Day of the trip arrives and I head over to pick up a vehicle and they only have a huge pickup or a very small car available. I went with the truck even though it was probably too big for what I needed but felt safer than the tiny car. Did the walk around and everything looked good. The staff member noted some of the marks and scuffs that were already there so I didn't get charged and sent me on my way. Once I got inside the truck and started driving, I noticed that there were some garbage and some dirt from the last driver in various places in the cab. Things like smudges on the steering wheel and peanut shells left in the cup holders. Then as I'm driving on the highway and I am on my way, I realize that there's no windshield wiper fluid coming out. I stopped and got a jug thinking that it was just out and I'll refill it. I open the hood and see that the tank is full. So unfortunately, the mister for it must not be working. When I returned it, the team took my concerns and walked through the vehicle with me and apologized for the issues. I was very happy with the team and their response to the concerns. Again, nothing too serious but definitely could have been if I needed the wipers. I have always had good experiences with Enterprise so I will rent with them again. This might be just an exception rather than the norm.

The rep was super nice and friendly. Asked about our flight and demonstrated an interest in helping us get on our way. The hick up was a not having the type of car that I reserved - we wanted a luxury sedan but she offered a small lux SUV. I pre-paid online for a next day rental (online would not allow me to rent same day) and was able to pick the vehicle out (of course from the class that I paid for) and change the rental period starting that day when we got there to add the additional driver which made things more convenient at the time. Then literally hours before we were expecting to leave we had a death in our family and ended up delaying our trip. Mark was very considerate and flexible with adding on the additoinal days we needed. If/when I ever need a rental car again I would definitely go here again.

Picking up the vehicle this weekend was very pleasant and they even allowed me to choose from several available vehicles. For a Premium Crossover, they originally offered a Chevy Traverse or VW Atlas. I wasn't that thrilled with either of those, and after some more discussion, they offered me a new 2026 Nissan Pathfinder with only 500 miles on it. I was then quickly on my way down one garage level with the keys. The vehicle was very clean and ran well. I did notice the fuel level needle was just under the Full line, but just let it go. Upon dropping off the vehicle a couple days later back at the airport, because I was dropping it off 35 minutes late, the agent said a tttal charge of 30 extra dollars than what I was originally quoted. However, the Alamo agent at the pickup desk a couple days earlier said I would have one hour more to drop it off. The Dropoff agent named Zee was super friendly and explained it was the "system" automatically charging for the late delivery and easily reversed the charge. He also asked if they could do anything better and I mentioned how the gas tank wasn't 100% full upon pickup, and he offered a $20 credit. All in all, despite a couple minor issues, these guys quickly addressed them and presented good solutions. I will definitely be back to rent from them again.
