What a difference a few years make! The entire branch is remodeled & connected to ERAC car sales. My prior experience with this branch office was when it was inside of the car dealership next door. Fast & prompt service at this location. Innovative with the use of technology and with a professional staff that is incredibly friendly & genuinely care about the customer, I can't say enough good things other than why all Enterprise branches aren't like this one. I don't know where to begin but, this place does not even deserve one star. Never had an issue with enterprise until this last experience. Things were super smooth until the return of my rental. I was unfortunately caught in a hail storm in my personal vehicle and had taken it in for repairs. My insurance covered everything including zero out of pocket expenses for my rental. I was picked up from the repair shop by enterprise and taken to the rental center which I was thankful for. I was first issued a ford explorer that had a tail light out. I called enterprise and told them about it and was told to bring it in for an exchange just so that I could be worry free. They exchanged my rental with no hassle and placed me in a Nissan pathfinder. I had the rental for about 3 weeks until my vehicle was finished with the repairs that it needed. Before I returned the vehicle I of course gassed it up to where it was when I got it and, I even took the vehicle to get it vacuumed out. It was cleaner when I returned it than when it was issued to me. Plus it smelt kinda gross. Brought it in for the return and it was checked out by an enterprise agent while I waited inside. I watched the agent from my seat while he inspected the vehicle. He didn't even offer for me to do the walkthrough with him. The agent came in and told me that I was good to go and that my deposit of $50 would be returned to me in a few days. I was then driven in the same vehicle that I rented by another employee to be dropped off to pick up my personal vehicle from the repair shop. Things get sketchy when I get home and receive a phone call from the enterprise agent stating that when the vehicle went it to be cleaned out the person cleaning the vehicle noticed what appeared to be hail damage. I was in disbelief and thinking that the agent was delusional. He even stated to me that he just got back from vacation and was a bit "laxed" when he performed his inspection. I thought to myself that was absolutely ridiculous. How can you say that to a customer after the fact. Throughout my time with the vehicle there were no hail storms in my area or anywhere where the vehicle was parked or driven, which was at work in a covered parking garage and at my personal residence in my garbage. I was appalled and in disbelief. How can you miss something like that after you issue me my refund and tell me that everything is complete with my return to then come back and accuse me of something that I didn't do nor was responsible for? I didn't even get a chance to see what damage he was talking about. He then stated that a claim would be filed against me for the damage. I will never ever rent from this location again in the future if needed. Not only is the agent reckless and irresponsible but, also delusional for not properly doing his job and making such a claim against me. Be very careful renting from this location. There are just so many things wrong with my situation but I am sure there will be a resolution in my favor. There is no way I will pay for damages that I didn't see with my own eyes and was not responsible nor aware of. The agent and their way of conducting business at this location is absolutely appalling. Please be careful if deciding to rent here. Make sure to do the walkthrough with your agent upon return. Take pictures of the vehicle before and after. Very shady business going on!!! This is a lesson learned for me unfortunately. read more

This location might be convenient for the local community but it's an absolute joke. Their lack of care and quality of vehicles is awful, is like they end up with all the trashed cars that no other location wants. In (2) days I've been given (2) rentals either mechanical issues and even with an expired registration which I got pulled over for. This location is like a "turn and burn" and the only reason I used it was because Geico works with them. I would NEVER rent from them out of choice. Trust me, if you HAVE TO rent a car from Enterprise, go to DFW airport. But if a longer drive for the local folks but way better cars and service. read more

This location closes at 5PM, not sure who their market is and how they are able to stay in business with such little flexibility in pick up and drop off options. I feel like customer service could have been better but I'm sure it's exhausting having to explain to people that there are no options available to them when they call to try and plan ahead. read more

