I had an appointment and arrived at the time I had set up, but It was like pulling teeth to actually get him to get up and do the estimate and the entire time he looked over my vehicle he acted like me coming in and asking him to do his job was the most unnerving thing in the universe. He was a complete jerk. Then on top of this, he did the estimate wrong and also forgot to send it in! Then after waiting a week I called back and found out I had to go in again because he hadn't estimated it correctly either. When I went in the second time I was given the same sour treatment by the same guy to even see my vehicle which I had an appointment for him to look at. Then I found about a week later that he forgot to send the report again! So State Farm called the company and asked them to submit it. Now this morning, 3 days later... I learned that he forgot to send it in again!!! Off to a new collision center! This place is a joke! Terrible terrible service! ... also found his estimate was way off now after having gone to another company. Choose Gerber in Kent instead! These guys are terrible!

Kelley Blue Book was founded in 1926 and has been an industry standard to protect consumers and help them get a fair price on vehicles. Duffy's business model must be focused on preying on the credit challenged customer and getting them into financing a vehicle at above market rates. Your response to my review never addressed the nearly $1,400 accessory charge that was tacked on to my price estimate i posted. Funny how this charge appeared on my quote when we never talk about any accessories. This was your way of price gauging me since i asked for a lower price. I mean how dare a customer come into Duffy's and try to negotiate a lower price. Your narcissistic response confirms my review of what a douche bag used car salesperson you are. We ended up paying over $5,000 less than Duffy's with no hassles and all of the salespeople were very friendly. In the end I would never recommend anyone purchase a vehicle from Duffy's or Brandon Rheil, They are very dishonest and don't care about their customers. Power control module. I have no idea what the heck that is, but it was under $200 total and it fixed a variety of other issues "Old Faithful" had been exhibiting. Fast. Seemed honest.
