If there's one thing I could say I get annoyed of most is customer service. Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! I can not begin to explain this whole in the wall location. I was mad to begin with when I got here because when they say they can pick you up and drop you off, they meant (only down the block) and yea, that left me stranded in the original location I returned my car to. I originally went to Placentia and they helped me as much as they could and pointed me over to this location, which in turn, would probably completely shut me off from renting a car from this franchise again. They made it so complicated. Terrible, just awful!!!! The next reservation I had made, I called in the morning to have someone pick me up, supposedly 15 mins before my appointment. Let me reiterate, it was already terrible service but this made it worse. I was told my appointment is at 8:30. I confirmed 3 times with the "owner" and he said yes, just call 15 mins ahead for us to send over to pick you up. Apparently they can't set it up to have someone pick/drop someone off by system. It has to be manual request 15 mins beforehand even though I told them I would be needing it and you think this is what the notes portion would be for. Tsk tsk In continuation, this made me mad because they are highly unorganized and rude. So when I called, and I called 30 mins ahead, someone answered the phone and told me they couldn't pick me up because my reservation was at 9 and I won't be able to get picked up until 9... like wtf. When thy tell me to call 15 mins ahead and said I would be picked up during appointment time I was thinking what kind of bs is this. I argued with the person on the phone because they told me, sorry I can't do anything about it cuz it's what it says on the schedule. WHAT F-ING SCHEDULE ARE YOU LOOKING AT? I specifically said that I wanted my appointment earlier at 8:30 because I have work. So he said, "let me talk to the owner" and when he got back to me, he said okay I'll come pick you up. 8:30 comes by and he picks me up and I'm already thrown off. Telling me my appointment was at 8:30 but then later changing it to 9? What shady sketchy sh*t is this garbage. Third day, I return my one day rental. I was unwilling to walk in and talk to anyone who worked there. Luckily, didn't have to deal with any familiar faces. New guy at the desk. He made it quick and easy to check out. Sigh I got into a car accident Thanksgiving weekend but I'm thankful that I'm alive and didn't hurt anyone! My insurance originally notified an Enterprise by where I live in Corona, but I thought it was more convenient to rent a car close to where my car was getting fixed in Santa Ana. I called this Enterprise and James picked up the phone, and I asked him if I could rent a car from this location instead. He was very friendly and transferred my information to this location. I advised I would come around 10 but I was running late so he called me to ask if I was still coming since they were closing at 12. I arrived about 30 minutes prior to closing and he was so nice! He was very personable and helpful. Overall, It was a very easy and quick process and he reminded me that accidents happen and I shouldn't beat myself up for it. read more

I placed reservation online for my brother in 6 days car rental for $185.52. When he returned card got charged $400 (something). The Nissan car is basic, nothing fancy, nothing add on at that time. My brother had no time to question them why the big difference in price! I feel sorry for him get high charges for only 6 days rental with Nissan Altima! It's unfortunate I have no choice but to give these guys a bad review. I made a big mistake and accidentally left my parking pass hanging from the mirror of a truck that I rented. I immediately contacted them and they confirmed they had found my pass. Great right!? Nope. Over the past 2 weeks I have called 5 times to retrieve the pass. They keep promising me they will call me back and not once has that happened. I have been very aggressive to get the pass back because it will cost me $75 to replace. They could care less. They have the mentality that it's my fault for leaving it in there in the first place. Ridiculous! They admitted finding my pass and now they have lost it. They have not even offered to pay for the pass. If you look at 95% of all my reviews they are 5 stars. I have went out of my way to try and retrieve my belongings and they continue to blow me off as unimportant to them. This is my last resort. I demand to get my belongings back or they pay the cost of losing it. read more

