Came in on a whim looking for a new car. I wasn't necessarily leaning into anything, but Brittney showed us a few cars that I really liked with many of the upgrades I'd want! I left the first day and told her we'd likely return but also wanted time to think about it and shop around. She followed up via text the next day and so we ended up returning the day after. I test drove 2 vehicles and found the perfect one! The process was seamless and the customer service here is great. read more

Unscrupulous. I supported this company for years. I'd never rent from them again. The worker lied to my face. The office was unresponsive from when I reported the issue so I posted on their social media page. Publicly I was promised they would rectify the situation. Behind the scene was only more shenanigans. I'd never use them or recommend anyone else to. read more

I bought this car in October of 2022; I have been completely unhappy with the quality and durability of the vehicle. I have sent dozens of emails to the local manager with only sporadic responses. I also have had the car at the dealership for repairs over eight times. Not only is there a thunking sound that occurs every day while the car shifts, but the vehicle is also creaking all the time. The dealership I took the car to for repairs, Keffer Chrysler, mentioned that it was in some previous accident, and the EMRP I paid for would not cover it. The noises and creaking are getting worse. The repairs cost over $4k, and the problem persists. I had to pay a $100 copay every time I took the car in, but Enterprise only reimbursed two visits since they promised to fix any issue before delivery which they didn't. They are not returning my calls or emails at this point which is exceptionally unprofessional as they have been through this process. I want an exchange of the exact vehicle and am willing to negotiate options, money, etc., but I need to talk about the first steps. The lack of response and communication from Enterprise has been the most stressful part. I have yet to be taken care of and have spent over 20K $. I have two children that rely on this car, and Im concerned about safety and reliability. I was promised that every vehicle is thoroughly inspected and checked before selling, but I do not believe this is the case since they knowingly sold me a car with multiple issues. Before contacting the BBB, I looked for corporate contact information or complaint messaging but needed help locating a phone number or email. I have numerous emails backing up all these claims, as well as their few responses and the frustration of the lack of assistance on their part. read more

if I could give this place 0 star I would. I bought my vehicle 03/2024 and here it is 07/2024 still do not have my hard plate and title in my hands. I've called several times over the past few months expressing my concerns about my hard plate but all I gotten was false promises of calling me back, which they barely do, or lies about it takes time for them to process my title application. The only solution they had was giving me another temporary tag, I'm on tag #3 now soon to be #4 if still no hard plate and title. I had to get a Lieutenant (Police officer) involve in order to figure out what is happening with my title. From what the Lieutenant told me they lost my paperwork and I had to fill out the title application again. As I had filled out the application form, over a week ago with the promise of overnight shipping,I still haven't gotten an update. I have since called and no answer....still waiting on my title and hard plate. read more

I did a test drive on a Subaru Forrester. My salesman Don was very professional, Informative and helpful. I was surprised with the great quality and prices of the vehicles on the lot. It is a good place to get a deal! They also respected social distancing, and made me comfortable using PPE etc. I would recommend checking them out if you were looking to buy a used car. read more

Ok, I really hate car shopping. You know, pushy sales folks. Dickering over the price. Knowing that the minute you sign the car loses 20% of its value. Usually wasting a day on mind numbing exercises in futility. Enterprise was not any of these things. Paris was amazingly. We told him what we were looking for and he found a near perfect match in minutes. The next day (his day off) he drove to another Enterprise lot to clean, gas up and bring us the auto of our dreams. It took about an hour from start to finish and not once did I want too kill anyone. The manager and sale people were great and the experience as painless as such an endeavor could be. Spoke with salesperson on Friday about looking at a car that needed to be transferred (free). Stated car would be in that afternoon if I could come by, I said I could not but would be there when they open on Monday. On Saturday saw car was not in my location but a 3rd location. Emailed salesperson who stated this was common (even though car was coming to my location on Friday) and guaranteed car would be here Monday. Drove 40 minutes one way Monday for scheduled appointment. Salesperson had me sit down and stepped out, and then came back to say car had not been transferred there yet but would be there today. Manager did not even come out to apologize so I left with no intent to buy from Enterprise as apparently my time is less valuable than the truth. Would not trust them to buy a hot wheels car from. Planned on looking at a second vehicle as well if this deal went well, so they lost 2 sales. And again nothing from the manager, and the salesperson knew the car was not there but still let me drive all the way over there without a courtesy call to say the car was not there. read more

