The solution has been to give us a much smaller car that didn't fit our needs, while still being charged for the size we originally booked. This past weekend we reserved another rental for Memorial Day and we finally received the right van this time but it was given to us in poor condition. The worker opened the door and saw how dirty it was and offered to vacuum but it barely made a difference. We even found a black widow on the outside of the car. Regarding gas, the tank was nearly empty when we drove off so we had to fill up on gas right away and wash the car and sanitize everything because of how filthy it was from the previous renters. I wouldn't recommend renting from here.

She proceeded to handle my return seamlessly, closing out the order with the kind of competence that makes you briefly consider writing a thank-you email... or, in this case, a Yelp review. To be fair the staff at the counter mentioned that they weren't expecting me that day which I can understand since the insurance company does not know when I'll drop my car at the body shop. The staff at the counter did their best to find an suv at a neighboring enterprise location and had it delivered in a timely manner. Additionally, they upgraded my car type due to the inconvenience. Both the staff and the desk and the staff in the parking lot releasing the vehicles were friendly and helpful.
