I had to pay them to get them removed The pictures show the back part of the house. The facia board they installed are completely ruined. I called Top of the Trades to inform them, sent them the pictures, and asked why it's ruined in just two years and that I was afraid the gutters will fall. They were willing to redo it with a "better" facia board they said, for a higher price than I originally had paid for entire house. When I asked how much they would charge me to redo the same job with the same "cheaper" facia board, they completely started avoiding me and I haven't heard from them.
