Damien at Enterprise Car Sales is phenomenal. My fiancé and I had spent the day driving around to different dealerships testing a number of used cars, and were both just re-remembering how painful the car buying process is: you always feel like you're getting ripped off, or that the people you're talking to aren't 100% trustworthy/on your side, that they're there to persuade you to buy something more expensive, the whole thing. And then we made it to Enterprise, and Damien was the complete opposite. He remembered important details from our initial call (like our price range, my "dream" car, the fact that I was a fitness instructor haha all of it). He had those cars literally already ready to go for us. He wasn't pushy *at all,* which made us want to work with him. And then above all, he was just SUCH a nice guy. So genuine, so helpful, and a lot of fun to work with. We ended up coming away with a car we LOVE (2019 Nissan Rogue with 34k miles!) at a good deal with good financing. Only one things I'd say could make the experience better (neither of which has anything to do with Damien, who is amazing, but is just a heads up): The technology to get a quote on financing and walk through details for the car is just... painfully slow. Plan to budget well over an hour to get through it (we hit this snag both when getting a quote, and then again when actually coming back to buy the car) Otherwise, highly recommend Enterprise, but specifically recommend working with Damien! read more

I try to live with my mistake that I got for over 20,000.00 at Enterprise Car Sales in Woburn MA. It just over a year since I bought this Vehicle. Everytime it snows the Trunk and back seat is filled with snow. I have to pay $500.00. per month for this vehicle. I am very hurt because I took it back to the company within 7 days and they would not take it back. I am not sure of the Rep's name I think it's Abdul and the Manager Drew refuses to take the car back. It failed the Emission stay away from them as far as you can. I'm in the market for a mid-size SUV. I was told by a salesman named Don that he had several vehicles to show me in my price range. He showed me Jeep Cherokees that were 3 or 4 years old, and their sticker price was $35,000!!!!!!!!! I was told the price is not negotiable and they have a "NO HAGGLING" policy. I quickly found 2 other LEGIT dealerships where I could get the same vehicle for $8000 less, and with lower mileage. These guys are nice guys, but they are pathetic as salespeople. I came here a while ago and made it clear to the rep, Nick, that I was in the early stages of getting a new car and just looking, not ready to commit. He seemed to be listening, he was polite and professional, but was quick to set me up in one of their cars that was ready to sell. While I gave it a test drive, he did an appraisal of the current car that I was *considering* trading in for the right vehicle. Once I came back from the drive, he was suddenly trying to usher me in to an impulse buy, talking to me like I had fallen in love with the test drive car. (Side note: who impulse-buys a car?? No one in my tax bracket). A manager came out while we were talking (re: while Nick was already trying to pressure me) to address him, and asked him right in front of me how the sale was going. They had a short exchange where it seemed like the manager was frustrated with him for not getting the sale (because I had reiterated that I was not ready to buy yet), like he was in trouble for wasting his time. But honestly, that interaction felt deliberate, staged, like it's just one more technique they use to pressure people into making one of the biggest purchases you can make in life. I walked away with the slimy feeling of someone who someone else had been trying to manipulate and eventually purchased a car through a private seller-- which by the way I would recommend instead, with research. read more

My husband and I had a great experience at this location. The Enterprise team followed all Covid-19 prevention measures, which is appreciated. We found the car we wanted on their website first, and then went to Woburn to check it out. We knew exactly what we wanted, and we also hate the "typical" car buying process, so this was perfect. Overall the process took around 3 hours, and we were able to drive it home, plates on and everything all set except for the inspection sticker. Staff were very friendly and the office was very clean. We had a pretty good experience buying a car here. The prices are posted as no haggle, though there seems to be some room to haggle about the value of your trade in. For this reason, it's probably a better deal if you have a trade in - you won't get a seriously inflated price for your trade in, but they will likely give you a little more than they could reasonably expect to get when they sell wholesale. We found the sales people to be pleasant, and way less sleazy than even most new car dealers - we got some spin but they didn't try anything sleazy and there were no last minute surprises like the "document fee" (aka hidden dealer profit enhancer) most car dealers like to spring on car buyers. Enterprise tends to sell cars that still have something left on the manufacturers warranty and they also provide some limited guarantees of their own. They also offer a 7 day return for refund (they keep 200 dollars, not unreasonable for a week long rental/trial). They will do your paperwork and registration for you and provide new plates, so you can leave with the car on the day you buy as long as you can arrange payment and get proof of insurance faxed in. I would especially recommend them if you have rented from them and liked the car you rented. One tip: Sometimes they will have a deal offered through AAA to give you an extra 500 on your trade in. When I searched for discount offers on the web, it looks like they do this a couple times a year. We found that they had one ready to start on September 1st (it goes through the 5th) and agreed to buy if they would give us the discount early - after some discussion and calls to higher ups, they agreed. read more

