A special shout out to Cantrell, who was the young man helping me with my rental car. Cantrell greeted me with a smile and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable with my rental. We booked a van for five days to travel to MD. With fees, taxes, and a package for unlimited miles, I paid over $750 (which I felt was already extremely steep), including a $150 deposit. Promised to return the vehicle with a quarter of a tank of gas, etc. The vehicle had over 164K of miles and several lights came on during the trip (brake lights, tire pressure light, check engine light, etc.) and I didnt complain. I did report the issues this morning as a show of good measure. Upon returning the vehicle this afternoon (with 75% tank of gas), I was told that I would NOT be getting my $150 deposit back AND would be billed $99 for allegedly going over my mileage. This makes zero sense to me since I was under the assumption that I was granted unlimited miles. In the end, paying $850 here for using a van for five days isnt worth it at all. And their mileage policy is garbage. I was VERY Much in support of this company last week but now, I am AGGRESSIVELY warning everybody to please avoid this place at all costs.

So I made the executive decision to rent a nice mid-size SUV to 1) get us to the spa and 2) test drive smaller cars in preparation for retiring my mommy mobile. Caitlyn was running the desk and I found out she is the manager, and she took care of me so quickly and professionally, I thought I rolled into a simulation. Caitlyn ran that whole office with about 6 other ppl waiting for vehicles, insurance updates or just availability, she gave everyone attention and an update in their situation. Ryan was equally awesome and professional. He had me off in my Audi in less than 30 minutes. I will forever be loyal to this team as they know how to help customers in any situation. Thanks

Right after making the reservation we got a phone call from the Enterprise location advising that the car we rented may not be available when we arrive, but they'll offer us other options upon arrival. When we arrived just 2 hours after making the reservation, they employee told us the car we had confirmed on the website wasn't available but we could pay more to upgrade to another car. When we questioned the amount of the additional charge the employee became dismissive and difficult to work with. She began whispered conversations with the other employees and treating us like we were an inconvenience because we wouldn't immediately agree to the upgraded car and extra charge. We asked if there were cars being washed and soon available that are the car size we originally rented. She said she didn't have to time to check and would get back to us. Only 2 minutes later...surprise!!!...the car size we originally rented pulled up outside and was available. The employee tried to SCAM us by saying the car we reserved wasn't available. DISHONEST scam location!!!

    My experience was completely horrible. When coming to get a car through insurance I was told to put…read moremy card down for the 4 days insurance was covering and when I asked if insurance was covered I was told yes that it was a daily charge that I was told to believe returned after the 4 days. Once those 4 days were up they extended my rental due to my car not being ready to pick up. Fast forward 2 weeks my card is now being charged $1,000 after being told at drop off AGAIN that instance will handle everything and no need to sign anything. Now i'm being told because I personally did not call back about keeping the car but my insurance extended the car that i'm being charged for the daily rate that I WAS TOLD WAS COVERED BY INSURANCE. After speaking with the man that rented the car to me and saying that this was something I agreed to when I ASKED IS THIS COVERED BY INSURANCE and he said YES. I'm being refused to have my card returned and when asked to speak to a manager was told the manager would tell me the same thing. Now i've been put on hold until someone answers for 20 plus minutes. This enterprise is completely unprofessional, they lied, and is not "standard care, promise to put you first. " You're just trying to make a sale to someone that is already dealing with a huge inconvenience that now you've just put more strain on. Completely disappointment and will be reaching out to corporate. Thanks for keeping me on hold so I just wait and no one has to deal with my problem. This is sickening to put a $1,000 charge on someone's card.

We will go hertz or nearly anyone else next time we rent a car. A higher price is worth not waiting in a huge line!!! The one serpentines as you get closer. So it'll probably take 30-50 minutes to get thru it. Pathetic. Don't do a car rental from Avis at Charlotte Airport.

My daily rental was $47 and change. Customer Service wanted to charge me more than $100 a day if I picked up from airport. The store said they couldn't transfer my reservation to the airport. How does a lot not have any cars? The one car showed up smelling like weed. Finally at almost 12 noon cars show up. I notified the guy I didn't need it on Sunday. Sunday came and I didn't realize no drop box. Called customer service and airport to see where I could leave the car and was told" don't know what to tell you to do" I left the keys in trunk thinking they had second set. Monday morning called to let Budget know keys in truck. The manager said okay. He said he called someone to get them out. I called 5 times same day to see if I was being charged. Never responded only said "I cant check the car in until I have the keys." Okay but I'm I getting charged. I need to call and get an extension on rental. The manager never said he was charging me an extra day. Final call at 5 pm. Did the unlock the trunk. The manger said no. I said it taking 8 hours to unlock a car. Manager, said"they told me they are coming." Next day. Called at 9 am. The guy answered and said the car is unlocked and I have the key. Look at me bill and the have charged me $110. What kind of business is this. The guy behind the counter couldn't help. Customer service was useless. This was a rip off. 1. It does take 8 hours to unlock a car. 2. my patients were put in jeopardy due to not getting a car until almost noon for a reservation at 9am. 3. The car they were trying to give me smelled like weed. I was willing to take my chances. 4 customers service served me no purpose has they couldn't answer anything I asked.

I eventually contact their Priceline and they said that it would be on Mega MC TO ADJUST THE PRICE. SO NO ONE IS TAKING RESPONSIBILITY. I guess this is what happens when you book through a site to try to save some money. You end up getting bit in the butt The car we received was very damaged on the outside, so I made sure to take pictures and videos to show the damage that was already there I would not rent from here again, even if it meant saving $100

I flew into town and had a…read morereservation at 8am (having booked through the website relatively easily)- but upon arrival to pick up the rental, I had not received any pick up information, nobody was at the business to talk too, and the phone number provided in the emails no one answered even with multiple calls during business hours. Having the reservation at 8 but no one was available to get the car resulted in me not even receiving the vehicle to get to my destination. I tried calling again later in the day to get a hold of someone and still got no response, so I was disappointed with this company and left to go find other services to get to my destination.
