Wow, what a roller coaster with Josh. I paid Josh a 50% deposit back in July 2023. At the time, he promised new windows would be installed within 3-4 weeks. He came out to measure the windows and then sent me a text saying he'd call me on Monday to discuss the ETA. He never called. Well, September rolls around and I still haven't heard anything from Josh so I check in with him. He says he's gonna check his schedule and get back to me with an installation date. He does not get back to me. So I follow up with him and he says there was a delay with the manufacturer because they had some kind of problem with their machines. But good news, my windows were apparently delivered the previous week. Why he didn't reach out to me when my windows came in, I have no idea. I keep pressing him for an installation date. He doesn't respond until the following day. He tells me he's going to come out the following Saturday. Ok, fine. I can wait until then. Well, on Friday, the day before he's supposed to come out, he sends me a text saying that his guys can't come out until Sunday. Ok.... So I have to call my tenant and tell her the window guy isn't coming out until Sunday. Well, Sunday morning rolls around and I get another text from Josh 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment telling me he can't make it. This time he tells me there's an issue with his worker's truck, something about the timing belt. He can't come or they can't come. He wants to come out on Wednesday. It doesn't matter. At this point, my patience has run out. I ask for a refund. Josh immediately tells me he can come out the following day, on Monday, first thing in the morning. I'm dubious and don't have a lot of faith in his promise. Well, Monday morning rolls around and Josh actually shows up! And not only that, he did a great job installing all 4 windows. Honestly, I was shocked. Josh was not great at communicating with me and I felt like he was giving me one excuse after another. But in the end, Josh came through and did a great installation job. Josh, if you're reading this, please be better at communicating with your customers. If things get backed up for whatever reason, be quick and upfront about it. If you make an appointment with a paying customer, please stick to it! I'd give Josh 5 stars for the installation alone but I have to take a star off for the lack of communication and last minute cancellations. read more

We wanted to replace all the screen doors and windows to our home, so we decided to go with Josh per a family friend recommendation. We had 9 windows replaced and 2 large sliding glass doors. He was only responsive when we we're getting quotes and contracted with him. After installing though, it's been impossible to get anything afterward. For example, he said this all will come with a 10yr warranty ...but he never gave it to us. After many follow ups, he finally sent it 6-7 mo later! Then, the trim work to one of the sliding doors is falling off already (!!) and Josh has blown us off for months with promises to come fix it, but he just never shows. He's unreachable. It's been a waste of our time and money. Why set an appointment and then disappear? Attached are photos of the poor trim job for reference that we still need fixed after a lot of patience. read more

I AM A REALTOR and would not recommend Josh. I strive for business longevity and do not appreciate those who take for granted an opportunity for referrals to more clients. Josh will trim your window with scrap wood. Wood with' chunks ripped/chipped off, or 'eyes' he had to cover up with silicon. I made Josh come back and replace the trim, and it only got slightly better with a less ugly piece of wood. Recently, I noticed the top of the inside of my window had bubbling paint/water damage. Outside, I saw Josh had used 2 pieces of wood and joined them with silicon. I texted him, to which he says he would send proof of before and after photos. No need for proof, silly. THE FACT IS THAT YOU USED 2 PIECES OF WOOD. So I hired a handyman to change it out. It was a moment of truth when the handyman laughed "THIS IS SCRAP WOOD FROM THE TRASH. YOU CAN'T EVEN BUY THIS PIECE OF WOOD AT HOME DEPOT!" OMG should we laugh or should we cry?!?! I was suddenly widowed and setting up a guest room for immediate income until I had a clearer financial picture. I gave Josh the job because Lowe's was 16 weeks out and he promised 7 weeks. He will tell you that he runs a team of 250 installers from the Bay Area to San Diego. But lies (delays, wrong size, team got covid etc etc) ... tries to charm you (asks if you're single, how he loves asian culture etc etc ...) AND when he finally shows up, he installs the window. I finally found a 'REAL' window replacement contractor to replace my upstairs windows. Such a remarkable improvement from my 30 year old windows. I was pleasantly surprised with the outcome especially the amount he charged me for 7 windows. This takes away the sting from my horrible experience I had with Josh and also i just wanted to show others like me who got scammed by him that there're really some honest contractors out there. read more

Had Ennovo put in 2 new sliding doors and one large window recently in an Orange County condo. Perfect experience from ordering, scheduling and end result. Josh is a total professional and I was glad to support his business instead of some sales focused mega company. The doors and windows look amazing and appear to have great insulation properties.