It has been exactly 7 days since I purchased my car and I have to say I'm loving it! I had given myself about 2 months to find "THE car". I did a bit of searching on multiple websites, compared pricing and narrowed it down to a few sedans. I hadn't found exactly what I wanted at any dealerships and I was pushing the limit of my time frame. I was actually referred by my bank (JDCU) to check out Enterprise Car Sales and I'm glad I did. Amanda Davis was the rep who helped me out and she was fantastic! I knew my budget and the options I "had to have" and found a 2012 Nissan that I liked in their inventory. It was simple to put down a deposit to secure the vehicle. I did a little more searching the next day and found a 2011 Hyundai - loaded with all the options I didn't think I could find in my price range! It was a cinch to transfer the deposit and have the car transferred from Westwood to Woburn. I took a test drive and was in love. I decided on the car and started the paperwork. The whole process was painless! Granted, I do know to anticipate problems when there are so many components that have to jive but between the bank, the insurance and the dealership everything just slipped into place. During the whole car buying experience Amanda was so helpful and informative about the car buying process and the cars themselves. I have heard horror stories about car buying but through my 1st initial contact with Amanda I knew the process would be straightforward and simple. She answered all of my questions and was awesome about checking in on me to make sure everything worked out. They advertised on Car Guru that they had an orange Prius C. My wife drove half an hour over there to test drive it, after calling in advance to make sure they actually had it on the lot. Before she could test drive it they wanted to talk to her for half an hour about what she was looking for in a car. After she got frustrated and told them she just wanted to test drive the car she was there to see, they told her they didn't have the model at all, but she could drive a few towns over if she wanted where they had one in a different color. Salesman Greg via internet and telephone was nice, helpful and professional. A couple of tips: 1. If you are driving from a distance to see cars be sure to specifically make sure they have that car in stock for you to see and test drive. They can usually get a model in but it takes a few days and then you have to drive all the way back to see it. 2. When you are paying for the car they suddenly produce a warranty coverage option which is multifaceted. Ask for this in advance so you can review it before you are under pressure at the closing to do so. 3. Get in the car and try everything and ask questions. It was a long time since out last car purchase and the process is primary online. When we went to test drive the cars in person the salesmen were not familiar with the cars and what they can do, how they operate, how to work the electronics, 4 wheel drive, bluetooth, technology connections, seat operation etc. So you have to ask questions or when you leave you will have to figure it all out on your own. 4. There was NO flexibility at all on price so make sure you shop around. No haggle policy. 5. Be ready to wait around at closing for at least an hour or 2. read more

I had an excellent experience with the entire process. The lot was full and there were many different models to choose from. No one tried to steer me in one direction or another and they patiently allowed me to test drive several models. Once the decision was made they expertly guided me through the process and did most of the heavy lifting. I do have one issue that is preventing me from giving them 5 stars. When it came time to get financing I was led to believe that they would be able to offer me the best rates and that they used a team of lenders that included the credit union that I had financed my last vehicle through. When the person from the finance department sat down with me he started to tell me about the best rate he had, which was double what I had just received a few months prior. I stopped him and told him I would get my own financing and within a few minutes had a rate that even better than the one I obtained for my last vehicle and about 5% below what he offered. I had a great experience buying from Enterprise in Woburn! I was in a tough spot and needed a car ASAP. Eddy was the sales guy that worked with me and he was so amazing! Definitely not your typical car buying experience. They are upfront, direct, and not sleezey like regular dealership sales people that try to pressure you into a deal that day. Eddy is very genuine and not once did I get the feeling of being pressured or swayed one way or the other. It was the smoothest transaction I've had purchasing a car and would recommend them to anyone that is in the market looking for a car. I received an email regarding the $500 over blue book deal they had and after a great deal of thinking about it, finally decided to fill out the online form. Within half an hour I had an email from Amanda regarding my inquiry, and within 40 minutes and two more emails, I had an appointment for the next morning. When I got to Enterprise, I sat with Amanda for a few minutes and told her what I was looking for in a new car. I had a great car already, but I wanted something with better gas mileage and a lower cost of ownership. She said she had an idea and wanted to surprise me. She left to pull the car up and when she took me out to see