I just have to am extend my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service I received from one of your team members, Christian Walker, at the Enterprise location on 6541 E. Independence Blvd. in Charlotte. From the moment I walked in, Christian demonstrated an extraordinary level of professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness. He went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was seamless and stress-free. His generosity, patience, and willingness to listen truly stood out. Christian handled everything with such thoroughness and care, and his follow-up to confirm that everything was okay did not go unnoticed. In today's fast-paced world, it's rare to come across someone who not only takes pride in their work but also makes you feel like a valued customer. Christian is one of those rare individuals. He is a true asset to your team, and I hope he receives the recognition he deserves for the incredible service he provides.     I first spoke with Andrew on the phone when I needed to pick up my rental late. I did not know…read moretheir hours, and he was informative and very polite. I ended up picking up the car the next day, and Christian assisted me with a smooth and speedy pickup, which I appreciated since I was in pain from a car accident. The next day I called back with questions I had forgotten to ask, and again Christian was knowledgeable, kind, and provided fast customer service without making me feel rushed. He is down to earth, professional, and very human. I even received the car for an extra day as a result. When I returned the car, Darius handled the inspection quickly and had it in the back for cleaning before I even left the lot. He clearly knows his job well, and though I was exhausted, he got me in and out while leaving me with a laugh and a smile. I have rented cars from this location before and have never had a bad experience, even when things are outside the staff's control. Thank you all, and I will probably see you again tomorrow.

    I have been an Enterprise customer for over 25 years and hold Platinum status, which I originally…read moreearned while living in my hometown of Manhattan before relocating to North Carolina in 2022. I rent vehicles weekly and rely on Enterprise regularly. I rented for about six months at the Monroe location and have now been renting from the Indian Trail location for the past three years. While renting in Monroe, I experienced extremely rude behavior from the branch manager, which became serious enough that I escalated the issue by emailing Enterprise executive leadership. The resolution at the time was to transfer my account to the Indian Trail branch. The current branch manager at the Indian Trail location actually came from the Monroe branch and has been professional and has tried to work with me. We have built a good rapport and he has made efforts to help when situations arise, especially since I rent weekly at a high rate. However, there have still been several frustrating issues. Recently, I was hospitalized with extremely high blood pressure (254/128) and the branch manager was aware of my BP situation. During that time the branch manager emailed me on Monday 3/2 and Tuesday 3/3, but I was in the hospital and unable to respond. I later learned that the area manager, Cody, instructed the branch to attempt to pick up the vehicle, however i was in the hopsital and wasnt aware. I only learned about the pickup attempt when I went into the branch on Friday 3/6 to rewrite my contract. I have paid faithfully for the past four years and have rented consistently without breaks in my contracts. I am a reliable weekly renter and a long-term customer, which you would think is exactly the kind of customer a company would want to retain. Unfortunately, I have received more dirty vehicles than clean ones over time from both branches. I usually arrive after work and it is often dark outside, it can be difficult to see interior stains when I first receive the vehicle. I pay on average about $325 per week for these rentals. While I understand that my current situation requires me to rent weekly for now, paying that amount and receiving vehicles that are dirty, unreliable, or poorly maintained is not acceptable. Enterprise expects customers to pay for their rentals, which I have done faithfully for years. However, they are receiving my money while I am sometimes placed in vehicles that are dirty, not well maintained, or simply not reliable. On one occasion I was even in a situation where a vehicle issue almost led to an accident. When I arrived at the Indian Trail branch around 5:40 PM on Friday after work, there were already several customers ahead of me while I waited to rewrite my contract. I was placed in a vehicle that appeared acceptable in the dark, but the next morning I realized the car was extremely dirty with visible stains throughout the interior. I had to clean the vehicle myself on Saturday. Paying for this in full is unacceptable. I also went to another Enterprise branch on Saturday(today) to get assistance connecting Apple CarPlay. The staff at that branch immediately noticed how dirty the vehicle was and commented on it. They were very helpful and assisted me with the CarPlay setup, and one of the employees even suggested that I consider doing business with their branch and provided me with his card. Enterprise has always been a company I trusted, which is why I have remained a customer for so many years. Given my long history with Enterprise and my Platinum status, I would welcome someone from Enterprise corporate or regional leadership reviewing this situation and contacting me so it can be addressed appropriately. As a Platinum member and a customer of more than 25 years who rents weekly and spends thousands of dollars annually with Enterprise, I hope the company will review this situation carefully because I would prefer to remain a loyal customer if these concerns can be addressed.

I called three times to confirm…read morethat it would be at the Norfolk, VA airport at 3:00pm, each time your customer service verifying it would be there. I explained it was important because I had three handicap children that needed the room and could not wait long. We waited 4 hours. While you laughed and stated we tell people that all the time, people would not rent from us if we told them the truth. My children ended up in the hospital the first two days of our trip.     Customer Service is absolutely non-existent here!…read more I was returning a moving truck on the Tuesday after Memorial Day and I get that Memorial Day is a busy wknd, but when you are already in a tiny strip mall with VERY limited parking and absolutely NO signage directing people where to park their 12'ft moving trucks, yes, I am going to pull in front of the store front and have you figure it out. From the minute I pulled up, Leslie gave me nothing but attitude! Seriously, I could not believe she talked to me the way she did, but she sure did not like it when I dished it right back. Guess someone needed to remind her I'm the customer? In any case, she walked out snapping her fingers and yelling that I couldn't park the truck there. I'm like "ok, then where do you want me to park it?" "Find an open spot!" "WHERE!?" There were literally no open spots except at the far end of the lot and I wasn't even sure I could park there because it would block in anyone trying to drive through, but I went and parked the hotmess of a truck Budget had rented me in the only space I could safely maneuver it! So, then I go inside and Leslie is with another patron...OMG, night and day! I guess I was just to white-looking to be treated with any sort of decorum? Because the guest she was helping was African-American and she was just as nice as could be! Joke is on her I suppose because I am actually a double-minority...but that aside, race should never have ANYTHING to do with how a customer is treated! That being said, after she bitched at me for parking the truck where I did (she had expected me to park it in a very tight spot between two other trucks!?) and having this young guy go out and get the fuel and mileage (even though I had taken a pic of the gauges) and then bitched about having him move the truck for me. Excuse me? But, since when did returning a truck require me to park it for you too? Then, the real fun started! She told me I needed my contract because her system was down and she couldn't return the truck without it. So, because her system wasn't working she couldn't return my truck...what!?! She then nastily tells me that I can just leave it if I just don't want a receipt. Right, like I am gonna trust her at this point to just "return my truck" w/o a receipt! So I tell her to give me back the keys so I can drive back home to get the paperwork. She asks me why, and I straight up tell her that if she isn't returning the truck I'll be damned if I'm gonna leave her the keys because technically the truck is still in my "possession". So she begrudgingly gives me the keys and I come back 15mins later w/the paperwork and guess what...the system was somehow up between me leaving and returning because she was able to print out some paperwork for some construction workers that she was having a very lewd convo with. All she offers me is that she can sign the bottom of the paperwork w/the time that I originally returned it (about half an hour beforehand), like she was doing me a big favor or something. Needless to say, I have reported her to Budget via their website and will actually never rent from Budget truck again if these are the type of people they have representing their brand and delivering this joke of what passes for customer service for them. What a horrendous and atrocious experience on so many levels!
