    Adonay saved our Vegas trip and got us a free upgrade.

    After having a horrible experience with the ocean blvd location, Adonay, the manager was able to save our Las Vegas trip. We have a reservation at the ocean blvd location and when we got there the morning of, they told us they had no cars for us to use and that every Long Beach location was booked. The lady couldn't help us get any discounts at other locations as well or help us look at other cities. She basically kicked us out. Luckily, we went to Carson and told Adonay our situation ASAP since we needed to drive to Las Vegas right away. He was able to get us a rental with a cheaper pricing that we paid for originally. He told us there were no more sedans available, but due to the situation, he was able to give us a free upgrade to a 2020 Tacoma. Adonay basically saved our trip so thank you!

    Jeff was great!!!! He did everything I asked for with common courtesy. He went out of his way to get me the car I wanted! It took a couple of times trying but he pulled through! Just as a good customer service person would! He could have been better at updating me instead of me calling him for an update. There was another fellow that showed me the car with a walk around. Very good customer service and kept a smile on my face! He said he was from another branch, maybe Lawndale branch? Totally sorry I forgot his name. But all in all, Enterprise is a good company to get your rental cars from! Updated cars and very friendly savvy customer service. Yay to ENTERPRISE! I will be telling friends and family! Thank you!! -HAPPY CUSTOMER!

She picked me up from the auto body shop on a Saturday, brought me back to the branch, and made the entire process smooth. She was friendly, professional, and very accommodating while helping me select a vehicle and complete the paperwork. Her customer service was genuinely appreciated. Unfortunately, my experience afterward was less pleasant. Once my vehicle was assigned, I needed assistance locating the (a blue Nissan Rogue) that I was picked up in, to retrieve my belongings, including golf clubs. When I asked for help a taller black male stands at 6 ft and taller the representative I spoke with responded very casually and directed me to retrieve my items, as if we were just buddy buddies, leaving me on my own rather than offering assistance. This was surprising, especially given that I observed a much more attentive and accommodating approach moments later when he assisted other customers, overhearing their conversation their conversation and they had common ground that his spouse is Nigerian, I was left with some bitterness, and appalled. The lack of consistency and professionalism stood out and left me feeling overlooked as a customer. When I returned the keys, there was no acknowledgment or thank you, have a nice day,, which added to the overall discomfort of the interaction. I've worked in sales and customer-facing roles for many years, and professionalism and consistency matter. While Dee provided excellent service, the experience as a whole could benefit from better customer engagement and awareness from all staff members. Because of that inconsistency, I would rate this location as average.

Some vehicles were unavailable due to maintenance issues however they found a way to accommodate me. They did not give me the Red Kia Soul lol (thank god). Would recommend this location (as long as those employees are there lol)

Lastly when I returned the vehicle and asked for a ride home, I was told they only give rides home for insurance rentals and only Monday to Friday. I should have went with enterprise even though they cost a little more.

Normally, whenever I return a rental car, the employees are right there, checking me out immediately. Here, on the weekends, there are no people, and you have to walk up to the main national desk. Not a big deal but just puzzled me. At this location, there appears to be zero value to the Emerald Club. On the other hand, they were very quick to send me an email confirmation when I returned truck.

She let us know we were covered to choose from a couple different cars, talked to us about each one, and helped us make a decision. She was very friendly and professional. Gave him my drivers license and credit card but he threw my credit card down in an aggressive manner. I've rented at Hertz, Dollar and Thriftys before and never had an issue with having an additional driver. Cameron lied to us about not having cars available after telling us we would have to wait 30 mins for the van to be cleaned. More than 30 mins past, the van wasn't even cleaned. There were still stains, fries in the floor cracks and it had an odor. We got another car, and the car was dirty as well. The new car had crumbs, trash and dog hairs all over. Avoid Cameron at all cost, he's miserably rude.
