    Friendly staff and really nice and clean cars and pickup trucks also SUV's. My car is in the body shop after being side swiped by another vehicle so their insurance company is footing the cost of the rental Car so I have no idea how much my rental is costing but it's basically brand new. It's a Ford Fusion and fully loaded it even has air conditioned seats lol. The rental has only 14,000 miles on it and power seats and every luxury you can imagine so I can only say wonderful things. I was picked up extremely fast from the collision repair shop and brought to the Jefferson hwy location and when I got there everything was already sat up so I only had to show my drivers license and wait for the rental car to be washed and then the guy that was helping me showed me where everything on the car was and I'll turn it in with a full tank of gas just like it was when I drove off. When we brought the rental back we were greeted by the same nice and friendly guy I rented the car from and then we told him we needed a ride back to All Star Toyota Collision which is right around the corner from them he said no problem they had a driver that could bring us then so we got in the customer drop off and pick up van and Instead of telling us that we were going on a hour long drive to drop off another one of their customers in a totally different direction all the way in Gonzales Louisiana we didn't find out until we had already left with the enterprise driver so the drive to pickup our car that should of been 5 minutes has taken about 2 hrs so much traffic. Nope never will I use Enterprise Rental Car ever again under any condition ! If I'd of been told that we weren't going to the Allstar Toyota car dealership 5 minutes from the enterprise location I'd of taken a cab ride or called for the car dealership to send someone to pick us up. So take my advice and don't rent from Enterprise because you will be stuck going everywhere but where your need to be !!! The ride back to get my car was PURE HELL STUCK IN FRIGGING TRAFFIC BECAUSE THE IDIOT WENT 2 hrs out the fricking way saying he was new to Baton Rouge!!! Oh and he even ran a red traffic light as well as riding on other vehicles bumpers I thought we were gonna be killed ! Enterprise needs to make sure the drivers know what they doing. I was so happy with my dealing here the day I rented the car and know I'm really angry !!

    Sadly, they have a bad rap on here, but I'm about to help turn it around for them. I made a reservation early in the AM (same day) and went in there just a little after 9am. Gosh, they were super friendly and I was greeted by everyone at the counter as soon as I walked in. My husband and I were even greeted by the branch manager and she was sweet as pie. The young lady that helped me at the counter was super nice and very helpful with our return/re-rent situation. So, I had to return a current rental and get another one. She processed everything seamlessly and I walked away as a very happy camper. Renting cars is not something I do often, but when you are faced with a situation where you car has to go in the shop unexpectedly and the dealer does not have a loaner vehicle, then this is the next best option. This Enterprise location is just behind / across the street from the Whole Foods Market. I was outta there within 15 minutes. Thank you for your exceptional customer service!

    DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!! i hade a reservation, email confirmation, and when i get to the counter they told me they had no car for me as 26 cars just sat in their parking lot. They did not even offer me a ride home so I had to uber for 13 dollars to get home. They offered no compensation for causing a cancelation of a yearly family event or even said sorry. Completely unproffesional! Keep in mind im a repeat customer that has spent thousands each month at this location. Now i have to have my family go way out of their way to pick me up so i can make it to our yearly gathering.

The employees are quick to assist, whether it's during vehicle pick-up or drop-off. I was also informed that I needed my own insurance to rent a vehicle, which was confusing given my understanding of Enterprise's rental requirements and available protection options. What was most concerning was the manner in which I was treated. During my visit, I observed other customers being assisted and receiving rentals without similar issues. As an African American customer, the experience left me questioning whether I was treated differently because of my race. While I cannot definitively determine the reason for my treatment, the interaction caused me serious concern and made me feel unwelcome and unfairly singled out. Because of the seriousness of these concerns, I am documenting this incident and seeking guidance regarding my rights and available options. I am also consulting legal counsel regarding the matter.