DISHONEST! They had a contract from Allstate specifically mentioning to rent out an intermediate sized sedan to me on account of a not-at-fault accident, but the slick manager at the counter doled out an SUV that was for a much higher daily rate to me, and even had the audacity to lie and say" Oh yeah, it is covered" when I asked him if insurance will pay for it. Long story short, when I returned the vehicle, I was charged $81.66 for no fault of mine, just because they had duped me into renting out a bigger car than insurance was supposed to pay me for. I wish I could give negative stars. We have rented from Hertz for 30 years with NO ISSUES. We decided to try this place because it's convenient to our home. We RESERVED an SUV. When we got there they don't have any UNLESS we pay an extra $110 per day to upgrade. That's the old bait and switch and I really don't appreciate it. We reserved a car, if you didn't have it, either upgrade me for free (like Hertz would) or tell me when I RESERVED it. Final insult was the person who waited on us, we are not children, business owners and executives, and we got a lecture from a child about our responsibilities in this rental. Are you kidding me??? NEVER, NEVER go to this place or use them. So far not so good . Dropped my car off at Auto Nation at little just before 4 . Was told Enterprise down the road would be around to pick me up . 41 minutes later no one has shown up . I'm scheduled to pick up rental at 5 and they close at 5:30 . I call and on hold for 9 minutes. While being on hold for about 6 minutes I decide to start walking and it's 102 degrees out side . Not nice . Finally decide to hang up . Once I get to enterprise. I tell the gentleman that helped me that I waited on a ride that never came . He apologized but I really didn't get an explication of what happened. Someone dropped the ball . Not to mention the car smells like a dog has been living in it and the front window is dirty on the inside . read more

Honestly, I thought with how nonchalant the workers are there they had everything together. I guess not, I picked up my rental which I was ignored and skipped when I got there and had been waiting. Then some guy went over options for insurance, now the worker knew this was for my total loss. WHY would he sell me insurance to cover the RENTAL and not TELL ME my insurance would not cover the rental at that point? Now my insurance won't reimburse me since i bought rental insurance. That was NEVER mentioned. Not only that but I know for a fact i'm not the only one who is with USAA, so do yall not know the processes of these companies you're working with? USAA informed me you guys "know" how to take care of a total loss client. All around not friendly the only guy who was friendly OF COURSE was the guy selling the insurance. Get it together, and you should probably go over IMPORTANT details with your customers especially when the ball is in your court when AT the enterprise picking up the car like you're not gonna get reimbursed from this btw!!. I'm surprised that those details were never disclosed. Of course it works out when both companies get paid and no reimbursement is made. Then when I drop it off, I have the guy standing over me while i'm trying to get all 100 things out of my car i'm in the backseat hands full and he asks me for a review?! your review is you suck bro move out of my way so i can get out the rental. While the staff (Mike) was wonderful, my gripe is with Enterprise for giving me a car with a flat! Can't say they didn't know - 3 of the tires were major over inflated to over 42-44 psi while 1 tire only had 24 psi. Pretty sure that tire started out with over 42 psi to start with trying to over compensate for the leak. I went to Discount Tire and had them fix all that yesterday but woke up to a low pressure warning this morning. So Enterprise tells me that NTB will fix it free..... oh goody! read more

My experience started out smooth although they didn't have and sedans initially. So I ended up with a beautiful Mercedes SUV! It was so much going on with the bells and whistles, I decided to take it back before I ended up trying to convince myself I can afford it. This is when it started to spiral. I was given a Chevy Trek and I was short on time so I just took it. As ima driving back to work, I realized that the car was super raggedy and I felt my life was in jeopardy. I returned the vehicle to the Helen location and the guy offered me a mirage that had a DONUT front left side. I refused that and he offered me another mirage that was missing a hubcap front left side. They had nothing left so I took it. Heading home a few hours later, the car was shaking and it felt like it was about to fall apart. I took a half day the following morning and went back to this location (35 N) and I was super frustrated and felt that they didn't care for my safety. However, as I was standing at the counter, Nathan walked up and began to ask me about my morning. He was a light that I needed for I was ready to tell them exactly how I felt. Nathan took the time to hear me and he even thanked me for being a teacher. He shared his respect for educators and that made all the difference for me! I ended up with the Mercedes truck for that's the only thing I'd felt safe driving. After my car was ready, I reached out to talk about my bill. The representative (I am so sorry but I do not have the notepad with his name) that took my call was very patient and I felt he was actually looking to make things right. After hearing about my horrible experiences, he did apologize and he adjusted my bill. I'm so happy I ran into Nathan because this reviews was already heading to 1 star and a load about my negative experience. I've never experienced worse customer service. I'm a college student and was involved in a wreck which wasn't my fault and the other persons insurance was covering my rent-a-car. I had to put a $50 deposit down which was fine but then to receive the $50 deposit back on my card took two weeks and was an incredible hassle. I will NEVER use Enterprise again. read more