Can't say enough great things about the staff at Enterprise. I knew months ago, from my experience renting from various Enterprise locations, that I would eventually purchase a car from them. The unfortunate timing of a car accident that was not my fault pushed my timeline up somewhat, but in the end it was still a great experience. Darius and the guys on Independence went out of their way to make us feel like family. After looking to purchase a newer vehicle for 3 months, I found it here! To my surprise, buying a car here was not stressful at all. I called them on a Sunday asking if they had any SUVs under $15k that I could test. Two hours later I had tested 3 cars and purchased 1. After my purchase they were very responsive in answering questions regarding taxes, tags, etc. I would highly recommend this location for folks looking for used cars with good prices and great service! read more

I can't say enough about. Robert and the rest of the staff at Enterprise Sales. Robert went out of his way to help us choose our car. It was great that we didn't have to walk the whole lot looking at cars that didn't fit our family. He sat with us and we went over everything that we needed and wanted in a car and he matched us to the tee. The reviews I see on here are a joke. I will say I went to get a car from enterprise two times and the only reason I went back the 2nd time was for the mileage on the car and they sell newer cars. first time going they was all nice and laughing and made me feel welcome well they didn't send my tag information in so I got pulled over not only that they didn't add the fees to the buyers guild and they 'TRIED' to put $250.00 on my credit well sorry that didn't work. 2nd time all friendly glad your back laughs and jokes ok cool well the boss man RO promised me a $50 gift card for the trouble that we had that day a hour and a half hold on the phone at the bank because the staff kept hanging up on them cause they didn't know how to transfer phone calls.. well lets say its been 3 months with 5 emails to them to still have to no gift card that was owed to me at the check out time. I will not ever go back there nor send anyone to them they are a joke now laugh at this joke will be on you enterprise charlotte. bad business gives you a bad name.. and I'm not sorry for it at all if you Ro would do what you say then this would never been wrote. read more

I Purchased a 2017 Hyundai Sonata From this location not 2 weeks ago. The breaks were rubbing and when I went to break the car would make a wired noise and kick back at me. I went back to the location to explain my concerns being within my 7 day buy back where a manager drove the car and said nothing was wrong that he noticed. And was assured they would look at the car and get it fixed even though he didn't notice anything. I get my car back a few days later now we are out of the 7 day return policy only to find out nothing was done the car still was not stopping as it should and the making that wired noise and stuttering at decline stops. So I go back and yet another manager drove my car and then another manager drove my car one of the associates was able to feel the stuttering I was speaking of the other one said he didn't feel it but he was concerned with the breaks. Mind you all this time im missing work which is money and they just keep reminding me that the car is covered, but my time is money so I am paying in some way! Who wants to buy a car and in the first two weeks you spend days on end getting it to work safety. Come to find out it was the transmission that was failing and the breaks where bad. They left me to take the car in miss work on multiple occasions and I had to find rides after I have JUST PURCHASED A CAR this is unacceptable. This should of been handle in a better way I felt like I was Scammed. read more

These additional scratches were not disclosed, and the salesman's message absolutely downplayed the damage. After the team tried fixing it, some scratches and the dents were still clearly visible. Carmax wouldn't adjust the price despite the new (unrepaired) damage. I don't think they're going to update the listings pictures, and I feel like there was prior undisclosed damage to the car. If you're looking to purchase a car from here, be extremely careful that you're not getting played.

