I went to the Richland location to reserve a car they didn't have one available for the time requested. They said try the Kennewick location the. Following day I called and made a reservation with the Kennewick location. I stated I needed to be picked up and they said that was fine it was within 10 miles. (That is their policy) The day of my reservation I called to confirm my pick up and was Informed by the manager of the Kennewick location that they don't pick up in Richland even though it was within 10 miles. He actually tried to change it to say it had to be within 10 minutes of their location. I was left stranded at the pick up and was left to walk. I'm handicap btw. We just returned a rental that we had for a month, due to a collision with one of our cars. The staff was exceptional. They stayed open later in order for us to be able to pick it up. Great communication with our insurance company and us as well. Gia was on top of it for us. Instant refund on our deposit. It couldn't have gone smoother!! The only choice for a fair price REEKED like cigarettes . Guess they don't clean the cars before each use? second and only other option was costing 180$ upfront.(insurance pays 80%) No Thankyou. For those prices you should be able to reserve a specific car. And it should be clean! I had an appointment scheduled 3 weeks in advance. Then the woman assisting us continued to try and pursuade us to get extra insurance, KNOWING we have full coverage already. The staff was fast and efficient on renting the vehicle and returning the vehicle was fast and efficient also. Nice people at office, but their booking system has major glitches. Tried renting a car online, got confirmation, and when I went to pick it up they said they had tried to call but they had no cars. So I went to the office in Pasco because I called their number and talked to a person (not a person from office, but got a person on the phone that was not local) and she booked me a car. We went to pick it up, guess what, no cars. So 2 confirmation numbers meant nothing. Ended up at the airport and ended up getting a car from Budget/Avis. The lady in Pasco did say to call the local number, but when I did I got the online person, not local. Major glitch in their reservation system. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the actual people I talked with were nice. Don't trust a confirmation number until you are at the office. read more

First time trying out Enterprise at local office, all my rental were done at the airport previously. No doubt, fast check-in and check-out process as usual and the staff at this location are really professional and helpful throughout the rental. I rented a car through the insurance company of the person who hit my car for exactly a month. My experience was great up until that point. I returned the vehicle, we completed the post inspection, they said everything was great, and they refunded my deposit. A week AFTER I returned the car, I had an unauthorized charge on my debit card for toll roads and service fees. In the entire half of the the state I'm in, theres not a SINGLE toll road. I only used the car to get to work and back while my car was in the shop. They took out the money with only a brief email after theyd withdrawn it. I called Enterprise to fix this, and they told me that since it was through a 3rd party service they use, there was absolutely nothing they could do, and told me to contact the toll service directly. I did, via email, which is the only contact information they left. I receieved an automated email stating it would take 5 business days before they even LOOKED at the email. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable, and will be reported to my bank as fraud. If it were a higher amount, I'd be reporting it to the police as theft. Absolutely shady business practices and I will never use them again if I ever need a rental. read more

Van was dirty and windshield covered in bugs. Had to stop and clean windows off. They had had a power outage a few days earlier and used that for an excuse why they were lagging behind filling cars with gas and cleaning. They also could not find my Enterprise card number to credit my car usage. Always use them for car needs. Disappointed. read more

Only took a few minutes to get my paperwork done, and the girl at the counter hooked me up with a great discount since my truck was in the shop. Everyone in the office was fun and friendly and really made me feel like there was no wait time at all. Car in the shop and needed to rent on a Thursday before boat weekend, for a day or two. Limited selection and prices were higher than typical. Ok, I get that. Clerk at TC airport very nice. Told him I didn't need refueling option but I didn't actually read the contract too carefully, before initialing/signing. He threw the fuel option in anyway. Buyer beware and it was really my bad. Then, when I arrived at my destination, my employer did not have a vehicle for me and I had to extend my rental. Cars have been dirty, picking up the car at time requested has been a problem and overall staff have been okay and attempting to accomdate. Had the worst experience! I let the person know that it was my first time ever renting a car and she took advantage and charged me insurance when my own full coverage insurance could of paid it. As well as I checked out and was told I was only going to pay 50$ and was going to get a refund of 100$ that they had charged me previously.
