The people here are incredibly fair and will treat you right. I had reserved a truck for moving and unfortunately, the truck had not yet been returned when I arrived. The individual who had rented it, had decided not to return on time (not Enterprise's fault). They gave me a mini-van instead hoping it would work for my moving needs, but it was just a bit too small for some large items. Was sent to here by the insurance due to a collision. The employees: They are EXTREMELY friendly and professional. Esp that black guy (whose name I didn't catch. Sorry.) with the "yes sir, no sir." He was so polite and it is very hard to find in Dallas these days. The girls there were also very polite. They were even accommodating to my needs. The car's quality: The car's quality was good. No issue. The car's CLEANNESS: Oh helllllll no! The moment I put my hands on the steering wheel I felt it was oily and sticky, the center arm rest part where my right elbow touches was also sticky. Then the same night during sleep my ear was itching so I wake up and look at the mirror and it was inflamed! (INFO: My ear has eczema, so it has compromised skin to begin with; therefore, it doesn't take bacteria well.) Then I recalled I was touching my ears with the hands that I touch the steering wheel with. So the next day I learned my lesson and wiped down the steering wheel with 75% alcohol wipes. And LORD BEHOLD! It was so dirty! So dirty that it took multiple wipes to get it to not turning black. And the steeling wheel felt dry and clean again after all the wiping. Each guy I worked with during pick-up and return were both super polite, efficient & helpful (wish I could remember names.) I was just truly impressed with how smooth the entire process was. Do not ever use this enterprise. If you've ever had the experience of renting at other locations you will know this location asks for "standard" things that I've never been asked before. At a certain point I thought it was a joke. For example, I've never had a rental car company many me provide my insurance policy number. They typically just ask whether or not you want to waive coverage or use your private insurance. Additionally, my credit card is in my maiden name and drivers license is updated, I have proof of that, but I've never had a rental car company tell me I need to have my marriage license on hand as proof. Lastly, their prices are surged, almost double what I would pay at other locations. It's a hassle to rent at this location at absolutely NOT worth it. Again, those may sound like normal questions, but if you've ever rented at any other location you'd know that's not "standard" at all. After spending 30 minutes going back and forth with them , I left there and went to DFW and walked out with a car in less than 5 minutes. read more

I don't make a habit of writing reviews because of one bad experience from one employee, but it seems like this business needs to hear this. Just to be clear, the valet for the pickup van and the person behind the counter were pleasant. No issues there. But as soon as the car pulled up, I had a very uncomfortable encounter from the agent who gave me my vehicle. The car was covered in bird droppings, but overall in decent shape. I'm not even upset about that. But when I got into the car to go over the paperwork, the agent was rude from start to finish. I noticed the car was freezing cold when I got in, so I turn the fan down. HE TURNS IT BACK UP and says "Nah, I'm hot. Let's leave that on." (BTW, he was wearing a zip up sweater in 90 degree heat. Go figure.) So I explain to him "Well, I'm a bit cold in here." He responds, "You'll be done soon, so don't worry about it." That's just how things began. It then got worse when he tried every high pressure sales tactic to get me to pre-pay for gas (no problem for him to pump up the AC if someone else is paying, I guess) and to buy the Enterprise insurance. And when I repeatedly said no, he made several snide, condescending remarks to try to make me feel bad. Comments like: "Well, I guess you'll just end up paying more, if something happens." or "Where do think you're going to get cheaper gas?" I really didn't appreciate the hard sell or the juvenile comments. TLDR; Atrocious customer service from one agent really just tainted the whole experience with Enterprise. read more

We took our Rivian in for service today and they are providing a rental while our car is in for service. Enterprise shows up to pick up four Rivian customers in a mini van that is so gross inside that we are all hesitant to sit on the seats. The driver has the radio blaring at 80 dB and seems clueless. The cleanliness of their pickup vehicle is clearly not a priority. First impressions do not impress. read more

