I am a regular at enterprise. However, a day ago I had a horrible experience upon returning my vehicle. Rented a Ford Truck For three days, and wanted to extend it for another week. My experience was exceptional until I met Greg. During my encounter with this manager, he seemed like there was nothing he could do to help me get a better rate. Not only was I trying to extend my duration of my rental for another 5 more days, but he did not understand my needs. Consumer relation was not there. I rent from enterprise all the time, but because of my encounter with him I will reconsider. First, I was underaged so the price of the daily driver fee was $20. I was not trying to toggle with this company policy. I am willing to pay my drivers fee. However Greg kept putting it upon me that this was something that he couldn't adjust, which I knew. The purpose was for him to adjust my daily rate which he did not understand. I had to keep rephrasing my sentences to him 3 times. Second, I told him I'm going to give him another five days worth of business on top of my three days only if he gives me a better rate, but it seemed like he couldn't really understand the perspective on both ends. His response was " Sorry I can't give you a lower rate due to cars being on high demand right now" and repetitively saying "I cant adjust the young divers fee." Coming from a sales background, never did I mention to him I wanted him to adjust that. I only requested him to lower my daily rate as this is only for a commute from home to work. However, he wasn't able to comprehend my needs. Lastly, after talking to him for about 10 -15 minutes, I felt that the hospitality was not there. I returned the car without further hesitation since he was not understanding my needs of extending my rental with a better daily rate. I took the complimentary shuttle, and even the person that took me to my location seems more willing to do his job than Greg. He took care of my door, he asked if I needed to adjust my air conditioner. He even asked if it was okay to plug in the address in his GPS so I did not have to verbally tell him where to go. He had a sense of genuine hospitality! Simple gestures like that make a change in someone's day. We need more people like him not Greg. If there's any manager there other than Greg I would highly recommend speaking to them first. read more

Been coming here for years, and within this last year, the staffing has changed and the service has been absolutely horrible. Always waiting at least an hour to actually get the vehicle that I reserved. There's always issues with them and as far as renting full size pick up trucks, they always claim they don't have one available. Why the hell would I reserve one and you guys advertise it if it's not available? Then they act like they are scrambling trying to find a truck that they knew in advance a customer reserved. Poor customer service period, the manager is never available and customer service doesn't help with getting a manager to call back. I'm still waiting on a service call back from 2 years ago. I've been trying to call to speak to someone at this location about a rental booking but you can't get a hold of anyone. You have to sit on hold listening to the most annoying "on hold" quotes stating how great enterprise customer service is over and over for up to 30 minutes and then a robotic message saying goodbye and hangs up on you. Called the main enterprise customer service line and spoke to someone there who was going to email the manager at this location and have them call me back. I am writing this review while waiting for someone to at least ask "may I help you", 35 minutes and counting---I've heard none as of yet. Unlike most of the Enterprise Rent-a-car I've been to, this place not only lacks organization but they are seriously short staffed causing such inconvenience and delay... ...Ah! There was supposed to be a waiting list (which almost none of the people waiting with me knew about)...sigh, oh well. For the amount of customers Longo Toyota gives them 2 people behind the counter in which one goes out to check returned vehicles is not enough to efficiently accommodate everyone. I wouldn't really recommend renting or getting a loaner here unless you really need to, if not for a 7 hour wait time for my Prius, I wouldn't have gone for this option. Good luck! read more

Located inside the Longo Lexus Collision Repair Center, I'm usually referred here by Longo Lexus when they run out of loaner vehicles. I normally get a Toyota Prius, but for my last visit, they gave me a brand new Camry. Both very solid vehicles and easy to drive. The customer service gets better each time I frequent the place. Sometimes, it's slow getting help since there's usually 2 associates working at one time. However, they do have a TV for your viewing pleasure and comfortable seats to wait on. The last employee knew what he was doing and I was out of there in less than 15 minutes. They authorize $50 on your credit card, just as security, since Longo Lexus will fork the bill. After doing a walk around the car to check for scratches and dings, they simply ask you to re-fill the fuel to the same point in which you received it. I got hooked up this time since the employee marked that the gas tank was empty, even though there was a quarter tank of fuel left. Courteous and efficient service is what I expect and seems like they're working hard to strive for that. read more

I got here at 12:45 to pick up a rental. Richard told me they didn't have any and that it would be at least 20 minutes since they are waiting for returns. I told him I had an appointment at 1:30. I decided to wait and it's 1:20. Now I have to leave without the rental and come back later. Richard didn't show any sympathy to the situation. He remained very transactional. I'm suprised that a enterprise in a big location like Toyota Longo runs out of rentals. The customer service is really poor. I went back after calling and being told a Corolla was ready for me. When I got there the lady said they didn't have a car ready for me and that I would have to wait. When it was finally ready she said that it was 28.xx a day not including taxes and fees. I told her that her office called last Friday to set up the reservation and that we asked for it to be under 30 a day since the insurance only covers 30. She said intermediate is all they had and I had to pay the difference. I told her that I want a smaller vehicle so she called another local Enterprise to get one from them. Then she said she would just lower the rate on the corolla. I wasted another 30 min on my return trip since Enterprise couldn't get a vehicle that was either economy or compact and tried to make me pay extra. read more