it, I realized I should have told her I didn't care for Fords and I really didn't want a Taurus. I didn't want to be rude so I took it for a test drive. To my surprise, I didn't hate it. I test drove a few other cars and Amanda very patiently sat and listened as I picked them all apart. The next day I brought my husband with me just to show him the cars I had looked at. Although it was to be my car, I figured another opinion wouldn't hurt. To my surprise, he agreed with me that the Taurus was much better than he would have thought. Online I found that they had basically the same car only with a moon roof at another location, so we agreed to come back the next day to give them time to pick it up in Westwood. As I was saying goodbye to Amanda, my husband was looking at a Honda Insight. As I walked over, he moved to a Hyundai Elantra. He liked what he saw, especially the price, and as we sat over lunch, we used our phones to calculate payments, the trade-in value of our Buick Rendezvous, to look at various car reviews and the Enterprise website to look at other similar cars in the area. When we went back the next day, I test drove the other Taurus and he test drove a Hyundai Elantra while they test drove the Buick to determine the trade-in value. We really didn't think they would give us full Blue Book because of the wretched condition it was in (my husband uses it as a surf-mobile and doesn't really take care of it as he should) but they gave us *far* more than we had any right to expect. The car he wanted was still in certification, but they quickly agreed to hold it for him and to hurry the certification process. He's supposed to pick it up today. But my Taurus - I wasn't sure I'd like it, and I do admit, it's far larger than I'm used to, but I really do love it. It has far more niceties than I had expected: moon roof, heated seats, back up assist, blind spot sensors, blue tooth for my phone AND my music, Sirius radio and I just figured this one out - air conditioned seats!!!! The only thing that I gave up in my old car is the AWD. And this one is so heavy, I think the FWD will be good enough for most of my winter driving. The rest of the family loves it! My husband and I went to Enterprise in Woburn to look for a car. I gave my list of things I was looking for in a new car. I was told they had something that they thought would work for me. The car they brought out was the exact opposite of the car I told them I wanted. With that being said we left and I gave the guy my number. Since he received my number I got a harassing amount of phone calls some of which are around 830-9pm when he knows i have a young daughter. He sends me text messages and if I don't reply he sends another text saying "??". The last time he called I told things had changed and I would call him when we were ready! I have received 2-3 calls since I told him that two weeks ago. The most recent phone call he basically called me a liar. I'm borderline harassed by him. I get wanting to sell a car but after being told we had to wait a little longer you would think they'd respect our wishes. read more

After researching their inventory, and finding a couple of cars I liked, I made an appointment to meet with someone to test drive. I was impressed by their unparalleled customer service! Not only were the representatives efficient and personable, they also offered to pay for my rental car when I needed to re-visit their Woburn location to test drive again and confirm my choice. A driver picked me up 30 minutes away from their location, drove me to the bank to secure the loan, and then drove me to Woburn. This service greatly alleviated my stress as well as saving me time and money. The no haggle policy made it easy to navigate and understand the pricing. All of their used cars come with a warranty and a unique policy where you have 7 days to drive the car and can return it for a $200 processing fee if you decide you don't like or want it anymore. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that some questions that we asked about the car were incorrectly answered or the representative did not know. It was a big decision for us and as wonderful and friendly as our representative was, we felt he could have been better informed about the cars we were looking at. That said, it is always necessary to do your own research and I'm glad that we did. Also, after we finalized the paperwork and were about to hop in the car to drive home, a representative told us not to forget to get our car inspected. I'm not sure why it was brought up so last minute as opposed to earlier when we were discussing next steps and why they couldn't do that there since they did everything else like registration, titles, plates, and liasing with the insurance company. I was rear-ended while driving my 2005 Jeep Gr Cherokee and ended up driving a 2014 Malibu XLZ from Enterprise. I cannot do bucket seats but this car rode so well I had no issues with my back. I loved the way it. Instantly synch'd my phones and IPad so I could use them immediately. At the end of the week, Jeep was ready and I didn't want to turn in the Chevy. I was told about the Enterprise sales program and found a car online with low mileage and exactly like the one I drove. I live in Augusta Maine and the car was in Woburn. I sent an email, got an immediate follow up and told the sales rep I was not driving to Massachusetts to test drive or trade. After a little bit of squabbling they agreed to drive my new Chevy to my local enterprise and I drove my jeep there to trade it. I could have gotten more for an outright sale but don't have the time or desire to deal with that! Ended up getting less than KBB on it because I had 195000 miles and rust. It was in 2 rear end collisions too. Oh well! Enterprise gave me customer service like I haven't seen