This is one of my favorite national car locations! Karina at the counter is amazing to work with! She's always happy, provides excellent service and is happy to make any changes needed. I'll admit, their car wash team is lacking. I'm unsure if it's not enough people or just "man eyes" The last two vehicles I've picked up are dirty. However, they're top of the line vehicles, they just don't get washed well on the outside. Tami, the manager at this branch is super nice and accommodating. The Jeep I picked up two weeks ago was empty and cost $85 to fill up. The vehicle was supposed to be full upon pick up, (it was not) so Tami comped me one day of rental to offset the gas cost. This has quickly become one of my favorite National locations and I'm happy to run my car thru the wash once I pick it up! I'll be back! read more

Flawless experience and fantastic customer service! Jonah did an excellent job processing my reservation and actually read my notes on vehicle preference. The setup is different given that it's a small airport and requires you to grab the key before proceeding to the lot. To get there, you walk all the way down the opposite side of the airport, follow the side walk as it curves right, and the cars will be on the left. To return the car, I learned that you have to note the mileage and fuel level before returning the key. Giavanna helped process my return and was quick to adjust the payment details upon request. This Is the third time in a row I have had a trouble experience. This is clearly a franchise with lower standards. This time the car I received was in Celsius. Nor a huge deal, but it kept me doing math as I tried to adjust the heat controls. It is a dealer only setting, so I guess they did not want to take And I explained it was not full when I received it and showed pics of this along with how I brought it back. No adjustment given. I'd give it "0" stars if I could. On 04/18/23 National Car Rental at the Pasco airport renter me a car that they DID NOT have when I landed at 11:30 PM. I was told to use a taxi or Uber and the Pasco site would reimburse me. I emailed my receipts to Lindsey while I was standing at the counter the next day and 5 weeks later I have yet to hear a response. I followed up with a phone 2 weeks later and was told I would get a call back....NOTHING. I just now escalated this issue to National's escalation dept. Supposedly the site manager Chris is sending my case on to accounting....however he told the escalation case manager that he did not want to speak to me when I asked. Beyond disappointed in their National Car Rental Pasco Airports inability to follow-up and follow through. Never again. read more

Maira and Jessica made my rental experience so pleasant and easy after 7 hour flight. The pick up process was easy and quick, no insurance up selling and all details are described clearly. Cars are clean and with low mileage. I am impressed how even a small airport location has nice fleet choices. Upgrade to a 2018 Audi Q7 3.0T Quattro at a reasonable price! read more

I wanted to do a review because I received superior customer service in a situation that National could've easily let me walk away from upset. We rented a SUV for a trip and it wasn't quite ready when we were scheduled to pick it up, and it threw off our plans by about 45min. Then as we were finally pulling out of town my husband noticed the gas tank had not been filled up as we had discussed with the agent at the desk (who was lovely) and we were expected to return it with a full tank. I figured we had no leg to stand on as we didn't notice it until we were leaving town and didn't have time to turn back to remedy the situation. My husband festered over it the whole trip, but upon our drive home I noticed an email from one of the customer service reps asking how our service was and after finding out what happened, she immediately jumped into action to remedy the situation and made sure we were completely satisfied. So I'd like to not only thank Tami, Hailey and Devyn for their wonderful customer service, but mostly to Janeth who went the extra mile to check on us and make sure everything not only up to standards, but made sure we left feeling completely satisfied. We rent cars 4-5 times a year, and this customer service alone has earned them my business for life. read more

Edit: The staff at the counter when I checked in the car and pickup were both great. I told Maira about the condition of the car and she was very understanding and wanted to take care of me next time I am in town. Since I am moving and will need another car here I am very happy with the customer service. The worst rental car I have ever had. The lady at the counter was nice, but as an emerald club member I was supposed to get a free upgrade. I was told they only had 2 cars available so I could not get my upgrade. The seats in the car were stained with something, and the floors. Not just one seat , but all them. The car smelled horrible. It smelled like smoke and like they tried to spray to cover it up. There were m&m pieces in the cup holders. I paid more not to have an economy car, but I don't think it could get much worse. read more

Rental car wasn't full of gas (7/8 tank). I have Emerald Executive status with National which is supposed to give an upgrade in class of car. They wouldn't honor this status. In all fairness they did offer to adjust the rental charge to compensate for the gas shortage. This is the only National location I have rented from that doesn't recognize customers that rent a lot of cars from them. read more

I was over charged on the rate per day, I had always paid 35 per day and when I got the bill they charged me retail 49.95. I was told at Enterprise that it was ok to use National I would get the same corporate rate, not so! I paid retail rate. I will never go to National at tri cities airport again. And will warn others to avoid that location. I work for Autonation the largest new car dealer in America. read more

The ladies at National in Pasco, WA went out of their way to make certain I had the right vehicle for my family while visiting for my brother-in-law's funeral. Their sensitive, professional, personal service completely removed any concern about getting where I needed be at the time I needed to be there. I have had one acceptable and one very bad experience with National Car Rental in Pasco. The first time my flight was late and it was a late on Sunday evening. I was 4th in line and since National was helping out some other car rental agency it took about 45 minutes to get to me. Of course once I was at the counter it took less than 5 minutes but waiting while the one woman helped others took so very long I was not happy. Being late at night, first time in Pasco, and then waiting a significantly long time it was not pleasant. Had she been able to work 2 computers or just hand out the keys for those of us who are Emerald Isle would have been nice but she keep stating just a minute. Second time in Pasco the flight was on time, no lines, easy to get key and go. No issues. No great service but definitely not bad service as the first time. read more

I am an Executive Elite member and despite showing my membership card and having TONS of cars on the lot, they wouldn't provide a free upgrade and then sent me off to the far corner of their lot to pick-up my small car (Corolla). As mentioned by a previous reviewer it appears that this location does not recognize elite status which is disappointing since every other National location I've rented from has been above and beyond awesome. Pick-up was nice and easy. Staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. Pasco Airport was under construction, so it was a little bit of a change in getting to the rental counters. The only problem I had was on returning the car...when I arrived at the airport around 6am - there were absolutely no National spots available. I parked close by in an Enterprise spot(since looking at the mailed receipt, I wasn't charged anything extra) and figured that would be okay. Two points: they should move the key drop box to a more appropriate location and they should give you information on pick-up of car as to what you should do if you return and there are no parking spots. read more
