Location never has car that I reserve. Vehicles are often dirty. Staff can be defensive. Hard to avoid with limited local options. Suggest avoiding if possible and just use airport or try Huntersville location. read more

I called the direct number to book a car today, Friday, due to car being in the shop unexpectedly waiting for a part. I was baited and switched so did not proceed. I checked availability for this specific location for economy, standard and compact car and 3 cars came up as available prior to talking to this first representative using the location specific availability tool. I was told a compact was available for rental for the days I needed through Tuesday morning for a total price of $177.17. I was told to wait for an email with confirmation and it didn't come. I called back and another associate answered. He then stated that the car is not available and the price would be $335 at $67 for a four runner that is pricier. I stated that I was quoted and price of $177.17 and expect this to be honored since his associate confirmed this was available. I was then told he could not honor the price because it wasn't a reservation made 24 hours ago. I then stated the online system stated there were 3 cars at the economy, compact or standard price, available at this specific location and he stated that the online system is not accurate. I then stated that the representative who answered the direct phone line stated the compact was available and then he stated that she was not at that location and the phone line probably rerouted me to the reservation line when I made the reservation. I asked why am I being forced to pay more money when your online system clearly states there are three vehicles available? I was promised a specific car and a specific price and now he was refusing to honor the price, as would be the customer-centric thing to do. If the overall Enterprise system is not syncing with local branches, that is not the customer's problem to have to pay for ineptness of a system. And when policies and making money are more important than satisfying a customer, this is a company and location I would not patronize or recommend ever again. read more

I literally have waited over 30 minutes to simply get in touch with someone on the phone here. When it seemed like somebody finally answered the phone, the call dropped. Tried again and the exact same thing happened, it is a Thursday on Dec 28th and I'm calling in the early afternoon, how busy could it possibly be there?? Incredibly ridiculous that I can't even get someone on the phone. Looking at the other reviews on here, you would do best to try a different location. read more

I had to rent a car at the last minute because my in-laws came into town. I didn't have a reservation set up, so I just walked in and asked for their special. Kaleb was the associate who assisted me and he did wonderful. I was renting an economy car and there weren't any available, but while he was drawing up my paperwork, an SUV which was ready, had just pulled in. KALEB was nice enough to allow me to rent the SUV at the price of the economy car since there were none other available. I got a great deal on the length of my rental! Needless to say, I left totally satisfied with my transaction with this business. read more

Great car rental experience. This location is convenient for me, and great service. Stinton Shifflett went out of his way to take care of me and ensure I was satisfied. I could go to other Enterprise locations, but I use the Denver location. Reserving on-line through USAA is another convenience. It is good to know a company values your business. read more

Even though this location is only 1.5 miles from our house we had to drive 45 minutes out of our way to rent a car because none of the Enterprise locations near us kept any economy cars on their lots for rent. Checked online and even though they have economy cars and rates listed we called several Enterprise locations to rent an economy car only to be told they had none available because "everyone always upgrades". The person my wife talked with at this location seemed kind of surprised or shocked that we were even asking for an economy car. Not everyone can afford to or needs to upgrade, there for you need to keep cars of all price ranges on your lot for rent, not just the high end cars or suvs. Even though it was 45 minutes away, went with Budget/Avis who had plenty of economy cars on their lot and put us in a nice Ford Focus for a reasonable $173 for the week since we booked online. You lost a sale Enterprise. May be from now on you might want to keep some economy cars on your lot for rent! read more

Amazing customer service. Our car was backed into and was being repaired by Allstate. Allstate was the insurance company of the person that backed into us. While it was being repaired we received a rental car from Enterprise in Denver, NC. Talisa was amazing. Allstate was only willing to pay $20/day for a rental. A car comparable to ours cost $27/day to rent. Talisa went to bat for us and told Allstate they needed to pay the extra and it was not right to hold us liable for the extra cost. Ordinarily, I love this Enterprise location. BUT when Talisa is not there to help you, it stinks!! Every time Talisa has helped us at this location, our experience has been awesome!! This last time renting on Nov 9th to the 12th 2017 was horrible!! I went physically into the location to assure the rental would be all set 2 weeks before I needed the rental. Asked for a mid-sized car similar to a Corolla. Go to pick up my car and I forgot the utility bill. My husband asked if the car right out front was our rental car and the girl said yes. It was the only mid-sized little type car in the lot. So go home to get the utility bill and come back to notice the car is gone!! Girl says it was damaged and we couldn't rent it. She asked if we wanted a pick up truck cause thats all she had! WHAT!!! No..I'm driving 12 hrs to NY with 3 people!!! A pickup will not work!! She says she has no cars! Ummm..why did I bother reserving 2 weeks in advance then?? The girl (sorry ..do not know her name but it was not Talisa) calls their Cornelius location and they say they have nothing either!! WHAT??!!! We tell this girl who is talking to Talisa in the Cornelius to tell Talisa who we are because Talisa is wonderful and remembers her clients! Anyway..long story shorter.......this girl at Enterprise just does not give a F and tells us we can go rent elsewhere because she has no cars for us!!! Now remember that I specifically walked into the Denver location to reserve this car to avoid any problems! I actually ended up calling Hertz who had cars available but decided to give Enterprise one last shot by going to the Cornelius location (which is literally beside the Hertz location) to see Talisa. Talisa was finally able to get me a good vehicle. I was suppose to pick up my rental car at 10am, but with all this nonsense that went on, I didn't get on my way till like 11:30!! To be honest..unless Talisa is in the Denver office, I will not rent from the Denver, NC Enterprise!! read more
