So I finally decided it was time to buy a new car. But I knew I couldn't afford a brand new car. My option was to get a reliable used car that is relatively new. I figured that a great place to find a reliable used car would be a rental car service that sells cars because of how well they maintain and service their vehicles. I've always had good experiences renting from Enterprise, and I get a pretty decent discount through my company. I basically felt a certain loyalty to the Enterprise brand. Since I needed to buy a car to drive in the Los Angeles area, I decided my best option would be a relatively new used Prius. My Google search led me to Enterprise Car Sales in Pasadena as they had a Prius close to what I was looking for listed online. I entered my information online, and was contacted by a sales rep named Lacy. I then spoke to Lacy on the phone and explained to her what I was looking for and my particular needs as a driver, etc. She was so friendly and helpful that I immediately had a good feeling. I made an appointment and Lacy kept in contact with me via text. It was her day off when I set my appointment, but she still followed through to make sure everything went smoothly. She directed me to her co-worker named Markell Deruso. When I showed up to the appointment, Markell was there to meet with me and I immediately liked his "vibe" and qualities: young, cool, smart, down-to-earth, relaxed, not at all pushy and I trustworthy. He took me out to look at the Prius and when I sat inside the vehicle, it just didn't feel like the right fit (I guess I'm just not a Prius kinda guy). I had my heart set on a Prius, and didn't want to buy another Ford (which was my current car I'd been driving since 2001). But Markell listened to what I was telling him in terms of what I was looking for, and he directed me to a 2015 Ford Fiesta. This was not the car I had in mind. Then I drove it, and discovered that Ford should not be passed over as an option. Markell sold me on the fuel efficiency of the vehicle, which he was smart to stress. But it was the sticker price that got me; it was much, much lower than the Prius. Instead of him trying to sell me on the more expensive car, he convinced me to buy a less expensive car because he knew it was the right fit for me. I find that very admirable. He didn't try and con me or convince me to go with a more expensive option. He simply wanted me to be happy with my purchase. The entire experience choosing the car and going through the paperwork with Markell and Sherwan his sales manager was painless and efficient and actually a fun experience. They helped me with the insurance, even trying to find me the cheapest rate possible by making phone calls and helped to find a junkyard for my current Ford (that had seen better days). Overall, the entire experience was better than I could have hoped for and I am so grateful that I found the exact right place and sales team to help me purchase my new (used) car. Enterprise Car Sales is awesome. Honestly, the best experience I've had buying a used car. Especially their salesman Zach, who helped me out immensely. A little background, I had gotten my previous car, a 2007 Nissan Sentra, from this lot. It was a solid car for a good price and lasted me 9 years and over 150K miles. But sadly the transmission broke down very suddenly this last Friday and would have cost thousands of dollar to rebuild. I decided to instead put that money towards a down payment on a new one. I was referred to Zach and gave him a call. He was very reassuring and we arranged for me to come in the next day. I showed up around 10:30 on Saturday, told him my preferences, and he found a host of cars that fit what I was looking for. He was very friendly and attentive to what I wanted and came up with a good lineup to try out. He actually ended up surprising me with an option I hadn't considered, a Nissan hatchback. I had mentioned to him that I bike and wanted a car where that would fit and thought this might fit my needs. While I had never considered a hatchback before, I ended up loving it. It was a 2015 (I was surprised it was still that new) Nissan Versa Note with lots of nice features and functionality for under 13K. Zach even let me take it for a quick ride on the freeway just to see how it handled higher speeds (which it did just fine). He was really pleasant to work with and was sure to answer all my questions and explained every step of the process. Even as we went through the paperwork, he'd explain what each signature was for and answered any questions I had. (Enterprise can also handle all the DMV for an additional $20.) They got me a fantastic monthly rate for the financing too. Enterprise Car Sales is seriously the best place you can go to shop for a used car. I can't recommend it highly enough. If you go, be sure to ask for Zach. He's helpful and really good at finding what you need. As I said, I came in around 10:30 am after an unexpected emergency car breakdown, unsure if I was going to be able to drive to work Monday, and by 1:30 that same day I left with a new car for a reasonable price. I have avoided buying a newer car for years because I couldn't help to think of all the headaches I would have from sales people constantly following you and pressuring you to buy a car. This branch has definitely changed my thinking of the experience of buying a car !!!!! I had one of the most amazing experiences at this branch. I asked to be allowed to look around and I was left alone to take my time in looking at what was available. I had a wonderful sales consultant (Lacy Hubbard) who took the time to listen and answer any questions I had. Lacy has definitely made me feel like she makes sure that the experience is more than just a purchase. She made me feel safe and secure leaving with my can and made me feel comfortable enough to contact