David Layne and his staff at the Riverside, CA branch of Enterprise Car Sales (located on Indiana Avenue) is, without a shadow of a doubt, the best leader of the most efficiently operated and professionally lead new or used car lot that I have ever purchased a car from. The first two cars that my wife and I purchased from David Layne at Enterprise (a 2011 Volvo S40 and a 2010 Mazda 6) were bought together on November 11th of 2011. From the moment I first began to do business with David (and his team), it was obvious that he was a man of character and integrity. I was both relieved and impressed to have been lucky enough to have come across such an individual in a small business like Enterprise, when all of the countless other "big name" dealerships that we attempted to take our business to, were lead by such characterless, dishonest, greedy individuals. I am a college professor in Riverside who has the opportunity to work with hundreds of successful people each day that are preparing for high-level medical school, nursing, and various other healthcare program positions, so I feel like I can confidently say that Mr. Layne has every bit of the intelligence, leadership potential and degree of class as anyone I've ever met. I mention this for two reasons: 1) yesterday I came back to Enterprise and bought my third car in two years (a 2012 Chevy Camaro) and I had an even better/faster experience with your company as I worked with David again. We had a great experience purchasing our Town & Country Van on Saturday, on 10/26/2013. We had been shopping around looking at different vehicles and at different dealerships. I was shopping for a used SUV. Miesha was given my number. We talked about the type of SUV and the mileage limit . She told me, " that she understood and would take care of me." A couple of days later, I was in the office test driving. I was out of town, when I received a call from Miesha. She wanted me to know that the SUV I was interested in was being sold. She was on it. Miesha had another SUV for me to look at. While test driving she noticed a problem with the key remote. She had it take in to the dealer. My daughter and I each purchased a car this year from CJ at Enterprise. It was painless. It would have been really quick too if only Enterprise HQ would give them better computers and a bigger printer. CJ was very good with follow-up, they took care of the after sale problems very fast, in fact, being a person who takes a while to follow up, CJ called me several times to arrange an appointment for me to come into the office to get my problem fixed. We called Enterprise on information on a Kia. Ivory was the young man who answered, showed us the car and was very informative with all our questions. When we had time to come down, we found out the color car we wanted see was sold BUT, he would have another car, same color brought to their dealership next day so we could look at it. We came in loved the car and the whole experience there. Now this is why I will only buy my next car here at this office. We bought the car and were not able to take it home that night because we had to leave town for the weekend. My experience at Enterpise Car Sales was excellent. Eldon was a fantastic sales rep in finding the best vehicle that fit my needs and style. He went above and beyond in every aspect of the sale and made sure that I was going to go home that day feeling comfortable and confident in the vehicle I wanted. He even drove all the way to Long Beach to pick up the vehicle and brought it back to Riverside that same day. Took my son to look at what was available and greeted by a friendly rep at the door. He mentioned that they usually get customers through referrals but was glad to assist us. I have to start off with from the first phone call, to picking up my new Jeep that Korrissa was AMAZING!! The process was super simple, NOTHING like a regular dealership. Not one did I feel uneasy at all. The no haggle was AMAZING. She listened to me 100%. I did not feel dooped like at a regular dealership. I will NEVER buy a car anywhere else. I was very pleased with how hard Ryan worked to help us buy the new jeep. Frankly, I had given up, but he made phone calls and kept making a way for me. This is my second purchase from Enterprise Car Sales in Riverside.. I purchased a 2012 Yukon SLT back in March of 2013 - it was like new with 22k miles on it.. I used the Yukon for my daily driver and to pull my boat to Lake Havasu. Now the Yukon has 62k miles on it so I traded it for a 2014 Tahoe LT with 18900 miles ... again like new. I like purchasing from Enterprise because I get essentially a new vehicle without the depreciation.