Worker Sean was completely rude and unprofessional in front of my kids when I returned the car. I tried explaining to him that I originally brought the car back the same day I rented it due to a low tire light that came on. I picked up the car originally around noon. But I brought it back hours later, around 4, to swap out the car. I was told that a new rental agreement was emailed to me. And that the taxes would be waived ($7-8). I brought the car back at 3 on the return day and was told I was charged an additional day. Once I explained the situation, Sean removed the day for me. He had an attitude about the situation. He then proceeded to explain that I had to pay the taxes. I tried explaining to him that I was told I would have a zero balance due to the car issue, and this was not about $7. He then proceeds to handle it but then makes an unprofessional comment that seriously caught me off guard saying, "It's always something with you." Then, proceeded to tell me how every time I rent from them, there is always an issue. Which is factual, however, not my fault,and I don't benefit from any of that, which seems to me more like a company issue and not a customer issue. He then continued to say every time it was my fault. I explained to him that I didn't think that things going wrong with their rental cars, like brake issues or tire issues or the fact that my debit card was charged over $3000 was my fault. Then he told me he would put me on the Do Not Rent (DNR) list for any enterprise. We then proceeded inside the building as he's still trying to argue with me. The situation was handled inside professionally by Efrain and the rest of his team. Allene and Kelly were also very helpful, nice, and professional. Allene helped me the day I picked up and returned the car the same day I rented it. But Sean was very rude, and his actions were uncalled for. And to speak to me in the manner that he did and to argue with me in front of my kids was next level disrespectful and unprofessional. He walked away, saying nothing once Efrain took over. I had an issue with him before. Overall, I still would book with this location. I've been going here for over 5 years, so this experience was really unexpected. Unfortunately this is not the first issue I've had, I have found bullet casings inside the car from the car being completely dirty on the outside, I mean you can run your finger along the outside and a bunch of dirt comes off, to oil lights coming on, to the car shaking pretty bad when braking, you name it. They change out management and employees almost every quarter. Their are only a handful of actual good staff members which I don't want to take anything from their exceptional customer service. read more

As someone who works in customer service in a much more casual setting I was surprised by the variety of employees talking amongst each other rather than attending to customers. I understand that technical difficulties are inevitable, but I had to reach out for about a week daily multiple times a day to get into contact with the branch. They did have my email, so a courtesy email would have been appreciated. The only way I got in contact was by visiting in person. The policies with tax were not explained in my opinion the best they could have been, and as of the 3rd of March I am still waiting for my deposit. The person who gave the car was cold, never smiled, very dry, he seemed miserable doing his job and made no effort to conceal it. 5 stars all around for this place! The employees were professional & helped me out right away. I made an appointment to get the rental car but there was no line anyway. I dropped off my Lexus to get repaired at Longo Collision Repair Center next door and walked over (so convenient, I think all repair shops should have a rental car company next door lol). A guy named Eric (I think his name was Eric) helped me out, gave me a BRAND NEW Camry with only 1000 miles on it. The car was really nice & clean & had a touch screen (my Lexus doesn't even have a touch screen). Everything in the car worked perfectly, hooking up my phone to the car was easy as well. When I returned the vehicle there was also no line and a guy named Shawn helped me out. He checked the car for gas & miles (car needs to be at 1/4 tank when you return it) it took about 5 min and then I was on my way home. Super quick & easy! Definitely would come here again! read more

