    Worse experience ever! They sold me a Dodge Challenger with the radio not working. Called them the next day and they set me up with an appointment to fix it. Little did I know they were going to use my own extended warranty!! The car was like that when I bought it, and they knew!!! I've would of returned the car if I would of known this would of happened! Now I'm too late and still waiting for a new radio to be installed. Bummer how they will sell the cars like that.

    Karl provided outstanding service. He was easy to get ahold of, and he did a great job reaching out to me as well. My intention was to buy a car for my boyfriend and just do some browsing for myself. However, Karl did such a great job finding the perfect car for me, before I knew it I had my new car. This is the 5th car my family has purchased through him. As long as he's still at this location, I will definitely be back for my 6th purchase soon enough.

    I must admit and I hate to say that I'm very upset with Enterprise Car Sales Since I purchased my 2017 Nissan altana It's been to the shop several times mainly for transmission issues and breaks the honey thing as this I went to Enterprise Car Sales to talk to them and they tell me that this $2000 extended warranty I paid for does not cover the transmission belt and I'm responsible for it after only 2 months of owning the vehicle I am pissed and I will never come back here ever again I will see them in court...

    I just bought a red dodge challenger here and the service was excellent the trade-in value of my old car for a new car was way higher than the actual dealership and the interest rate much lower than the actual dealership I highly recommend this dealership over others if you're looking for a pleasant and smooth transaction! Pita was my sales rep she did a fine job!

    Hands down the best. Me and my hubby went in and were looking for a bigger car after our accident and our car was totaled. Ryan Libby was so helpful and got us the best of the best worked with us and our situation overall we were SUPER EXCITED AND THANKFUL.     I recently purchased a F150 XLT from this location & I'm very pleased with how the whole experience went . I found a truck on line at a different location & asked for it to be delivered to the Riverside store , it was there 2 days later , I test drove the truck & within a couple hours I was driving it home . The salesmen Michael was awesome & professional. The finance department were very pleasant & professional , thank you Philip for your professional assistance in my purchase. I reccomend using Enterprise car sales . I will return here when it's time for a used / newer vehicle.

Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, we experienced a serious battery-related failure that left the vehicle in your service department for approximately 30 days. Unfortunately, we are now facing the same issue for a second time. The vehicle has once again required battery-related repairs and has now been out of service for more than two months. What is most concerning is that on both occasions the vehicle lost all power while traveling on the freeway. This was not merely an inconvenience--it was a significant safety concern. Thankfully, both times I was close enough to an exit to safely maneuver the vehicle off the roadway. Had that not been the case, the outcome could have been far more serious. When purchasing a luxury vehicle, there is an expectation that the product will be reliable and that the ownership experience will be supported by a high level of professionalism, communication, and customer care. Unfortunately, our experience has fallen well short of those expectations. After two major battery-related failures and more than three months of cumulative repair time, we have lost confidence in both the vehicle and the dealership's ability to resolve these issues satisfactorily. We would appreciate a clear explanation of the ongoing problems with the vehicle, a definitive timeline for repair, and a meaningful resolution that reflects the seriousness of this situation. We chose Mercedes-Benz because of its reputation for quality and customer service, and we expect that reputation to be reflected in how this matter is handled. I went in with bad credit hoping that this dealership would finance me a p71 crown victoria. I didn't have high hopes because of my credit situation but, I still gave it a shit anyways. It took about 3 days in order to try to get a deal worked out for me and they went to every avenue and every corner to try to make this happen for me which let's be honest, a lot of places would have given up on me a long time ago. I get it, an old cop car through most banks would not qualify for financing BUT, it's the car that I wanted. Antonio brought me in sat me and my wife down and laid it all out on the table with nothing to hide and I not only appreciate that but, I respect that as well. His polite and welcoming demeanor is a huge plus, especially to a girly-girl who knows little about cars. "Service with a smile" goes a long way and he has a great attitude for customer service. Ezekiel (you can call him Zeke) is awesome as well. He jotted down all my concerns and made sure to explain every step of the process. He didn't have the "smarmy, condescending car salesman" attitude. Since this was my first service for the new RX hybrid, it was an easy process but they actually made me feel welcomed and comfortable, which is incredibly appreciated.     Let me start by telling you that this Nissan dealership in Riverside is the BEST one! I went to…read moreNissan El Monte (NOT recommended). I went to Nissan Alhambra (NOT recommended - negative business practice). Contacted Nissan Duarte (poor inventory - doesn't have the car I wanted). And finally, Nissan Gardena (NOT recommended - they don't listen). When I say NOT recommended, just take my word for it. I don't want to elaborate too much detail since this review is for Riverside Nissan. So, as you can see, I basically made my rounds all over town to find the best place to buy or lease my car. Riverside Nissan is completely different from others. First, the price they quoted online (using their website) with all the discounts is legit and they honored it. I'm super happy! But take note that my credit score is outstanding, above 800, so your credit score may be a factor on your actual quote. People with bad credit usually pay more because they have a higher risk profile or higher default rate. However, not sure if this dealership enforces this common business practice or not. Just be aware about it if your credit is poor or below average. The majority of my transactions were professionally handled by Lisbet. She needs to work a tiny (very tiny) bit more on her communication or follow-up, but overall, she was excellent, friendly, and fast. She pretty much took care of everything: delivering the car to my place, paperwork, deal making, and driving my trade-in back to Riverside. I currently reside in Monrovia, so the drive is a little substantial especially with traffic. She definitely went above and beyond, which I deeply appreciate. (Thanks so much, Lisbet!) And the best part, Riverside Nissan gave a fantastic deal (based on my request) for my trade-in vehicle compared to other dealers! I tell you, this is the ONLY dealership that values ACTION (and honor) instead of false promises (wasting your time). So, if you're thinking about trading in your car for a new one, this is the place to do it! I honestly recommend this place if this is something you're thinking about. Don't bother checking other dealerships - I did the work for you! Yes, thank me later. Lastly, and this goes back to the tiny communication glitch with Lisbet. When she took my car, she told me that she will text or call (within a week) to let me know when I will get my check for the trade-in. However, to my surprise, the payment was mailed earlier than expected. Unfortunately, because I wasn't notified as promised, I contacted the owner, Richard, via email for a "needless" follow-up. The owner responded by calling within 2 hours and that's when I learned that my check was already in the mail. Without a doubt, the owner truly cares for his business and reputation. 5 stars!! Based on my overall experience - and I'm super picky and critical - I would gladly recommend this place if you want or need a new Nissan! (As long as Richard is the owner!) The quoted online price was valid, salespeople were helpful, best offer for trade-in, and an owner who values his customers. Not sure about others, but for me, the "HONESTY is the BEST POLICY" was used. What else do you want? And, of course, LOVE my new car! Thank you very much, Riverside Nissan!