in years! I had my new car inspected at VIP Auto because Ent. has a corp. account there. It needed brake work, they did over $800 worth of work on the brakes- replaced a fog light with a cracked lens and then gave me a new windshield atPortland glass because mine had a minor crack. I would buy another car from them in a heartbeat! Especially Amanda Davis- she is a 'go-getter'! Those minor flaws could have been a real hassle dealing elsewhere but honestly they treated my right every step of the way. About a month and a half ago, I decided to purchase my very first (semi) brand new car. At 25, this was my first large investment and purchase, and I researched for months before finally reaching out to any dealerships or even test driving any vehicles. I was on a mobile device looking at the enterprise dealership used inventory and came across a 2011 Dodge Avenger that was really peaking my interest. Hilariously enough, my mobile browser accidentally submitted my request for more information about 30 times, so immediately I got a phone call from Joe S. and he said I must be excited to come test drive a car. We made arrangements the next day for me to go in and finally take a look. When I arrived, I was greeted promptly by the receptionist and then out came Joe. He was exactly the kind of guy I needed for this process. No bull, straight to the point, the goal was to make me happy, as he could tell I was extremely nervous. He decided and convinced me that I needed to look at a 2012 model, because it was newer and it was only 1K more than I was already looking at, which was still well under my goal range. (15K). The car was beautiful, we test drove it but I was still unsure. I decided to call my mom down for her to take a look at the car and see what she thought. I told Joe, if he could make my mom happy too, then he had sold me. Turns out, there was another 2012 Dodge Avenger in the lot same color with 2K less miles on it, and it was in better condition with not a scratch or ding. We test drove that with my mother, and I fell in love instantly. Joe made my mom so happy, pointing out the safety features of the car, and the warranty and explaining all the benefits, etc. My mom loved Joe, A+ seal of approval. When we got back from the drive, they started to run the numbers, this was the crucial part. My nerves were at an all time high. Joe came in during the wait and said "what's your goal range Danielle?" I answered, about $120/mo because I had a sizeable down payment and didn't want to take much of a payment monthly. He said "I think you're gonna be VERY happy" and left. A few minutes later, he was searching for the keys of the second car that we test drove. I ended up putting that key in my pocket without even thinking about it. Joe said, "look at that, the other car, you put the keys on the table, this one you put in your pocket, this is your car kid, this is your car." I was finally smiling and laughing. The finance process went along smoothly and I picked up the car the next day at 10AM. I signed the papers and drove off and had my first night out on the town with the car that I had named "Delilah." That night, I hit a pot hole and got a flat tire. (You always gotta get the first problem right out of the way right?) Well I called Joe in tears the next day and he calmly said, "you are my customer, you are taken care of, go to this service station and get it taken care of, and please smile!" The car was fixed within the hour. The level of customer service I have received from Enterprise was above and beyond my expectations, and I know who I am going back to in 4 years when I want to trade in the car for a new one. If you ever see this Joe, I want to thank you personally for all you did for me. The car has made my life so stress free and easy since I purchased it. It makes me happy everyday. Even today, the brakes were a little squeaky, Enterprise sent me back to the service station and put new brakes on it for nothing. The car is now in 100% perfect condition. I was astonished. I feel very taken care of and very satisfied overall with my decision to not only buy that car, but to go through Enterprise Car Sales. The actual process of selecting and purchasing a car was excellent. Don was our sales person and I give him five stars. However, that's where the great service stopped and the frustration began. We bought the car Saturday and it was to be delivered Monday. No car - so I called on Tuesday, to hear "we're working on that, and we should have it to you this evening". OK, except no one showed and there was no call to advise plans had fallen through again. I called on Wednesday, and was assured that Thursday was delivery day for sure. Thursday came and by afternoon there was no car, so I called again. You guessed it - we'll have it to you on Friday. So Friday morning I get a call to actually schedule the delivery - awesome, 11:30 at the local Enterprise rental agency. 11:30 came, then 12:00, so I called -- "he's on his way, maybe 10 minutes". At 12:30 the delivery guy shows up. We sign papers, I take the car and get the title and registration completed at my town hall. My wife runs some errands, and calls to say ... "this is a different car than the one we test drove". It doesn't take too much investigating to find out she's right -- they delivered the wrong car! Agreed it was silver and looks very similar, but a Nissan Versa is not a Nissan Sentra, and the VINs weren't even close. Rest assured they said, we'll get the right car to you tomorrow. And they did. My only request was that they contact town hall to correct the paper work, and I was promised it was the first thing that would happen on Monday. That was two weeks ago .... do you think town hall or I have heard anything? You guessed in nothing!! So I'll start chasing that down next week.
