This place seriously needs some training, especially when it's located at Longo Toyota. I actually used to rent from this location about 9 years ago and decided to come back, so I was surprised by how different the experience was from what I remembered. You'd expect the staff to at least know the answer to a simple question like, "Can we utilize the Longo Toyota shuttle?" The person who answered my call simply said, "Hello?" No "Thank you for calling Enterprise, this is ___." I had to ask if I had reached the Enterprise location at Longo Toyota, and his response was basically, "Uh, yeah." Not exactly a great first impression. Basic phone etiquette and knowledge about the location should be a given. Enterprise use to be the elite car rental, now they are the Walmart of rentals. Good thing this was a courtesy loaner from Longo. If I was Longo, I'd change ASAP to a different rental company, or house Toyota rentals. Because although both companies are not directly related. Had a frustrating encounter here while my brother was getting a car rental. What was quoted to be an 1 hour wait, turned into 3 hours I came with my brother on 12/8 around noon. . A very kind man named Robert helped him out and said it'll only be an hour. Due to that, my brother stayed while I did errands around the area. 1.5 hours later, my brother said his car rental was almost ready. I drove back only to find out my brother was inaccurately placed on the reserved list by another managed, when my brother was already there. Ppl who arrived after him, received their rentals already I left to continue my errands and what meant to be a 1 hour pick up turned to 3 hours long. I was aggravated about the disruption of our plans and errands that day. I came here on 12/8 at 2:15 PM to get a car rental. From the car insurance company. Robert who was very nice, initially told me the wait would be about one hour After an hour and a half, I asked Robert for an update and was told my car was almost done. I noticed multiple people who arrived after me had already gotten their cars. , which was frustrating When I asked again for an update, I found out the manager had placed me on a "reserve" list instead of the waiting list. This made no sense, as I was already there and waiting By the time I got the car, it already 5:05 PM, In total I waited almost 3 hours, which was extremely frustrating given the original estimate. I also tried calling the office afterward to address the issue, but no one has returned my call Robert was polite, I always get my car rental from the enterprise, because I like their service, but this store their management is terrible. made this a very disappointing experience read more

I called to ask a simple question about a rental (available dates/ times available/payment methods) basic information. I wasn't rude and I'm very understanding if people have bad days or personal problems but wow. The person who answered was so rude. Instead of being helpful, they acted like my call was an inconvenience for them! The lady who answered was so short and dismissive and had such a poor attitude when answering my questions. Shocked that they have someone with such a horrible attitude answering calls and assisting customers. Whoever that employee is probably loses potential reservations just with that attitude. This was a really bad experience renting from Enterprise. I booked a minivan from this location for Friday, November 28, 2025 to be picked up at 7:00am. I get a call from Enterprise at 6:30am (only 30 minutes before our pickup time) letting us know that the minivan won't be ready until 11:00am. I told them that was unacceptable because we booked way in advance and needed the vehicle for our planned travels. They said that they would help us call other Enterprises when the other locations opened at 8:00am and help us try and find other vehicles. At around 8:30am, I had not heard back from them and decided to give them a call. The rep who picked up said that he just got in and will give me a call back. After waiting another 20 minutes, I decided to go to Enterprise and speak with them in person. They had a decently long line at this location and at the end of the day we were unable to get our minivan for our pre planned trip. This was an awful experience and I would not recommend this location given their poor customer service and communication. read more

Great experience even tho I had a bit of rough start . I was in n the do not rent list but paid a small balance due and was released in less than ten minutes to a beautiful 2024 Toyota Camry !!! This little girl really picked up on the fwy ! I had to turn off the lane switch notification bc the beeping was pretty intolerable when I'm wide awake .but I can see it coming in handy on a long night drive close to bedtime ...and the feature easily turns off !!! The stereo was impressive as the treble really rang out . The staff here was great especially picking up and returning , including a 2 hour grace period !! For $95 and $30 worth of gas it saved me tons of money taxi cabs or Ubers would have garnered !!!! Thank you enterprise !!! Longo dealership is lively and fun to visit also read more

12/27 - had reservation for 10 AM. Didn't get the rental until 2PM. I get it, it's the holiday season, but what's the point to the reservation time? After picking up the car and driving back home, I realize there is a strange smoke smell. I gave the rental agency a call back, they said oh it must be the new seats since the car is only at 800 miles. Given how long i already waited and the schedule delay, I didn't have time to do anything else. 12/31 - I cleaned out the car and found these two things between the driver seat and center console. Asian gentleman behind the counter left us sitting there for about and hour yes they close at 7 but they still had me there just to tell me the vehicle size I reserved was no longer available and what they do have available jumped like $250 in pricing for the week. Very bad and rude service. I hate to use this word but the guy seemed cool just didn't like me from the get go. Gave me that weird look, kept asking if I was going to take the car to Mexico and what I was going to do with it lol. Wow so unprofessional! Please save your self time and go to another brand not branch. They're probably all the same. Extra red flags when the rental car company is inside a dealership. The only thing cool about this place, is the starbucks inside which gives it good ambiance. Very wrong way to do business. How do you try and extra charge someone? That's car business sales tactics. I rented a car from another location but had to swab the vehicle due to engine oil issues. I went into the enterprise location at Longo because it's the only one that's open for the weekend. Despite their lot showing multiple cars available, the branch manager Joey Wong refused to swab the same class of vehicle to me without giving a valid reason. I had a confirmed reservation, yet the representative was uncooperative and dismissive. This lack of professionalism and transparency is unacceptable. I wasted valuable time. The gentleman I spoke with asked how I felt about the rental process, and I told him that their customer service was atrocious. Had an unfortunate experience recently and I must admit Longo Toyota enterprise is a lot better than the enterprise services in Malibu, Santa Monica or its surrounding areas all that was available to rent from them were foreign exotic vehicles and I didn't even want to know how expensive they would be for a day... no one I talked to offered more than a 2 mil shuttle service to where I was stranded but the Enterprise rental car service there offered a 15 mil shuttle to get to you if you ever need some help in the area with acquiring a rental car or returning it. Rentals can be such a headache and the guys on staff were very helpful courteous and were fun to talk shop with I even saw some impressive EV models I loved the small suv they gave my mother the leg room was amazing !!! I didn't catch the name of the young man at the service counter who handled the exchange but it was so fast and convenient we were in and out of there in less than 10 minutes ! It literally was easier than making a stop at a gas station and impressively quicker... ! read more