Was taken here from the Caliber Collision nearby. I did not have a reservation as I saw the insurance would work it out for me. Thankfully, there were cars available. I've never driven anything besides a Toyota before, so I was hesitant to drive a car I was not familiar with. I was originally assigned to a Mitsubishi, but I requested a Toyota, and they were able to accommodate me. The staff was very understanding and patient despite it being pretty busy. I rented a truck. 24 hours later they called to advise thru are picking up the truck due to a recall. Then they advised, no it was sold, we shouldn't have rented it. They brought another truck that had orange tape on the windshield holding it in place for the 10 days I had the vehicle . I returned the rental but received no paperwork to sign or pay to complete my transaction and was informed that I had the vehicle longer than the contract. They called me the same day they dropped off the replacement truck advising they had reacher out to yhe adjuster. That did not happen. They ask a driver to take me to get my repaired vehicles and he advised he had a doctors appt. I'm 10 minutes. They kept rushing to get me out of the office. They finally reviewed the returned vehicle and requested I get in the car with the driver who just arrived. I tried to get in the car and the driver drove off while I was putting my leg in the car. After I started screaming he stopped and said I wasn't told there was another rider. Never asked if I was okay nor apologized. I wouldn't want him driving my kids if he couldn't hear the back door opening. One of the guys did advise he saw everything and apologized and advised someone should have walked me to the car. They called me Sunday morning at 8am. I returned the call at 10am, but they never answered. In fact, the phone rang so long that the call ended. I called three times and no answer. I tried again Monday morning, someone answered, and they scheduled me to come in at 1230 at the Inwood location. When I arrived, they said I'm at the wrong location and they don't have any cars available.....?? Who is going to pay for my Lyfts? I'm not one to complain, but this is unacceptable. read more

I recently had an insurance claim that I had the pleasure of working with David Ray. He made me feel comfortable and put me at ease about my recent issue. The same day I went in he was training a new employee. The guy said it was his first week there and he was already doing an excellent job. As we walked around the car and the employee explained in debt about the renal process. David would step in while having casual conversations with me to assist the new employee. It's rare when one a manager is taking the time to train, and two the interaction and training that gives the new employee confidence to complete the task on the next interaction without help. As a manager myself I appreciate the process and style of training. Please let the regional manager know that their teams are hiring the right people. Thank you David for your help! read more

A week later, they charged my debit card $88.50 three separate times for using a toll road twice. This was rightfully marked as fraudulent by my debit card. God help you if your card can't cover their ridiculous charges, because they will begin a harassment campaign that would make most debt collectors blush. If I could give them 0 stars I would. The branch manager Jacqueline has provided me the absolute worst experience I've ever had with enterprise. I use enterprise religiously, however I won't return to this branch. Let's be clear, enterprise is usually not the cheapest option I use it because I love how they treat they customers. This go around was the complete opposite, from the moment we walked in she was rude (mind you we weren't even speaking to her we were talking to another employee). Once the employee was taking us to the car, we finished everything with the paperwork and were out the door, she came to the employee speaking to her like she was a child and yanked the keys out of her hand and gave her the keys to a car that clearly wasn't cleaned thoroughly. It smelt like a mixture of sweat and ass, there is stuff all over the car seats and crumbs. You can tell someone tried to clean it quickly. Once we expressed our disappointment in the car and wanted to know why we were forced to switch cars at the end once everything was explained and paid for. She said she doesn't understand how were inconvenienced we got what we ordered.. I don't recall ordering a dirty car . Not to mention her derogatory tone, not only towards us but the other employees as well. The young lady that assisted us kept apologizing for her. It's very unfortunate. Ultimately, I won't be returning here. She treated us with so much disgust and disrespect. Additionally, I suggest you got to ANY OTHER ENTERPRISE THAN THIS ONE! Loved this location! Everyone on the staff is nice and knowledgeable and I was in and out very quickly. This location also accepts debit cards and returns whatever initial deposit they take within 3-5 business days (mine took about 5 but I got the whole thing back and a little extra because I overpaid the rate.) They also check the car with you and don't force you to initial or sign anything until they've explained everything and walked the car with you to note scratches and explain how to get your full deposit back (no dents larger than a certain size, no scratches etc.) The economy (smallest car) I got was a Ford and it was okay. The car had minor issues like a shaky side mirror and one seat adjuster that was missing the handle (which luckily I ended up not needing since the car was already pretty compact enough for a short person like myself to see over the dashboard without adjustments.) But other than that, the car drove well, was clean and smelled nice, and was so amazing on gas I think I filled up one time and that was on return day. Definitely recommend! read more