Victoria Le, "area representative" worst service ever! Unprofessional bully!!! She did not honor the insurance agreement that was set up for $30 a day, for a full vehicle. She did everything she could to not rent a car to us. Tried to extort money from us &when we refused to pay more than what was set up by our insurance company canceled the reservation. This was the only enterprise open, not sure why, it was a sat afternoon? If we did not urgently need a car, we would have left immediately. In fact we drove 20 mins to get to this place (40 mins round trip)& waited for hours! A curiosity ride was supposed to be provided & wasn't. Enterprise also left out that my husband needed to have his credit card with him to "swipe", they couldn't take the number over the phone, So I had to make another 40 min trip to bring him his card. This reservation was set up in advance by our insurance company& we confirmed the reservation that day, told a curiosity ride would be available and the car will be ready at 2pm. After hours (2pm-5:45pm), my husband was still charged extra money ($160.00 more) &given the "cheapest" car with 3 large bird poops on the hood! The car was so dirty even after a car was the poop remained. There much more to the story but bottom line is NEVER AGAIN will we rent from enterprise. Victoria Le left that day at 4pm with no concern that my husband was still waiting on the service that was supposed to be provided at 2pm. One of the most unreliable Enterprise locations! This location will unexpectedly close early on you even if there are reservations. Saturday hours close at 5pm for this location but we were out of luck even after arriving 30 minutes prior. We had a reservation at 4:30pm on Saturday but when we arrived to pick up the car at 4:32pm, the location had already closed. We waited 45 minutes with 4 other people, including one other person with a reservation at 5pm. Tried calling the location and the Customer service numbers but no one picked up. Beware of sneaky salespeople! The only reason I stopped by here was because my Lexus had a recall on it and so they sent me here to get a complimentary rental until it was finished. First of all it was a random Wednesday at 4. AFTER this girl finished my paperwork. It took AN HOUR to get my car out. Can someone explain this to me? Why does it take an hour to get a car? Anyways that is not even the worst part. So we walk outside and check the car for scratches/dents. We find nothing and so after this this girl tells me I have to pick an insurance. So I'm very confused at this point. All the dealer told me was that they would get me a rental car, nothing about having to pay any fees. So I tell her this. I'm like " wait a minute so you're telling me I have to pick an insurance?" And she says yes. I'm very annoyed at this point but I agree and figure I'll ask the dealer about it later. On my way home I get an email from enterprise with the bill on it for the car. At the bottom of the email I see "optional products and protections" with the insurance fees listed. Wait a second...OPTIONAL?! So I call enterprise place and explain that I just rented a car and that one girl told me I had to buy this insurance and that I didn't want it and to please take off the charge. The guy tells me " I'm sorry miss but no one here would lie to you like that." Great job for standing up for your coworker but she did in fact lie to me and made me pick an insurance. Anyways he told me he could not remove the charge unless I was there in person. Why? He couldn't give me an explanation and simply said when I turn in the car he would " see what he could do" Shady shady business. Luckily when I went back on Friday to return the car I met a worker who was super chill and helpful. He happily removed the fees for me. Name started with a D I think but I unfortunately can't remember it now :( Anyways yes this place has a few awesome workers but the rest? BEWARE. Shady sales going on over here. Today I return my rental car that I have for 30 days due to the collision to my car. When I check the car out initially I told them $30 a day to include taxes. Today when I return the car I was told it was $30 day plus taxes. I spoke with Richard Gomez the manager at this location at Longo Toyota collision center and he weighed the taxes for me. The customer service here is outstanding I will deathly come back and rent another car from this enterprise. I called the bank right away and they told me they didn't block any transaction. It is their system's problem. Vehicle had body damage all around but inside had torn carpets and stains on the leather. Had to disinfect the interior before allowing my kids to sit on the seats. I went in and handed over the keyless remote and the front desk accused me of losing a physical key that was attached. I told them there wasn't anything attached. He continued to accuse me of losing it and threatened to charge me. I never felt discriminated like that in my life. He didn't even bring up my bill, ask how I was doing, and just continue to accusing me of lying and being irresponsible. Worst customer service ever! I currently have a rental vehicle obtained at another site. I contacted Enterprise HQ to report the mechanical issues (car tugging/ burnt motor oil smell) while driving rental. I was informed by Enterprise to go to the nearest location and they will swap vehicle with no penalty or anything as clearly it is not safe to drive a vehicle with mechanical issues. I came to this site as it is the closest site to my home and was informed by Bianca that she would have to speak to her manager in regards to the car swapping issue and that it would take about 30-40 minutes to swap. About 10 minutes later I received a call as I waited for swap from Bianca informing me that her manager informed her that they could not do anything to switch the vehicle as they currently have reservations that take priority. I asked to speak to someone above manager status to report the issue and concern of not feeling safe driving a vehicle with malfunctions and she informed me there was no one else and that there was nothing to be done. All she suggested was to drive all the way back to where initial rental took place (nowhere near my home) to see what could be done but here at Longo site there is nothing to be done. I find it absolutely ridiculous that a vehicle that tugs while being driven and smells like burnt motor oil can't be swap. I've always heard through friends that renting a car in generally a very long process and it would take hours so I made sure to arrive early in the morning so I had time to wait. bad experience ever had. my insurance pay me $50 a day to rent a car the first car i had is BMW X3 no backup camera then i change to infiniti Q60 then it has a flat tired. Then they give me a mustang with a lot of little problems. so i call them they said they will call me before end of the day tontell me wheather that Q60 is ready or not. bad expricence now they told me i have to call then tomorrow to check which car is ready for me. promise i will never ever get a car from this location anymore.