So I wanted to see how dedicated Enterprise are with their customers. As my first complaint and calling to corporate to see how they will handle this situation. The customer serive department was pretty polite and apologize which was a plus. I had requested to talked to the person who would be in charge of the territory to take care of the situation. They transfer to complaint department which i was told that someone will contact me within 4 to 6 working days. Up until now, nothing. That's just show how much they care about their customers. If u actually check their rating, most of all enterprise locations rating are between 3 to 3.5. Probably they just dont care about our opinion or want to train their employees to improve their customer service are. That's just uncool. There was someone whom i knew today went to this location. He was under a reservation thru insurance company, because he was in an car accident. He was told that he could go to any of the Enterprise with this reservation number. So he pick this location. On his arrive, as he was being help, he was told the cars that he needed they didnt have any in stock. They wanted to upgrade him to a truck which he has to pay additional on top of what insurance rate were giving him. He told them no because the truck was to big for him. So he just declined it and wanted to know if he can get a compact car. They said no and he said ok. He said they were rude and just demand him to get a bigger car so that he can pay for additional. Which is understandable because he wasn't reserved at a certain Enterprise location. So again this location couldn't accommodate him so he walked out. As he walking out he made a call to someone he know that to see if he can rental a car somewhere else. He needed a car today so he can go to work at 3pm. The person that was helping said he got one place that has a car available for him. He said that's great. Then all the sudden, one of Enterprise employee walked out n say oh they actually have one available now to give it to him. So when he was inside this location they didn't have any available. Then when he was outside all the sudden one was a available. He just said no. So he walked back and got someone from different rental location pick him up to put in a car rental. He got 2017 Toyota camry for $25/day. Not so bad. So rather u give them negative reviews or a positive review which that should be a plus for them. The Enterprise Corp or whoever takes care of the reviews or rating from customers don't care as much as they should. read more

Shoutout to Matt for making my car rental experience positive, smooth, and fast! I went on a Saturday half an hour before closing. There were about 3-4 customers before me and 1-3 after me and Matt made sure everyone knew they were going to be helped. Needed a car rental for coachella weekend and looked around for prices. For some reason this location was cheaper than other enterprises in my area. Customer service here was great and all the employees were very professional and knowledgable about the whole rental process. The location is smaller than other ones I've been to so the parking lot can get a bit crowded but otherwise this place is great! read more

Yesterday my car broke down, and AAA booked me a rental for today. I chose to go with this Enterprise because it was by the mechanic that was fixing my car. Mike, a company representative picked me up, and gave me a ride here. He offered me water and got me set up with a car. Erik also helped me with the paperwork. Erik and Mike helped me get a rent a car that I was very happy with me. I chose to do the pre-pay plan for the gasoline because I don't like stopping for gas. The company only charged me for what was used, and no extra. There were no surprise fees. Everything was fair. I felt comfortable working with Enterprise and felt like they were going to give me a fair price and keep to our agreed feels. I was right, no surprises. Thank you Erik and Mike! Had a rental car, called 3 days in a row to schedule a date to drop my car off and get an emailed copy of my receipt so I could get the money back from my insurance. Every time they put my on hold then told me they'd call back. They never did so I'd call back and then they'd never answer the phone.i called their 24 hour support to complain but it's not 24 hour, their offices close at 6 pm pst, and at 4:55 pm pst, they'd say call back again tomorrow. Got a car from them thru the collision center and they gave a different price over the phone and when I picked up the car the price was much higher and extended the use of the car they charged again higher than what I was told. I called several times to confirm the price and it was different than what they charged. I will never recommend this branch they don't even have choices for cars. read more

This was the easiest process in that the Enterprise people came to the Amtrak station to pick me up. When I returned the car, they drove me back to the station so I could catch my train. THis place deserves a negative rating!!!! NEVER go to this car rental...........I've never had a problem before but this time Mercury sent me to this place . I always get my rentals from brookhurst and trask location. Those people are very honest and never tried to sneak in more charges like this place. I got charge $194 for insurance on the credit I gave for deposit. When I specifically had told them I didn't want it because I had my own full coverage. My sister was there too and we said NO. We were instructed to sign the forms to the release of the car rental and they added their insurance after we had said no and even gave our insurance information. What they say to you and what happens it's two different things, they lie to you to your face. You are there thinking every thing is fine and the minute you return the car, a bill a waiting for you. This is BS!!! The branch manager (Mark J. Shinoda) needs to train his employees and even himself. And the employee was Jake I think. The manager didn't even know who had helped me and was looking at the paper work and just said sorry you have to pay the insurance. This place its shady..........I'm taking this to the corporate office because that's not right..........the manager wasn't even able to help me with this situation.