every single time i come here it's a long wait. and the employees have no sense of urgency. out of all the employees that I have Encountered may be one of them is actually really nice but the rest seems so disconnected. There has been a few times where I'm standing there waiting to get assistance and no one stops to look and ask if I need anything. This location should be avoided if possible. The extra .5 stars from other Enterprises really make a difference. I had an appointment to this location for a swap off at 2:30. I arrived 15 minutes before and got in line. They didn't take my name and told me we will prepare your replacement rental. After 20 minutes, I went up and asked for an update. The person at the desk calls it in and they said they found a vehicle and will be cleaning it. The car should be ready in 15-20 minutes. Keep in mind, I had an appointment and expected them to have a car ready already. I only needed a sedan and there shouldn't be any issues. 30 minutes later, I go up and ask if the car has been cleaned. The person at the desk calls it in on her walkie talkie and says that they're bringing it in now. A young guy in his late teens/early twenties comes in with the car keys. He then proceeds to spend 5 minutes just talking and laughing behind the desk. I understand that you can slack off once in a while, but do that when it's completely dead and not while you have the keys for a car a customer is waiting on. Completely unprofessional staff and judging by multiple other reviews, this is a common practice. Had a rental from enterprise for a month and received a call to swap out the car because our rental was "sold". So we made an appointment to do the swap to avoid wasting time. When we got here, we were told to wait, after 15 minutes we went to ask what's the hold up. They were cleaning the car and was told wait for another 20 minutes. Staffs just stands around not working what so ever, three people behind the counter just bullshitting away. After 45 minutes we went and asked how much longer this will take, they said it's almost ready they are bringing out the car, waited another 10 minutes. Still NOTHING! 55 minutes in we went to ask AGAIN, the guy that was suppose to get our car is still standing laughing instead of working. This place is a complete shit show. It's been over an hour here from the time we made our appointment and I am still sitting outside of Starbucks waiting for a rental. Our appointment was at 2:30 we got here at 2:20 to check in. It is currently 3:30 and I am writing this review. Do not waste your time at this place. Find a different dealer to rent from. I have rented from this location before and the employees have always been professional. I called them two days before to schedule shuttle service. The employee told me that I could call 15 minutes before my pick up...I could not take that chance. on the day of, I called an hour before and the employee told me that it would be a two hour wait, I said that is ridiculous but then the shuttle driver happen to walk in. I got shuttled and processed. I waited for the rental vehicle about 20 minutes, they are always busy there. I got my car and departed. Upon returning, they were busy again. I was next in line behind two elderly people. The same employee told them that it was a two-three hour wait for a shuttle. I walked up to the counter, got processed then asked for a shuttle. He told me the same as the two elderly people. How is it that a very busy location in a popular dealer, does NOT have shuttle service available as busy as they are. This is unacceptable! I had to walk home two miles away in the heat. I was annoyed and in shock that they did not have shuttle service available and they said it like it was my problem. I feel bad for the two elderly people in front of me, I just wonder how they got back to their location. This is why the three stars. This is probably the best Enterprise location in the San Gabriel Valley. I travel a lot and rent from multiple companies, locations throughout California and Nevada. Vehicles from this location are always clean, free of issue. Most importantly, tires are inflated to proper manufacturer's specifications. Why it that important? Because you don't want tires blowout on your trip. At other locations, tires were grossly under or over inflated. I can put over 1000mi in less than 2 weeks,most of the time so safety and reliability is extremely important to me. I think the fact that they are in Longo Toyota lot, most likely all vehicles are maintained by the dealership. Customer service can range from above average to excellent. Don't expect to be treated like a king or a queen here. This is NOT your fancy high end restaurant and you CANNOT tip. Thank you Jesse for a safe and pleasant ride home! This place is a SCAM and unprofessional!!! "I made a reservation for a compact car that would be covered by my insurance and pays $40 per day. However, after waiting for an hour, the salesperson told me I needed to pay an extra $7 per day for sales tax. The person before me had a similar issue where their insurance only covered $25 per day and still had to pay $7 in tax on the same car that was offered to me after they declined it. When I asked for a car covered by my insurance, I was told there was nothing compact available. After waiting for an hour past my reservation time, I requested to speak to a manager. He told me they didn't have a car that would be covered by my insurance and I could leave if I wasn't satisfied. I was frustrated by the wait and the situation, but he accused me of being unprofessional and refused to rent me a car.