I've bought / sold 13 BMWs in my life and the experience with EP rivaled my experience with the best BMW Dealerships. Our Warranty mileage was still under the required accumulated miles but no mobile services to our area and no AutoNation dealership for 245 miles! It now has cost us over $2,500 to have those problems repaired and AutoNation STILL hasn't reimbursed us for repairs they were supposed to be responsible for as promised at the Contract Signing.

Needed the car moved from my mother in laws home I called Neil back and informed him of what I had been told. He set up a date for pickup on Tuesday(the next day). Well in the process of a kitchen renovation I LOST the car keys. I called Neil back Tuesday to reschedule for Weds, giving myself more time to find the keys. After 24 hours of looking, I called Neil back to cancel. He said he would be at my mother in law home at 430 as scheduled and not to worry about the keys. **Thank You God!** Neil was there at 4:19(before I arrived), had already introduced himself to my mom and was in the process of loading the car. He was able to use his lock out kit so I could get some items out of the car. We had problems with loading the car bc of the steering wheel being locked and the wheels turned in one direction slightly. Throughout the hour ordeal, Neil remained patient and ensured me that he would be able to get it today. He had great conversations, told old stories which were pretty cool, and taught me a few things about loading and pulling a car with no keys. He gave me a fair price for the vehicle even without the keys which I was ready to say just take it. I would definitely recommend Pro Tow to anyone. And to add, he quoted more than anyone else and stuck by his quote.

Although I was initally rude to Jordan when he called he just wouldn't let up!!!! The "carebear" took great care of me throughout the entire purchasing experience. I just want to thank all of the guys that helped though out the process. I would advise EVERYONE to go check out Enterprises Sales on Independence Blvd. Thanks to Jordan S, Anthony G. & Rashwn P!!! Hey Rashwn "Jason" said whats up!!! ROTF!!! I know I was a little bossy & persistent with what I wanted. Enterprises had my car transferred from Raleigh to Charlotte for me!!! This was one of the best major purchase experiences I have had. I started my car search online and enterprise had the exact vehicle I wanted. Megan contacted me right away. Her approach was friendly and helpful. I felt comfortable talking to her about my purchasing needs. She guided me through the process and gave great advice along the way. I could tell her goal was to help me purchase the type of vehicle I wanted not just what was available on the lot. The financing process was not overwhelming, the finance department was highly experienced and knowledgeable. When I was ready to finalize the purchase, the car was there and all of the paperwork was ready to sign. The process was not messy at all. The sales manager was not pushy, he let me take my time to decide on whether or not to purchase. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. He was professional, polite and knowledgeable and assisted in every aspect of purchasing my vehicle, from working with Manager Steve Hughes to find the vehicle, to updating me on the status of the vehicle's arrival, from handling any concerns I had regarding the vehicle as well as following up with any questions I had in a timely manner. I recently purchased a care through Enterprise Car Sales. They were terrific! This was the first time with I handled car buying on my own, and they made the process a breeze. No high pressure sales techniques or anything like that. We discussed what I was needing and took a look at some options. When the car that was right for me was at another location, they had it delivered and ready for me 48 hours later. My sales person Jordan was great from the start of showing me the car i was renting and many other options. He showed me many options but fortunately I was set! Thanks to the manager Steven I got a really good monthly payment, a great APR and the car I really wanted. It was no easy task to get a car out of rental before company milage but they did it! THE BEST. My husband and I had an amazing experience here with Anthony. We went back and forth on which kind of car we should get and Anthony was patient with us and helped us research and find the best option. They made car buying easy , and our salesman Darius was great. Unfortunately The 100 point inspection did not catch the broken CD player....which was a bummer because I had a 22 hour drive and a great story to listen to. Also the follow up paperwork has been slow. The biggest problem is that my vehicle was advertised below able Book value. I believe that was a lie. I am trying to resell it and cannot find anywhere near what I paid on Kelley blue book. read more
