All I wanted to do was to give them detailed directions how to find my location. They couldn't let me finish a sentence. They were completely unprofessional. I will not be using their service again.

But considering the events below, I will likely not be using this service again. I prepaid for a one way shuttle. When the driver got there he said that I had not paid. So I talked with the dispatcher, who was super rude about the fact that he could not find my payment. I could not get a ride home until I paid a second time. I talked with the manager 2 days later when he was in. He found my 1st payment easily, but not the 2nd (repayment). He said he'd reimburse the second payment "if" he found the proof of it. I told him I had a receipt, but he didn't ask for it, and did not seem to interested in the proof I could offer, like my credit card statement showing the all of the charges. He just didn't seem concerned at all that they had double charged me. Yes, mistakes happen, but this company was rude about it and unapologetic, even at the management level. I'll save my money for long-term parking at the airport. That would have been much less trouble. I'm sorry to those who that is not an option for.

Then suddenly they did, to make the story short I was fine and happy I got the laptop(used). When I got home and tried to use the laptop it was locked. I called and told them and they said to unlock it myself. So in my head I'm thinking I'm paying $800 and they want me to do something like if I stole it. I had to go back and even do I was there for 3 hours in my last visit, to return it they were really rude and fighting with each other. They thought i didn't speak Spanish and they where talking about me which made me more mad. Overall this location does not have good customer service. They think they have the power since all of us with bad credit don't have no where to go, but that does mot allow anyone to treat people like trash. Overall don't waste you time there go to conns they are friendlier in my experience.

About 5 hours later he called and said your car is ready.( Yes I picked myself off the floor.) He had the old parts and explained what had gone wrong. Jim fixed my car for 1/4 less than the other place.(So I keep my arm and leg). The new manager Angelo, and Derek my car sales man made car buying a fun experience. They spent their whole day helping me find the perfect car for the right price. Bless their hearts, they went the whole day without eating just to accomodate their customers and I. I highly recommend buying from this car lot if you don't have the best credit and you have a trade in or a down payment.