Worst customer service ever. Will get lied to. September 16th 7:30am. Called this location and gave the girl on the phone my reservation number. Said she didn't have it and a manager who just stepped out would be calling me back. Fast forward a half hour to me sitting at a garage like an idiot waiting for a call that was never going to happen. I called back at 8:10am and a guy answered and with no additional information that I gave the girl was able to a car out to me in seconds. So why did I spend a half hour sitting on my hands when the first person could have done the same thing? I needed the car for work. I was 2 hours late picking up my rental but I called and was told they still had a car when everyone else was sold out. So I show up to pick up my rental and from beginning to end I was treated nicely even a better vehicle I rented a 2016 Camry. When it was time to return the car I hadn't cleaned out all of the paperwork from grandmother but the representative was kind enough to let me discard the papers at the office and the whole staff Stayed later to accommodate me. When I returned to LA and went to a company meeting I had to talk about a great customer service experience. And Enterprise on Inwood Road gave a great Customer Service Experience! Kudos! read more

Some idiot pulled out of his parking space head first and T-boned my car in a parking lot. Super. Tire exploded and wheel axel was off. Enter Enterprise. Touche. Since the other guys insurance was paying for my rental, not $.01 was coming out of my pocket. I already had my weekend ruined and had to separate from my car for 5 days. (Anyone who knows me, knows my car is my baby). I can be a real beast if I wanna...lay off! Anyhoozierental....I walked in to Enterprise and was greeted by a lovely lady...let's call her Betty. Betty tells me that she will be happy to help with my rental, but that the insurance is only covering $X amount. Fine I told her, just give me whatever kind of car that fits into what the insurance was covering. Here's where it gets good...and for any of you who've seen Tommy Boy...you'll get my reference. Betty: Oh, I have brand new Ford F150. Me: Random, is that car covered by the insurance? Betty: No, you'll have to pay the additional. Me: Okay. Please give me a car where the insurance will cover all costs. Betty: Sure thing Miss. (types away) Okay, I have a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Me: Ok great, and that falls within the insurance rate? Betty: Oh, um, you'd have to cover those costs. (I feel like I should say to her "Hi I'm Earth, have we met?") Me: Betty, I appreciate your help. PLEASE give me a car that will be ENTIRELY covered by the insurance company. Betty: Ok how about a Prius? Me: (I feel like I'm on repeat) This is covered? Betty: Yes ma'am. YAY! I get my car and drive it around for a few days. When I return it, they tell me I had a balance of $20 and change. I said that is a mistake that I shouldn't have a balance. The guy checking the car back in said that yes the Insurance was paying for it, but only covers $X amount and the Prius was more than my alloted $$ for the day! ARRRRGGGGH!!!! BETTTTTTTY!!!! Soo....called the next day and they waived the charges. I'm giving it 3 stars cause they were nice, helpful and waived the final charges. Not to mention never once lost their patience with me. HELL RIDE! Check all the negative reviews you have to be a fool to rent from Enterprise. After an issue at one branch, I came here because they "claimed" they had cars ready. When I told the agent I had come here because the cars at the other location were dirty and hadn't been cleaned he responded "is that all". I should have left then... I've never been so angry with a business the cars here were FAR worse than the 1st place! The car I received was FILTHY! Pet hair everywhere and my co-worker was allergic. Horrible wet stains on the seats and smelled of PEE. It was clear the prior renter had a pet in the car that had a piss-fest on 3 of the seats - straight nasty. I asked a woman who was cleaning to help and she said "NO I'm with the exotic division" - basically F me. It gets worse - the car was below E and ran out of gas! I took that piece of s*** back. Enterprise is a nightmare and should be ashamed. And to that douche bag who acted like I should be grateful to drive a filthy, pissy compact car and had the nerve to give attitude and I'm paying $150+ a week to drive that sh*tty Focus.
