After being rear ended, my wife needed her car repaired quickly (we were promised 3 weeks max) so she could return to commuting to work in Seattle. After almost 3 weeks (she only had 3 approved weeks to work from home), we were told that it could take another month or more for repairs to finish. We ended up canceling the work so the car could be moved to another repair shop for faster repair. The manager also threatened a special storage fee for me after they were paid by my insurance (I was told previously on the phone that storage fees are not applicable). I would not take your car here! I should've trusted the reviews. It deserves a zero star. This place was recommended by State Farm insurance to fix a damaged driver side door. We washed, cleaned the inside and filled a full tank of gas as instructed. The adjuster Nikki went over the damage and looked to make sure there wasn't any other damages. No pictures were taken in front of us. When we picked the car, the rear side bumper on driver's side was clearly badly scuffed and scratched. They claimed that it was already there. They took photos after we left on day of drop off. It was not the same . I took photos of the damage they did and refused to take the car home until I talk to Nikki. She had already went home. Next day, I made an appointment to see Nikki. When we got to the shop the GM talked to us instead. He was rude and unapologetic. The bumper damage looked like it was cleaned up but still scratches seem. I showed him my photo from the day before and his photo that he just took that day after I was supposed to take my car home. They wouldn't fix the bumper damage that they caused. He said he wouldn't offer to fix it because we accused him of trying to clean it up. Which they did! They tried accuse of having a badly scratched bumper already. Not only this was the issue. Nikki showed us a part of the car that could've been caused by the accident and said they would fix it. We didn't ask for it. She didn't once communicate with me that insurance wouldn't pay for it. Instead she didn't fix it. I had to find out later from the insurance company when I went to get my car and saw that it wasn't fixed. Nikki never attempted to communicate with me. An explanation and I would have understood. Again I didn't ask for the extra repair. I told State Farm that I would never recommend using them ever again based on those two issues I had with them. I would give a ZERO Stars it I could. Do not trust these people. ZERO INTEGRITY. I was a repeat customer of Fix It Auto and have brought in multiple vehicles for work totaling tens of thousands of dollars of business. My Toyota 4runner's back-up camera was working fine when I brought the 4runner in for work. I just had and expensive system installed, 3,000 dollars' worth, just over a month ago. When I received the vehicle back, I noticed the back-up camera was not working as before, I called about the back-up camera immediately. I was told to bring it back on Friday when they opened. They made me wait until their meeting was done. Nikki then told me that the back-up camera never worked. This is a lie, and completely untrue. Fix It Auto could have just said, sorry, we hooked it back up and we don't know what was wrong with it, but instead is choosing to tell me it never worked in the first place. This place has no interest in getting things right. I will NEVER bring back any work to this facility and will NEVER recommend this place to anyone in the future. **** Update ***** I took the car back to Car Toys to fix the issue, it was the OBD2 cable, it was disconnected. Everything works fine again. Again, if Fix Auto would have just made a phone call to someone like Car Toys to see what the issue was, problem would have been fixed, but they insisted it was never working in the first place. I had the best experience at Fix Auto, especially with Nikki and Mike. I was in a car accident that required extensive repairs, as well as follow up repairs a few months later, and they got the work done quickly, even dropping my car off at my house when I had a hard time getting there to pick it up. They were so understanding and dealing with them truly felt like working with family. I would recommend them to anyone needing any sort of autobody work. It was my first car accident and they handled everything so well with the other driver's insurance, keeping me informed, and completing the repairs in a timely manner. read more

While initially the folks at Fix auto were very nice, that is where the positives stopped. My daughters car went in for repairs to the right front quarter panel, hood, mirror, and front passenger door after an accident. They returned the car about a week later, at which time I returned the rental car I had. However, upon getting it home I noticed the hood was not aligned properly. The hood was shoved over toward the driver side from the passenger side impact. I called them to get the work completed. I took it in on a Friday to have them look at it. They seemed to forget I had made an appointment and weren't expecting me. Initially the adviser said, "well it came in that way".... The car was in accident, so yes, it came in that way. They then had the GM come out and he agreed it was an easy fix to realign the hood and could be done in one day. I told him I could drop it off first thing Monday am, and he would have it back to me that day. I came in on Monday, and again they seemed to not know that I was coming. 5pm rolled around, and no word, so I called them only to find out they were closed. The next morning I called and they said it was done. However, now I have to way to get there. I walked down, only to find out that they had not repaired the hood as they said they would. They then claimed the vehicle was in a previous accident and were refusing to fix it. They said it was hit on the driver side, but the hood was pushed TOWARD the driver side. The adviser, Nikki, got snarky with me when I left so I definitly let her know about that, my blood was boiling at this point. I now have to go to another body shop to have them fix what Fix Auto couldn't. I would avoid this shop at all costs. Poor communication, poor quality work, and dishonest. read more

A few weeks ago, I had a minor accident in my car and the paint was damaged. I drove to the nearest auto body repair shop and was blessed to have pulled into the garage. A kind gentleman named John went above and beyond to help me. I drove away with my car in great shape that same day! The staff was so friendly and welcoming. My old truck finally died after keeping it going for almost 300,000 miles so I had to buy another vehicle. Turns out it's not a good time to buy a used vehicle so I broke down and bought a new truck. Less than 2 months later I ran the truck into the mailbox at work, which did an insane amount of damage while moving so slow. I was seriously sick to my stomach afterwards but between my insurance company, GEICO, and FixIt Auto body repair they have made this process relatively easy. I unfortunately had a run in with a lamp post while parking my car a couple of weeks ago. I'm moving to Arizona in a week and am driving there. I was panicked about the damage to my rear bumper and lights. My sister recommended Fix Auto to me here in Maple Valley and I took a chance. The people there are professionals and kind. I told them about my upcoming long drive and they squeezed me in to their already busy calendar, so my car will be ok for my long drive. They did a fantastic job and my car looks like new again!! Not only did they do amazing work, but they are very affordable compared to other body shops I've worked with in the past. They even washed and detailed my very dirty car. AMAZING customer service!!! I recently had a dog jump up on my new 4-runner putting several scratches in one of the door panels. I called a body shop that I had worked with in the past to get an estimate and they told me it would be 3 weeks before they could even look at it. I then looked up auto body repair places near me, and called Fix Auto in Maple Valley. They told me to come in any time and they would be happy to look. When I got there they came out right away and I asked them if they thought the scratches could be buffed out or if the door would need to be repainted. The owner came out and asked if I was in a hurry, and I said no. They took my car into the shop, had someone buff and polish out the scratches, which took 30 minutes, and charged me NOTHING!!! I didn't even have an appointment! I was so impressed I vowed to tell everyone what an amazing place this is! In a day and time where most places are short handed and the workers they do get have little skills or work ethic, the gentlemen at Fix Auto far exceeded my expectations!!!