her if I needed assistance or had questions. She tremendously helped in making my decision by explaining each car I was interested in. It was a great deal that School fist, the company who I financed with was connected to enterprise and saved me the hassle of having to do the filling of the application myself, Everyone at the branch who helped me was very nice and patient. I felt ike the whole paperwork process was quick. I felt great after knowing I had been explained everything I had signed up for. The greatest part is that I did not feel overwhelmed. Branch Manager Paul Najarian was very kind and made me feel great as I left, as I did not feel like I was being pushed out the door even though the branch had already closed. Purchasing a used car from Enterprise......what a positive experience! After my car gave up the ghost last October, I began that unpleasant task of looking for a replacement vehicle. As I became continually less impressed with the selection among various car lots and questioned the integrity of some of the salespeople, a friend suggested that I contact Julie Eze at Enterprise. I would never have imagined that buying a car could be such a comfortable experience. Along with being extremely knowledgeable about cars, Julie took time to show me different models and patiently discusses the pros and cons of each of them in regard to my needs. Eventually, when we narrowed it down to what I wanted, Julie was able to locate the exact model and color at another enterprise location. where to begin to explain how G R A T E F U L L I am to have purchased a car here. I basically rode my hoopty, Frankie, until the wheels came off. Frankie died while I was on my way to work on Monday night, it just turned off when the light turned green . unfortunately I didn't feel like I had too many solutions to my problem . Zach and Matt any and all questions that I had about the cars I Looked at, there was no pressure put on me to buy a car. When I finally chose the car I wanted they didn't have it in the color I wanted, Zach immediately pulled up inventory and found the color I wanted at another Enterprise Car Sales. It has been eight years since I purchased a 2006 Toyota Sienna Minivan from Enterprise Car Sales in Pasadena. It was a pleasant experience then and their culture of putting the customer first has continued to this day. Zach Crandall was the salesman and Shannon Smith was the office manager who handled the paperwork. I paid for a 2013 Toyota Corolla with a check, the whole process was painless, and took about 90 minutes. Please be aware that these are rental cars they are selling and the batteries do get abuse with customers leaving the air conditioning and radio running constantly. The battery on the 2006 Sienna died after three months. The 2013 Corolla had corrosion products on the positive battery terminal freezing the battery cable to the terminal. I enjoy tinkering with cars so I had fun changing the batteries and making sure that the cables were corrosion proof. I have five grandchildren, so I will be visiting them again. Was a bit nervous as this was my first time buying and financing a car but everyone there was very helpful and friendly making it all quite painless. I worked with Markell who was super helpful without being pushy or trying to sell me something I didn't need. I visited twice over a 2 week period and Markell patiently stayed in touch with me even though I had to cancel a couple of our appointments. When the time came to purchase my 2015 Ford Fiesta, I was out the door in under 3 hours. Markell even showed up before their 10am opening time because the tow truck I needed to bring in my trade in came to my apartment 45 minutes early. I was also offered more for my beat up old trade in than what any junk yard had. I found the experience at the Enterprise Car Sales lot in Pasadena to be nothing but a positive experience. My salesman Zach took the time to listen to me about what I wanted and my price range. He took me to see the cars that met the criteria on their lot. I found a wonderful 2012 Toyota Corolla. There have been no issues with the car. If their lot had not had a car I wanted, they would have found another car for me within their system. The paperwork can be intense because of the requirements they have to meet for full disclosure plus the options available. Because I traded in my old car, there was additional paperwork which was also to be expected in order to let the buyer/seller know exactly what is happening. The employees at the Pasadena sales office are the best imaginable, from Nikki, who sold me the car, to Matthew who went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. It's easy to purchase there, because there is no haggling on the price and I could leave my Enterprise rental car when I picked up the new car so I didn't need to arrange for a ride. Matthew and others at the office continued to work with me in the months following my purchase when I had difficulties with the Hyundai dealer and tow company regarding the warranty. The only suggestion I would make is to request a longer test drive and insist on going on the freeway, because I would have found out a couple of things about the car I purchased before I signed the papers. read more

05/13/2014 When AAA referred me to Enterprise Car Sales in Pasadena, CA on 05/08/14 to purchase a New Used Car, I was very impressed by all the staff, especially Zach Crandall, Matt deMontagnac and Shannon Smith with their professionalism, education and friendliness! I chose a 2013 Chevy Cruze, namely for its brand being considered as one of the Safest Small Sedans, its well lighted, easy to read dashboards and smooth driving. The paperwork required was staggering but I and the office finally waded through them all. AAA has been astonishingly swift and efficient in the settlement of their claims.
