When I picked up the car I was told that any damage smaller than a couple inches in diameter was not significant and did not need to be noted on the renters agreement. So naturally I looked for larger dents and dings and did not find any so of course I signed the agreement stating that there was no damage to the car. When I returned the car, I was told that the car had hail damage and that I needed to pay a $500 deductible to get it fixed. The damage is nearly unperceivable to the naked eye and is much much smaller than the dents and dings that I had already noticed before I rented the car. New Mexico had several hail storms before I rented the car, and even if I had looked for damage beforehand, I would not have seen it. It is very very minute. I made the mistake of making small talk with the agent when I rented the car and I had mentioned I was driving to Colorado. Well, they also had hail that weekend, however we did not get caught in it. Unfortunately at that point it is your word against theirs and since I already signed the agreement I was pretty much stuck. The original agent I signed the agreement with saw me when I first got there but then left to the back and I did not see her again which was strange because I was there for over an hour. I just feel like they try to wring as much money out of you as possible. It is unfortunate because I have rented with Enterprise before and I used to brag about their customer service but I won't be renting with Enterprise again and I will not advise my friends or family to do so either. The whole thing felt very shady and I do not believe that this location brings the customer service that I thought Enterprise stood for.

We had a very clean and well maintained car waiting for us. The customer service was patient with our many questions and last-minute changes. And they made the process fun and enjoyable. The free pickup and drop-off was also extremely helpful. My only complaints are that they would not drop-off at the airport, because there is another Enterprise location on-site. The number of emails and phone calls can also be a little frustrating.

I retired from a major airline providing Customer Service for 20 years and would have been fired for treating customers the way they do specially the manager. I been doing business with them for several months renting vehicles to drive for Uber and it has gotten horribly worse. I reserved a compact car like I had previously. I went to pick up the vehicle and they informed me they didn't have a car for me. I was paying $260 base previously but now the only option for me was a Tesla which would cost approx. $350/weekly plus the time and cost to charge make it impossible to cover the cost and make money. Anyway, my other choice given was a 2019 Ford Flex with 108k miles at $310 per week. The agent told me that it would be almost as economical as my previous vehicle, a 2021 Toyota Corolla which I was getting an average of 34MPG. It turned out that the vehicle was averaging 21MPG based on the dashboard mpg display. Also, the agent said they do not clean cars before they are rented. This vehicle was dirty inside, but the outside was filthy including the windshield and didn't have cleaning solution in the dispenser. I finally had enough and decided to return the vehicle today. I have spent numerous hours since yesterday calling Uber and Hertz to honor the reservation. I want to work! Uber agents have said it was a Hertz problem and Hertz agents have told me it's Ubers problem. Anyway, total frustration and anger. To make it worst, the manager from Hertz at the Coors location told me that I couldn't rent a car from Hertz/ Uber program anymore because I expressed my frustration. Why was I not contacted if they couldn't honor the reservation.? They told me that I should have called to see if they had cars available. Totally ridiculous and unprofessional. I've become a Platinum with Uber in about 4 months. I pride providing good customer service, which can be confirmed by my customer reviews. Anyway, I remember when Hertz were number one because they had an excellent product. Their cars were new, super clean and their staff was very professional. Now, I'm not allowed to rent a car and work because of Hertz on Coors incompetence.

This man never pushed, never prodded, asked the appropriate questions and did it with a smile on his face. He was honest, forthcoming and just a pleasure to deal with. This is their quote from their response to my BBB complaint "the vehicle was found to be in the same condition as when it was picked up... Enterprise [had] the vehicle inspected by a third-party mechanic [who] identified a wheel balance issue" So much for their "rigorous multi-point inspection by ASE-certified technicians."
