set with gel" & $10 for V- Tip which is another ridiculous add on. Looking on their prices there's nothing there that breaks down as to why she added these additional services. I'd like to be refunded for that $15 it may not be much but it's the principle.
